I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF FANFICTION.NET FOR OVER 2 YEARS NOW WOOT!! (Wow...it seems like it's been a loooot longer. Well, I suppose being a fan of the site and being a member are two different things...)(of course, you wouldn't know it looking at my stories that I've got on the site...sad)
ABOUT ME: Well, to start off, I'm pretty simple in some ways, and incredibly complex in others.
My favorite color is blue.
I'm a sophmore. I'm 15. October is my favorite month. Summer is my favorite season. The best sport ever is swimming, and anyone who says otherwise is entitled to their own opinions. I do some knitting and sewing and scrapbooking. I prefer cats to dogs, but I do like dogs. Cats are just better, and anyone who says otherwise is also entitled to their own opinions. And I can't wait until December when I can start learning how to drive! But I do love riding my bike.
FAVES
BOOKS: Eragon and Eldest are probably my top 2 (can't wait for the third book to come out!), and some other ones, I guess. Obviously, Harry Potter.
MOVIES: Star Wars episodes 4, 5, and 6 (the originals); all three Lord of the Ring movies; The first 3 IY movies; the first Naruto movie (I haven't watched any of the others yet, but I've heard the first Shippuuden movie is awesome) and I'm sure I'll love the second Shippuden movie (whenever it comes out) I LOVE Spirit: Stallion of the Cimmaron, and I kinda like Ella Enchanted (I'd like to read the book, tho...). From Disney, I've always been an Aladdin fan, but I love most of the classics, especially Lion King. Back to the anime movies, I haven't watched any of the Bleach movies yet, but I can't wait to, I've heard they're good, and I just saw a really intense promo for the third movie which is called Goodbye, Rukia (see? Intense!)
TV: I really don't watch that much at all, but I do love Scooby-Doo (especially the original!!). I also like Winx Club (I should watch season three, though...well, the second season was okay, but the third season...too many changes, lost interest. But the first season was GREAT.) and Teen Titans (woot!!) I LOVE the History Channel (I'm a bit of a geek that way.) I also am a fan of W.I.T.C.H.
ANIME/MANGA: I only started last February (Feb '07) so I'm a noob, I guess. A bit. For Anime, I love Naruto and Bleach. I also enjoy InuYasha and (I'm ALMOST ashamed to admit it, but not really) Tokyo Mew Mew. I'd like to start watching One Piece, FMA, and also Eyeshield 21 and Prince of Tennis.
I read more manga than I watch of anime, because it's faster, you get those funny little side things that the artist puts in, and...there's no fillers. I read Beauty Pop, Bleach, Buso Renkin, Naruto, Tsubasa: Resovior Chronicles, and XXXHolic mangas. (The list looks longer on that Favorites menu on the computer screen...)
I like the Ultra Maniac mangas, and I LOVE the Rurouni Kenshin manga. Best of ALL TIME (but the RuroKen animes (English and Japanese) both suck.)
MUSIC: I like almost anything, aside from rap and emo-screamo (no offense meant to anyone!!) Some of my favorite artists/bands are Asian Kung Fu Generation, Avril Lavigne, America, All-American Rejects, The Beatles, Bob Seger, Bruce Springsteen, CCR, Chad and Jeremy, Counting Crows (I'm going through my iTunes list now, can you tell??), CSNY, Do As Infinity, The Doors, The Eagles, Elton John, Evanesence, Five for Fighting, Foo Fighters, Flow, Home Made Kazoku, Goo Goo Dolls, Green Day, Guess Who, Guns N Roses, Jason Mraz, Jim Croce, Jimmy Buffett, John Denver, John Mayer, John Williams, Linkin Park, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Maroon 5, Matchbox 20, Neil Young, Nickelback, Oasis, Queen, Rob Thomas, Sarah McLaughlin, Simon and Garfunkel, Styx, Tackey and Tsubasa, Toshiro Masuda, Train, V6, Vertical Horizon, The Who, and The 5th Demension. That's only a small amount of it, but those are most/all of my favorites.
I mainly like rock, but I have a lot of genres in my library. Rock, pop, trance, techno, comedy, punk, classical, almost anything. That's one thing I'm very proud of; I have a lot more musical variety than most people. I have 807 songs (2 days) and counting (there's a lot more songs I want...). Of course, compared to some, that's a very small number...wah.
FOODS: Spinach pie, most Kashi stuff, cheeseburgers (!!), my mom's ramen/broccoli slaw salad (when it's not spoiled...), spaghetti and meatballs and squishy garlic bread, most desserts (especially cheesecake and fruit pies!), turkey, stuffing, this dish my dad makes on Christmas eve, fajitas, balsamic vinagerette pork, hot dogs, those lemon chill things from the ball park (so good!!), peanut butter, tea, Michelle's dad's bread (so goooood!!), milkshakes and malts (especially strawberry!), muffins, oatmeal, raspberries, blackberries, black raspberries, Bing cherries, strawberries, and soy crisps.
COLORS: Most anything, really, but browns and cool colors (like purples, blues, and greens)(especially marine tones) are my absolute favorites. Like I said, blue is my all time favorite color. I loved pink for the first...oh, 11 or so years of my life, though.
