Heya all,

Well, like most people on here, I first discovered that I enjoyed writing yeeeears ago, but only when I was referred to here did I really get into it. I use it as a creative outlet, writing fics about what I wish had happened, or maybe just to fill in the gaps while Jo was focusing on Harry and co.

Harry Potter:

My first fanfic love. In the past I may have wandered, but upon doing so, discovered my true feelings and will forever remain faithful to it.

Ships that I am first oars-woman (possibly captain?) on:

- Narcissa/Lucius

- Andromeda/Ted

- Bella/Rodolphus

- Tonks/Charlie

Over the years, I have found that I only read fics about the characters that were not central to the series, the background characters; Narcissa and Lucius, Bella and Rodolphus, Andromeda and Ted, Tonks, Fred and George are my favourites. I love all these characters so much and believe we were severely ripped off by not getting more of them, Especially Andromeda, like seriously, she got…3 pages? Whaaat?

Admittedly, I used to be a canon-whore, absolutely detesting anything that didn’t fit in with what had actually happened in the series, but since Deathly Hallows I have happily rejected many, many things. Save for a few select moments, I try whenever possible to ignore everything that happened in the book because I was completely devastated by it all.

Epilogue = no, just no.

My Fics:

Ignoring the 20+ fics I have started in some form or another (not including ideas scribbled down frantically onto little pieces of paper), my main fic priority at the moment is The Art of Tonks. This will be updated as much as humanly possible. Having said this, I know I have lagged and let down the team lately but I solemnly swear to be more dutiful. And trust me, I am just as anxious as all of you are to get to the Hogwarts years, but I just cannot seem to bring myself to skip 10 years or so. Character development, people!

Updates for TAoT may possibly be spasmodically interspersed with random one-shots that frequently slap me in the face rather hard.

Some of my older fics are not some of my best fics. They were written waaaay back in the day and are not, in my honest opinion, my best work. Yet I keep them up anyway, perhaps due to the nostalgia, perhaps because I couldn't bear to remove them. Perhaps both =)

I view reviews as online gold, and, as every man and his dog says, it does spur me on to write, even if I do not always show this by updating and whatnot. I am unspeakably grateful for each and every review, they are appreciated more than you can possibly know!

Death Eater Bella - My best friend, my sister. Words cannot possibly describe how grateful I am for all you have ever done! Your advice, your laughs, your answering my random, inane questions about anything and everything without batting an eyelid are appreciated to the point that words just cannot say. Stop there otherwise we may be here for a wHile =D

ABitOfBlack - My best friend and partner in crime. You are the Fred to my George. Without you, I could not possibly have written half of what I have. Your encouragement, your motivation is never-ending and unyielding. It is to you I owe so many things, even if you do sing 'See this hat, twas my cat!' at the most inappropriate of moments. =D
