And looking back at those years, a lot has changed not only about me in real life, but also about me as a fanfiction writer. My grammar, although not yet perfect, improved drastically. ff.net also helped me gain my self-esteem in what I do (when readers always tell you how you made them happy or cry because of something you wrote, just the ability to affect them will do wonders to your self-confidence). And my writing style, from an over-emotional multi-chapters has evolved into calm, subtle oneshot drabbles. Of course, it can also be blamed on the fact that since I am already a career woman, my schedule can no longer handle writing multi-chapters now. I have not stopped writing fanfiction and has no intention to stop anytime now. My lack of updates may be due to the fact that I have no burst of inspiration (I realized that when you get older, the things that made you react passionately decreases since you've already gained maturity), and since I've long ago vowed never to write something half-hearted, I cannot bring myself to write if I am not feeling overly emotional. Please forgive my lack of updates. I thank my loyal readers who kept me in their author's list and alert list (most of them have already gone inactive) and my new readers who recently added me. Knowing that I can still get attention in this big community amidst my lack of activity touched me deeply.
