Well, the summer is over and school has started for most. I’ve been running around like usual, but the other day, I looked at my Author’s page here and realized how old some of these announcements were, so here’s an updated version! Some of it hasn’t changed, but some of it has, so bare with me while I go over this list again:

Custody’s Next Update: I know it’s been over a month since my last update for Custody, but unfortunately I only recently started getting over some writer’s block. So the chapter has been started and I am working on it, but it’s still going to take some time to get it out and up on the web. Sorry! I will try my best to get it out as soon as it is done though!

New Stories: (This section may be a bit of a repeat) I’m sure you’re all still wondering when on earth I’ll actually finish Custody, considering how long it’s gotten. However, it is coming up on its close, which while sad, leaves us with the beginning of new stories! To give a quick preview of new stories though, most of my stories for a while will be One-Shots. After that however… Remember ‘Flying’ and ‘Sincerely Adeline’? Remember the fact that I said sequels were likely to come? –Smiles- Well, that time has come!

The sequels will be my next multi-chapter stories. I will also have a few one shots here and there that are to come as well. For more information on those, check my ‘Coming Soon’ category. Finally, another multi-chapter story that I’m hoping to start soon, will be centered in the YGO universe rather then the DC universe. This will be sort of more of a side story for me, but I do hope that you check it out. It’s a romance and I'll have summary on that up here some time soon.

Recap of SDCC: It was a blast going and I hope to go again in the future. Cosplaying as Starfire (cartoon version) and Akito Sohma (manga version) was so much fun to do as well. For those who haven’t gone to the San Diego Comic Con, I highly recommend it!

Fan Art!: Tari Silmarwen has recently drawn two new pieces of art for my story “Custody”. Just to let you know though, they contain major spoilers for Chapter 37 of the story; just giving you fair warning... You can find the first one here Sheltered and the second one here Safety Thank you again so much Tari! These made me smile so much upon seeing them. You rock the world to no end!

Recent Anonymous Reviews: For replying to Anonymous reviews sent in to Custody or other stories during the time that I’ve been writing Custody, I will create a section on my homepage, either here or on my DeviantArt page for my replies to them once Custody has been completed. It may take me some time and I may update this section in parts, but no one’s getting left out! Promise!

I'm both an avid reader and writer. I tend to like stories with excellent plots that have to do with the forces of good and evil colliding (and battling it out). I like to read Graphic Novels from both Marvel and DC Comics as well as several Mangas. I'm a total fanatic about the cartoon show: Teen Titans on Cartoon Network. For movies, I totally love seeing above and beyond special effects/cinematography to top off the story. I don't read books all that oftan, mainly cause I'm so busy and don't have time, but I like books that keep you hooked and don't get boring (obviously). If I had to choose how to occupy my time, I'd rather write. People I know know me as 'the one who's addicted to writing'. But I love reading on FanFiction.Net. People put out great stories on this site.

Before I start listing off my favorite pairings I want to say that I respect mostly all pairings, but these are how I really sort of see characters.

Romance: RobinXStarfire (as you can see in my favorites, I'm not too picky about any of their stories) (For those of you RobinXRaven fans, I will read your romances for them. But I sort of see them more in a friendship closer to that of a brother and a sister, that's all. Sorry.)

Rivalries: Batman vs. Joker, Superman vs. Lex Luther, Spider-Man vs. Green Goblin, and Robin vs. Slade (as you can also see, I'm much more picky when it comes to Robin vs. Slade stories and my favorites list)

Genre(s): Angst/Drama and Romance/Humor (total opposites, don't know why)

Me Reviewing: I will normally after a couple chapters have been posted or sometimes at the very end of a story; or I'll automatically review a One-Shot

People Reviewing Me: I appreciate reviews, although I ask you that if you do, to not flame me with insults and to give constructive critizism instead. It's hard to make things better if I don't know what's wrong. However, compliments are always welcome. It's something that keeps me going as a writer. So if you want more, make sure in your reviews to tell me!

As you can tell, I'm a serious Superhero fanatic (That's a good thing, right? Please be right.). I got interested a while back. I got into Superheroes by watching Teen Titans. The episode "Masks" was what got me hooked. From there my fascination just grew and grew. What you'll see from me will generally be in the comic realm (hope that's a good thing). I may do other stuff though. I will try to finish what I start and I'll try to post when I finish new chapters as soon as I can get to a computer with internet too.

For genres, I can go all over the place if I want to, but I usually go dark. I can't help it. In my plots things will be good, then get bad, then worse, and then horrible (note: the 'and worse's don't have many limits), and then great. So that's the main idea. I will occasionally write up something in the romance catagory too. Sue me for loving when two characters get together when you've been dieing to see that forever! I don't think that I will ever write about someone dieing though. Sometimes I'll just write up a story. In any case, whatever I post, I'll work hard on to make it worth your time to read (and hopefully review). Since my stuff is heroes, I sort of like to keep in their character persona that they stand for something higher. Sex, drugs, and profanity kill that sort of thing. Still, my stuff can be considerably dark. Trust me on that.

On to the stuff I write. I already said that probably most of my work is going to be superheroes. I try to finish what I start before moving on to the next thing. So here’s a quick look at what is completed, current and coming soon. I won't put up backgrounds for One-Shots though that are completed unless they were posted within the last month. Also for stories to come, I might change the title if I find I don’t like it, but the summery will always be the same:

What?

