Zealak Silverdirk NEWS UPDATE 1/10/2012 - ;m; I didn't end up getting any writing done over the Christmas break… being home was just too fun to sit and write. Someday! EXTRA Favourite Animals: Favourite Series: Favourite Books: Favourite Redwall Book: Favourite Authors: Favourite Foods: Favourite Pastimes: Favourite Movies: Favourite Quotes: "I wear the chain I forged in life," replied the Ghost. "I made it link by link, and yard by yard; I girded it on of my own free will, and of my own free will I wore it." (Marley's Ghost, A Christmas Carol) "...Or, I could call you in the middle of dinner and convince you to switch long-distance carriers!" (The Dark Lord Chuckles the Silly Piggy, Dave the Barbarian) "If what I think is happening is happening, it better not be." (Felicity, The Fantastic Mr. Fox) "Are you all ready for your free eye examinations?" "And which do you think we're going to be using more often sailor, the coffee or the lard?! Are we all gon'na jump out of bed in the morning and have a nice, hot cup OF PIG FAT!?" (Marty, Down Periscope) "So I'm having them liquidated." "He's got green nose, sir. First, you get a green nose, then you start shoutin' out these stupid phrases, man." "What is this?! I found a finger-nail in my food! And the day before, it was a band-aid!" "I don't like lollipops." (Artemis Fowl II, Artemis Fowl) STORYLINE VIEWS As we all know, we've all got a favourite series, though it's usually multiple amounts (depending on one's taste in fantasy or novelty). My favourites, and what I think of them, are listed below. Redwall: My brother was the one responsible for getting me hooked on this series. He got the craze from one of his friends, and every time we went to the library, he would ask me to scout out a few Redwall novels. I looked at one (the first one being "MARLFOX", and said to myself 'hey, this looks interesting, I want to read it!' Unfortunately, I was only in grade two or three, so I struggled to get three chapters finished. Guardians of Ga'Hoole: Being a curious middle-schooler, I looked around the book fair (where the library buys books and sells them to parents and kids, which is legal, just in case you're wondering), for a good novel. It was during class time, where the students would browse around for ten or so minutes, write down what they wanted to purchase over a period of time, and return to class. Warriors: I was actually on a petsite when I heard about this one. A user named "puredream" asked me if I read the Warriors series, and I replied that I had no clue (this was when Warriors was unknown). They told me the name of the first novel, and I read a summary on Google about it. I forgot about the name of the novel entirely, so I could not go out and purchase it. Rocky Balboa: Yes, that is the title of the (sadly) last movie, but it basically sums up the entire six without others mistaking it for something else. A movie worthy of a spot in fanfiction. CLOSING REMARKS I thank you for the time, Wow, you made it through my entire profile?! I'd shake your hand, but I'm just an unknown chick on the other side of the computer screen, so it's best not to try. :P | |||||||||
