Welcome to the profile of Ash Kaiba. I've been writing fan fiction for several years, starting with When Destinies Collide: Preparation with Katie Mae, who also beta-ed it. A good majority center around my favorite Yu-Gi-Oh character, Seto Kaiba. I try to make them realistic thru detailed research or holding to the anime or manga. When I first started, it has been the four seasons. Now, I like meshing the anime and manga together.

A little over a year since I last updated this page. I do have a couple chapters of Snowball Effect typed up, but they currently reside on my external and will hit the web after I have at least five chapters written. Plus, after three years of silence, Cold Case: Blue-Eyes has been updated. The chapter does not have a wacky poll and I don't think the next will either. But, I will be soon referring to a story that has not even met the world yet (nor paper for that matter). I will soon start outlining it and doing scene work while working on Cold Case and Snowball Effect. Until next time, sayonara.

Completed Fan Fictions:

1. When Destinies Collide: Preparation: Part one of the When Destinies Collide trilogy. I wrote this with Katie Mae several years ago, whom also beta-ed the work. For a first fiction, I think it was a good start. If I were to rewrite this, the challenge would be completely remaking Ash Black and trying to keep to the story concept that the original has. Style: Multi-chapter fiction. Completed on: 22 August 2006.

2. Nobody Knows: Part one of the My Secrets Saga. I decided to write this in honor of Kaiba Mokuba, whom knows more about their years with Gozaburo than he lets one. This is based off the Mokuba from the original Yu-gi-Oh manga. Style: Story, one-shot.

3. Now They Know: Part two of the My Secrets Saga. This is the continuation of Nobody Knows told by Kaiba Seto. It is a combination of his journal entry and modern scenes. Style: Story, one-shot.

4. Breaking Point: I wrote this poem for a Scion game that I was in. It is from the god Anubis's point of view on my character, who is his half sister. Style: Poetry, one-shot.

5. Little No More: Another poem for the same Scion game. This time, I focused on my GM's version of Horus, whom only sees what he wants to see. This poem is also about my character, whom is Horus's biological little sister. Style: Poetry, one-shot.

6. My Rival and Friend: This idea came to me while reading Yu-gi-Oh Duelist Volume 23. The title originated from some dialogue in one of the chapters that I felt was appropriate for this fiction. Told from the aspect of Yami Yugi. Style: Story, one-shot.

Discontinued Fan Fictions:

1. When Destinies Collide:Acceptance is discontinued. It is the second part to the When Destinies Collide trilogy.

2. Rose Wars- This fiction is based off of the PS2 Yu-Gi-Oh! game: The Duelists of the Roses. Again, I wrote this with Katie Mae, but both of us are too busy to work it anymore.

Current Projects:

1. Snowball Effect: Seto gets turned into a VAMPIRE (unwilling, though). And Yugi gets dragged along for the ride. Can Count Dracula himself correctly teach the two boys life as the 'Undead'? Chapter 8 under revision. Chapter 9 is being typed. Next update is around November 30th.

2. Cold Case: Blue-Eyes: Yami and Yugi are detectives... searching for Seto Kaiba. Chapter 7 and the last two chapters are written. Chapter 9 is in the works. Contains a fried computer and wacky polls. Next update is around December 17th.

3. Farewell, Alcatraz- On paper. The countdown to Alcatraz's destruction continues as Kaiba reflects on his grudge towards Gozaburo and the words of Yugi. One-shot based on the Yugioh manga/anime. Working on the middle. (Has intro and ending written.)

4. Unspoken- Shonenai fiction focusing on Green (also known as Blue, but I'm used to Green due to scans of the manga) and Red after Green's defeat at the Indigo Plateau.

Need to Pull Out of the Garage:

1. Return to Monster World- Dedicated to Katie Mae. Yami Bakura is the main villian. This fiction is good so far, but I need to outline the later chapters being as it's been awhile since I've worked on this.

2. Murderous Perfection- A what if fiction. This idea came to after reading Dean Koonz's Door to December. I really want to continue this, but this story lacks details (At least in my opinion.). So, I will keep adding onto this fiction, but expect the first six chapters to be reworked.

3. Save Me- SetoxSerenity. Kaiba is almost completely handicapped, and Wheeler's little sister is his new light. I need to try brainstorming chapter 10.

4. Year of the Dragon- SetoxKisara. Seto loves dragons, but is to find out... Kisara, come to the rescue!! Chapter 3 under construction. Also on hold. Return date: ??

5. End of Days- WW3 happened 15 years ago. Fiends and vampire Duel Monsters invaded Earth. Joey finds a person that could hold the key of human survival...an artifical Duel Monster. Chapter 3 under construction. On hold as well. Well, I am writing it out on paper at the moment.

6. Inner Demons- On paper and now on. The long waited installment of My Secrets saga. Yugi and his friends try to get to know Seto more as Mokuba and Roland struggle to keep the elder boy in the manor. Brainstorming Chapter 4.
