Author has written 11 stories for Supernatural. Yay for finally putting up a profile! Wow, so I realized I haven't updated this profile since I started this whole thingymabob. And that was a long time ago. So, an update. My name is still Jessica. I am now living with my husband of 2 years this June. We bought a house in New Jersey, which we are moving into this summer. He still works in theatre, at the same job he has had for 16 years, which is nothing to sneeze at. My career has taken a much more twisted path. I earned my BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts) in Prop Mastering and Prop Artisian for theatre. I spent a year interning at The Juilliard School in the Props Department. Right out of the internship I got some work in both theatre and film. I then continued working freelance, but then the economy crashed, along with all the available work. So I spent a year with very little work, mostly doing some theatre painting. I also worked a bunch of independent films (none for pay, unfortunately). I finally decided I needed another skill set and fulfilled a, well not dream, (but need maybe?) of going to massage therapy school. So I took a 6 month full time intensive course. I graduated valictorian (yay!) and got to work working at a couple of spas and fitness centers. I love reading, scene painting, creating art work, writing (obviously), and video editing. I have earned a blackbelt, but that was a while ago so most of my training is out the window. :) My personal talent is remembering trivial facts about tv and film that no one really cares about, but is interesting to know... that and connecting actors/directors/creators to each other's work. Geek alarm, I know. I used to have a zoo in my house. I've had almost every type of pet there is, including horses, dogs, cats, parakeets, Ball python snake, turtles, chickens, and ducks. At the moment, I have two ferrets named Zorro and Bamboo who are super cute, but are also getting super old. So at least once every other month, I swear Zorro is dying, but then he comes back strong. I haven't written many fanfics, mostly because I haven't had a lot of time and because I didn't get into it until Supernatural came along. But what can I say? It inspired me. My favorite shows are Supernatural, Lost, CSI (Las Vegas only), Nip/Tuck, Buffy, Angel, House, and Farscape. I love talking about them and getting other opinions, so if you wanna chat, drop me a line. My dream job is to work on a show like Supernatural or CSI.
