Author has written 45 stories for Halo, F.E.A.R., Spin City, StarTrek: Enterprise, StarTrek: Deep Space Nine, Fullmetal Alchemist, Stargate: Atlantis, Stargate: SG-1, Sherlock Holmes, Justice League, Yu Yu Hakusho, Hawaii Five-0, Psych, M*A*S*H, Sherlock, Avengers, and Burn Notice. So, I wanted to do a complete profile overhaul, but I kind of like seeing some of this stuff up here, because it's from 2006 and I like seeing how I was back then. I've changed a lot since then, but I like having that as a part of who I used to be. I'm a college grad now, working my way through graduate school, and writing is where I go when the stress gets too much. I love being here, and I love getting to read the writing of people who love the same things I do. So thank you for coming around, and I'll be here forever. That said, take it away, 2006 me: Hey, kids, name's Laura and I'm here to write, read, and review some of the most kick ass stories on the Internet. You'll find that most of my stories revolve around TV or video games, but, then, what more is there to life? I'm a big fan of one shots, so there are a lot of them here. Read, enjoy (hopefully) and do your best to review if you can. I need to know what I'm doing right and what's going wrong in my stories so I can improve them. Also, and pay attention here, I'm not making any any money whatsoever from any of the stories I write. I don't own anything, I didn't check with the proper authorities as far as borrowing anything, not Fox or MGM or anybody else I may have "borrowed" from, and it would be totally awesome if you didn't sue me. Added note: I've gotten a lot of good reviews lately, poitive feedback and that, and I'd just like to thank those of you who took the time to click the little 'submit review' button and tell me what you think. You guys rock. Newly added note: Didn't want to get rid of the old note, as it is no less true, but didn't want to add this to that, as this is severals of months more recent. Moving on. Sorry I've not been round much of late there, kids, but I got a job and just started at a fairly high-end-ish community college. Bit of a busy one these days, but that doesn't mean the end of any of my progressing works. Just a slight delay. Even newlier added note: That's right, I just decided that's a word, what of it? So, in light of some facts which have recently come to my attention, that last note kinda seems like a lie, huh? I don't think I updated anything since '07, which is weird considering the fact that I'm still working on stuff. I'll see if I can't start posting again some time soon, yeah? Some people have been asking for some new stuff, and I really take requests like that to heart, so I'll see if I can't oblige. Most Recent Note: I don't think I've added anything since that last. That's going to change soon. Just got over a two year case of writer's block/too-busy-to-write-atosis. But it's all good. Hope my new work is up to standards. I've got some new stuff in the works, and I wanted to thank everyone who read my last story. Your encouragement has helped me get back in the game. More on the way.