PAIRINGS
NARUTO:NaruHina, GaaraSakura, SasuSaku, ItaSaku (it's one of those weird ones, but hey, w/e), ShikaTem (like it, but need to see more to form opinion properly), ShikaIno (like it, see above), InoCho (ok, I haven't seen enough of it to decide, but I think I'd like it), ItaDei...I think I could like almost any pairing as long as it's well written.
RUROKEN: KenshinKaoru (OMG KAWAIIIIIIIIIII!), MisaoAoshi (...so...cute...it's just one of those, y'know? They're so perfectly opposite that they have to work!), EnishiKaoru BUT: only if it's onesided, like Enishi loves Kaoru, but she loves Kenshin, and Kenshin loves her back. So it's not so much of a pairing as a pairing with an unrequited love on the side. I also think YahikoTsubame is really cute.
INUYASHA: InuKag, MiroSan, SessKag, SessKagura, Koga and that chick that I can't remember her name but she's a wolf youkai (basically, all the mainstream pairings.)
FRUITS BASKET: TohruKyo, YukiMachi, RinHaru, HatoriMayu, AkitoShigure, RenAkira, and KisaHiro (KAWAII) That's all I can remember...
HARRY POTTER: HPGW (I love how for Harry Potter, we just use initials for pairings instead of cute nicknames like NaruHina or InuKag. I think that's funny. But I like the nicknames better), RWHG, and I haven't decided on any others as of yet.
WINX CLUB: Just the regular pairings. (I know, how uncreative, but the show did a good job!!)
TEEN TITANS: RaeBB, RobStar, RobRae, JinxKF, CyBee, RaeRedX, StarRedX
WITCH: The regular pairings. I also almost kinda like WillCaleb, a teeny tiny bit.
CROSSOVER PAIRINGS: LegolasKagome, HPWV (that's Harry Potter (duh) and Will Vandom (from WITCH)), Seamus Finnigan/ Hay Lin
BLEACH: IchiRuki, IchiOri (I can support BOTH!! so HA!!)(but I do think IchiRuki is much better), RenjiRuki sibling, HitsuKarin (kawaii!!), IshidaOri, um, that's all I can think of right now, ...!
BEAUTY POP: NaruKiri, sort of OchiaiKanako.
IDEAS:
Shinobi in Middle Earth:self-explanatory. While dealing with something one day, some of our favorite shinobi are suddenly and mysteriously transported to Middle Earth. What's this? The gang (minus Sasuke) has a history with a certain blond elf? Sakura is desperately trying to hide something that could be potentially dangerous from Sasuke? And what's up with the Human Ice Cube and his attitude towards dear Legolas? Why is Naruto having dreams (or nightmares) about his dad? What secret is Gandalf keeping from the number-one-knuckle-head ninja at surprising people? Why is Itachi after Sakura? And WHO IS THE SURPRISE CHARACTER! Questions, questions! Plot is basically mapped out in a skeleton form, needs some meat (a.k.a. substance) PLEASE REVIEW THIS STORY! It's rather heartbreaking to get no reader feedback except from the same two people (WHO HAVE MY UNDYING GRATITUDE!)
An Elf in Konoha:the prequel to Shinobi in Middle Earth. Now we discover what exactly happened while Sasuke was away, when our lovable favorite elf Legolas ended up in the shinobi village of Konoha!! no plot as of yet...
Unexpected Allies:a Harry Potter/WITCH/Naruto/Teen Titans/Tokyo Mew Mew crossover. This is my version of the horcrux hunt/seventh book. Still in early stages, not too many details known right now besides pairings which I don't feel like putting up right now. The whole idea seems outdated now, though...
Untitled: When the Teen Titans suddenly take a group of temporary houseguests into their home, the wheels of fate start churning overtime. What are the mysteries that lie enshrouded underneath the cheery surface of the group of 5 small-town superheroes? What is their connection to Slade? And what exactly is their connection to Robin? Contains elements of XXXHolic. Action/Adventure/Suspense/Drama.
UNTITLED: This is a future fic. Set in the 16th year of Meiji (coincidentally, when I thought of this, I had not read volumes 27 or 28. I had no idea that Watsuki (I LOVE THIS GUY AND WOULD LOVE TO MEET HIM!) was going to put his little tidbit at the same time!) I have read Kenshin Kaden and think it's wonderful, and I'm actually extremely content with how Watsuki ended things (which, when future fics tidbits like that happen, is rare, because I hate change)(go Watsuki!). (I've also listed my few complaints above). It'll involve Sano, Ota, Uki, and their father. And Hiko Seijuro. I've got some basic huge plot bunnies down, but the path of the plot is currently very hazy and covered in unyeilding fog, so I don't know much about what I'll do at this point. This is just an idea, I might scrap it.
THE SHINIGAMI SOCCER LEAGUE: Inspired by episode 132 of Bleach (BEST FILLER EVER TO EXIST!!), the Shinigami decide to start playing soccer!! Will be a plotless, mainly comedic, random story that I think would be fun to write. (And my friend wants to read it, so I have to make it.)
