To everyone reading "Siren Blood," now that school is out, I hope to be able to update soon than I have been. It is not that I had problems with the story, but I had surgery and recovery is taking long than I thought it would. School didn't help either, I fell behind and had a lot of catching up to do.

To anyone who has read my Labyrinth story - I have two in the process, one has three or four more chapters and it should be complete, then I will have my betas read it before I post it. The other story is near completion also, but I don't know how many more chapters it will have before I'm done. If you have read "The Villian and the Prince," I am thinking about writing a sequel but only if there is enough interest. Currently, there are no reviews on the story, which leads me to believe no one is interested in a sequel - so that one is up in the air.

I hope everyone has a great summer planned - I do. I'm going to attend the Twilight Symposium in Forks, Washington, and I am really looking forward to it. Maybe I will see some of you there.

Here is wishing every one a Merry Christmas or if you don't celebrate Christmas then a Happy Holiday season. My writings: Siren Blood is doing fine, not much interest though as far as hit, and I have two Labyrinth stories I am writing; currently one has 27 chapters and the other one I'm only on Chapter 7 - I'm not sure if it will have more than that. I do with to thank everyone who is still reading "Her Blood Sings"; I am amazed at how many visitors come to that story every day, and to all of you who leave reviews on my stories, I want to offer you a heartfelt thanks - those reviews are what keeps me writing. I also wish to thank my various beta readers for both my Twilight stories and my Labyrinth stories - you guys are wonderful.

Well, that's my December update, keep watching for the new Labyrinth stories. I'm hoping to finish the 7 chapter one by the end of February, and after the 27 chapter one, I may write a sequel to "The Villain and the Prince." For Labyrinth people, I also have 3 other stories on the back burner. To everyone who has ever left a review, here is a great big THANK YOU - you are all fantastic - without you, there would be no more stories.

Just to let you know, I love 'pm's as well as reviews, and I do reply to them.

I am at a point were I think it is time for a change what I am currently working on, that being, after 'Siren Blood' - if I finish it because there doesn't seem much interest in it - is completed, I am going to write for another story that really interests me. Keep watching, the story I am currently working on for this other is now 26 chapters long, but I plan to finish the entire story before I post the first chapter, that way there are more evenly spaced postings of chapters. As for 'Siren Blood,' as much as I am enjoying it and currently am working on chapter 12 with at least 7 more chapters planned, I'm not sure if there is enough interest for it to be finished.

My other direction that I want to take, is to write some original stories and look to publishing them through LULU. If I get this far, I will leave information here for anyone who would like to see what I have been able to accomplish, but that is still further down the line.

My philosophy about life:

1- Age is subjective rather than objective, and your mind really rules your body.

2 – What is life if it is all work and no play, where is the fun in that.

I don't usually join sites, but I have always been interested in writing and I absolutely fell in love with Stephenie Meyer's Twilight (I have read it 8 times) and then found this site with a vast variety of fan spin offs, so I decided I would join.

My greatest weakness is playing. I love to play - on my computer, board games, and cards games. My favorite computer games vary because I can lose interest in a game if it seems to repetitive; now I get most of my games from Game House so I can change then often through the use of Fun Play. I also enjoy Suduko and logic problems.

My greatest strength is reading - I love to read. My favorite books are the The House of Night series, The City of Bones series (I think they are really called the Mortal Instruments series), Harry Potter series, the Charlie Bones series, the Series of Unfortunate Events series, all the plays of Shakespeare - which I fell in love with when I was in 11th grade - I like cozy mysteries like 'The Cat Who' and 'Aunt Dimity,' but have put them aside in favor of vampire stories with my two favorite authors being Amelia Atwater-Rhodes (who has not written any new vampire books lately) and Stephenie Meyer and Fantasy stories with faeries in them - Holly Black is currently on top there, but I have read a lot of the Teen Top Ten for 2008 and there were a number of fun and interesting fantasy books on that list. I was really enjoying the Cirque de Freak books until I finally went online and bought the last two books in the series, and then I was disappointed in the ending. But I did find on fan fiction a way to change that. I can now write my own ending and post it here to share with anyone who is interested. I find I enjoy young adult literature more than most current adult literature because of the over use of offensive language and violence, and many times the plots and themes found in young adult literature are richer and fresher. In addition, I like to keep current so I can share with my students what is new and what is worth reading.

My other hobby, besides my computer, is family genealogy. I really enjoy reading old newspapers that tell what past family members were up to while they were young, and I started to collect old stories from my grandmothers before they both died. I wish I had been more interested when I was younger and had collected the stories my grandfathers use to tell about logging when they were younger, but now it is too late.
