22nd of May 2008: - As you may have noticed Under The Surface is still a WIP some 18 months after I started posting its one of those stories that somewhere along the line ran away from me. For all of you who have stuck with me my apologies but rest assured that it will be finished... eventually. As of today here is where things stand: I have about 3000 words of the next chapter (chapter 7) written but I've hit a bit of a stumbling block which I'm currently trying to find my way around. After that I am predicting that I'll need no more than two further chapters in order to finish the story.

I think this one has been a real learning curve for me and I promise no more WIP's.