Background: Ok, in the first season final of “Teen Titans”, Apprentice, we never find out exactly what happened or how long Robin was Slade’s apprentice. So this story is just that. It’s told from both Robin’s and Slade’s POV’s. It’s a juxtapose of the two characters’ thoughts as events unfold. It's a bit of everything in terms of genras, but mainly Drama and Angst. It also went a bit into why the characters act the way they do, mainly because they are telling the story. The story is not something meant to say "these are the only things that happened". There's times that I don't go into much through out the story. I'm really pleased with how it turned out.

I guess I wrote this story to show a bunch of different things. One: was to compare the two characters since so many people notice how similar they are and how they are different. Another: was that everyone sort of senses that Slade is looking for a son during the Apprentice episodes. I gave some reasons behind that based loosly off of the comics and others that I came up with from watching the TV show. But then (through Robin's POV), we really see how horrible Slade can really be. It's like the man may want a son, but there's no way he's going to get it because he's so cruel, especially towards the end. Lastily: they're my favorite characters and I always wondered what might have gone on in between those episodes.

Warning Spoiler for Chapters Fifteen and Sixteen: Okay, the ending of Chapter Fifteen is very vague. All that happened was that Robin fell into a light sleep. Slade saw him sleeping, picked him up, took Robin to his (Robin's) room and put him to bed. After ruffling Robin's hair, he left the room. Nothing bad happened. Got It? Told you it's not Slash! Geez, trust me a little more.

Chapter Seventeen: I said that you could go to my FanFiction homepage to view a Teen Titans AMV that was closely linked to this chapter. The song helped inspire parts of the chapter, however, unfortunately, the AMV was taken down sometime ago. So I apoligize for no longer having the link. If I ever find it again, I will repost the link.

Could This Go Anywhere?

Background: I originally started writing this after I wrote the first chapter of "What?". I had gotten two chapters done (they hadn't been posted yet), but then "What?" took priority and I didn't really pay much attention to "Could This Go Anywhere?" because I didn't want to switch back and forth between stories. Once I finished "What?" I decided to come back to it. I revised the first two chapters and started posting them. It is my second multi-chapter story. This is a Time Travel story that came about because I wanted to write a Nightwing vs. Slade story, but with the other Titans around. I know that Time Travel complicates every story, but it becomes clearer as the story progresses... sort of... Okay, mostly towards the ending everything is cleared up. That's what an ending does, right? Right. I guess the best thing about writing this for me was that I learned how to incorperate multiple characters into a rather long story. Plus, it was a real action/adventure story and who can't resist writing about that? Thank you to everyone who's read and/or reviewed CTGA?! ;-D

Background: Okay, it's not the most well known couple, but I still adore it. This is basically the origin of Deathstroke, The Terminator, aka Slade Wilson, told from the point of view of his wife, later ex-wife, Adeline Kane. It's mainly a romantic drama, but incorperates elements that deal with their time raising their boys too. It's a bunch of journal entries really. Um... I might have a sequal next summer.

Flying

Background: I don't really remember how I got this idea, but I liked it. I guess the idea appealed to me since so oftan, whenever we read about Richard/Nightwing/Robin, there's not always that innocence that helps bring out the kid in him. So to have a bunch of stories of Richard growing up in Haly's Circus was just the way to bring it out in my opinion. And besides, who doesn't love a cute little kid? Um... I might a sequal this coming summer.

Custody A father-son story.

Background: I guess you could say this is the story where I mix both the Teen Titans TV show and the DC Universe into it. My goal in style for this is to keep it so that you still see the cartoon in your mind, but the elements being added in are derived from the DCU. It's basically a story that is a real mystery and adventure, but with the added drama, such as Robin growing up a bit (no, no Nightwing in this story, sorry) and stepping out of Batman's shadow, and romance (too many to list here; canon will apply for it; No Slash). It will also be split up into Parts as well as Chapters. There will be plenty of elements used or derived from the DCU, but if you're not familiar with the DCU or something in the story, you don't have to worry about it. I'll normally give some sort of a subtle backdrop or explination if it plays a big role. Otherwise, you have nothing to fear because, well, it's just probably a detail. My updating status will depend on how much time I have. The latest that I would update is a month, but I aim to be able to update every two weeks. Enjoy!

6. Untitled (1) Sequal to 'Flying'; Tragedy has struck and Dick's alone. But when he meets the Dark Knight, he realizes that his life will never be the same.

7. Untitled (2) All of his nightmares are about to become a reality. When an Old Foe returns, Seto Kaiba and his brother, Mokuba, are split apart while Seto finds himself homeless on the streets. But this Foe wants something more than Kaiba Corp. Something much more powerful, that Seto didn't even know he had.

I guess I've got some explaining to do. First off, no, this isn't some OC for the Teen Titans realm or the DC realm (GASP!). These characters come from the anime and manga Yu-Gi-Oh. Let's just say that it's amazing what you get into once one of your best friends introduces you to their favorite cartoon show. So I was sort of nodding off (bad, Rena, bad, Rena) and I came across this story. I'll see how it goes.

8. A Joker's Tale A one-shot. Yeah, I don't think anyone knows how this will go, because The Joker's insane. It's just a brief story told from his point of view.

9. Roy's Failed Date A one-shot. Roy's probably the one person who takes a date to be like anything else, or to be more accurate, like a piece of cake. So the idea that a date could possibly fail is laughable. Until tonight that is... (For FullMetal Alchemist; summery may change)

10. Why Seto Never Sleeps A one-shot. What no one knows is that every night, there's a new and terrifying reason to make him scream.

11. Untitled (3) Short Multi-Chapter story; How they met, how they fell in love, the vows they made, the family that they began, their story. (Not for the DCU or Marvel Universe) (Yes, I know I'm being rather vague, sorries... I don't want to say much because it's still a budding idea and I'm not sure if I'll go through with it) Possible story title: "At The Beginning"
