Author has written 27 stories for Hellsing, Naruto, Harry Potter, Inuyasha, Avatar: Last Airbender, Rurouni Kenshin, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Sherlock, and Spirited Away. Hello and welcome to the profile of the infamous kat demon1895, (aka starwberry_nerd on portkey just so everyone knows and yes, I know about the mispelling) I've just adjusted it, it was formerly kittydemon18. Then it went from that to katdemon18 and now it's katdemon1895. The adjustment comes because I wanted to change the name but I didn't want to make a huge change and confuse people and have them all accuse me of theft or something. As a toddler and for most of my formative years I watched My Neighbor Totoro at least as often as I would watch a Disney film. Sailor Moon was the first anime series that I watched and Ranma 1/2 the first manga that I read in its entirety. I must confess, I am an optimist. I can't help it, and I've tried, but I always seem to look for the bright side of things. I'm also a touch narcissistic. Not in the sense that I am fond of my looks. I rather avoid pictures of myself and mirrors if I can help it. But I am narcissistic in the sense that I tend to think that my writing is better than it probably is, sorry about that. I write predominantly in Harry Potter but I also, obviously, branch out into other fandoms. I have my OTPs and for the most part I stick to them. With some there is no negotiation. For example, I am a Harmonian first and foremost in regards to Harry Potter. In other fandoms, Naruto for example or the Avengers, I can be flexible. If there's a type of story you'd like to see me write then all you have to do is ask and I'd probably be willing to take up the challenge, (see At Least the Slayer was Safe and the Luna/Neville wedding in The Big Day as proof) though be warned that I won't write yaoi or yuri and I don't write smut. I'll write enough fluff and sap that you'll go into sugar shock if you want but no explicit scenes. Don't Fear the Reaper is currently being rewritten entirely, apologies for any distress this may be producing Also, if you're looking at my profile I'm sure you see that I have a number of stories that span a variety of fandoms, go ahead, click! read! REVIEW I appreciate hearing your thoughts. And as a little advice, just a thought but PLEASE DO NOT WRITE IN YOUR SUMMARY THAT YOUR SUMMARY IS HORRIBLE! Please do not write anything similar to "my summary sucks" or "not a good summary read anyway". You are writing for an audience that is, in theory, functionally literate. We can tell if a summary isn't any good or not. It does not need to be announced and it actually makes a summary even worse and extremely annoying. I admit that I deliberately skip stories that inform me that their summary is horrible. Also, I just got a new job! Please be patient with me as I learn the ropes and neglect my writing for a bit longer! | |||||
