Please Note: Due to recently arisen technical issues between the fanfiction.net site and older Macs, it has become very difficult to respond to reviews and nearly impossible to respond to PM's. The method by which I am working around this currently is quite ludicrous and annoying as hell, involving a second browser platform and bypassing multiple error screens. As a result, I may be very late responding to reviews, and I have PM's turned off. I apologize. If you need to contact me outside of a review, please do so through my livejournal page, linked above and below. If I could afford to upgrade my computer, I would, believe me. :-P

~stuff about me~

I've been here over three years now. I'm always working on stuff. Hopefully it'll be tolerable. I've generally got a rhinohide ego when it comes to fiction critiquing. As long as there is a why you think my story sucks, and maybe a suggestion on how to fix it or make it better, I'm cool.

I'm generally scant on free time and am a procrastinator, so postings from me will likely be infrequent or at least irregular. I will do my best to commit to a regular schedule on multi-part fic and not leave people hanging, but often life has very, very, very different plans. Arg.

What else... I am frighteningly addicted to Supernatural. I hope the series goes on for years. I've also started writing some Doctor Horrible, which I hope has a bright future ahead of it. Um... Anything else you want to know, I suppose you can ask me.

General Notes:

Nothing I write will contain slash. Nothing wrong with slash, I just don't want it in my brain for Supernatural. :-) Also, if you spot a Mary-Sue in anything I have written, let me know so I can slay the pernicious cow.

Update Notes:

"Between a Quantum Rock and a Hard Place": Supernatural/Doctor Who Crossover. I have a framework for the entire story, and latter scenes are fleshing out nicely. Part 3 is UP!! More will come when it comes. There are some epic rumblings in the works... No set update schedule, because fate hates me.

I also have an entry up called "Conversations" which has more than one chapter which is being updated very irregularly. It will never be marked complete, but each "Chapter" is a complete thing on its own. It's a bunch of unconnected dialog-only conversations between Sam and Dean that don't seem to come connected with a larger story. There is no update schedule for this one, just whenever one of these conversations pops up and won't get out of the way so I can work on other things, I'll stick it in here. Number four "Coping with Weirdness" is kind of surreal, so if you don't like that kind of thing, skip it. Number eight "The Effanineffable Secret" is what comes before the independent entry "Born into a Bad Litter" Some entries have spoilers, these are marked.

I'm also writing a nebulous series of fanfics for "Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog" (which as of 10/30/08 has a category of its very own under 'Misc'! Woo!) This story will be on going and it will be continued as the bunnies gnaw, but each part will be in its own entry for now. No update schedule. Order to read them in: Doctor Horrible and the Embiggening Ray" (Prequel to show), "Everything You Ever Wanted", "Know Thy Enemy", "Dr. Horrible's Debutant Ball", "A Henchman's Lot". More will come when it comes, the next part will be Johnny-centric.

Current Status: If you go into my old stuff and find it confusing, that's because this site decided to retroactively mess up everyone's code. The versions posted on livejournal are fine and dandy. New stuff I'm posting will be fine. What can ya do, right? Anyway, WIP in progress as above, still have stuff I've been working on since the Season 1 finale, and if I didn't have to waste time doing things like working, I'd be writing fanfic for Supernatural until at least 2018. Not sure when anything will be posted, though. Stay tuned!

Notes on "The Toaster Incident" are at my LJ page (where all the separators are fine and dandy, thank you very much!) I've re-posted everything I've written so far there. I'll be posting anything new both here and on my LJ simultaneously with a few exceptions. Sometimes the format of the LJ version will differ slightly from the version posted here (different text formatting, graphics) and I will note any stories where this is the case here.

- "Comicommentary: Supernatural Origins Issue #2" is something completely different. It is ONLY up at my LiveJournal. It isn't fiction, really, it's a fictionalized DVD-style commentary by Sam and Dean about the second issue of the SPN:Origins comic book, and has a lot of graphics. SPOILERS for the comic and pretty much all of season 1 and 2.
- "Comicommentary: Supernatural Origins Issue #4" as above, except it's for issue number four.
- "Heads With No Names" is a SPN/Highlander (movie) crossover I wrote for the online Supernatural Fan convention Win_Non_Con Crossover challenge. I haven't posted it to fanfiction.net because it's not that good; it was written in about two hours and has no real point. Listing it here though it case anyone wants to read it anyway.
-"Behind the Glass Wall" In the interest of getting things moving, I decided to just fire off some weird random crap. Like this. I don't even know what to class this as. Kind of a missing scene for 3X15? Just something I needed to close off. Combined with a kind of weird idea I had about cats and invisible things. Dunno.
-"The Henchmen's Union's "So You're Evil, Now What?" Introductory Package" Not exactly fanfic, but if you like Dr. Horrible, mad scientists, over-the-top villans etc, you might find this entertaining
