Fortunately, Optimus and his crew, along with new and old recruits do battle against him and his mercenaries. But, he has created a devious new weapon for his diabolical scheme known as Dark Energon.

Pretty Soldier Variable Geo/V.G. (Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon & Variable Geo/V.G. X-Over): Yuka Takeuchi meets Makoto, Ami, Rei and Minako at the same academy that she's attending. However, she's searching for her close friend, Tamao Mitsurugi. To make matters worse, a new evil is lurking and Yuka is willing to help out the Sailor Senshi, where she becomes their new leader.

Destiny Awaits (Yu-Gi-Oh! GX): Judai is challenged by Seto Kaiba in a duel after one of his associates picks him up from the desert and returns to Duel Academy. During the duel, Asuka's feelings towards Judai comes into fruition.

Rival Schools 3: Fateful Judgment (Rival Schools): Kyosuke returns to Taiyo High School after a two year absence and proposes to Hinata. Sakura moves in with Hinata and Batsu in Taiyo High School. Kurow exacts revenge to those that have opposed him and ruining his plans for domination.

For Whom The Trouble Tolls (The King of Fighters): Terry and Andy Bogard have big plans to marry Mai Shiranui and Blue Mary. But, Geese Howard and his goons have other plans on their minds by abducting them and challenges the Bogards to a shodown.

Boy Meets Gadget (Astro Boy & Inspector Gadget X-Over): Inspector Gadget travels to the futuristic Metro City and meets Astro Boy. From there, he and Astro Boy team-up to prevent Dr. Claw from destroying Metro City with a nuclear warhead.

Team Super Strikers (Captain Tsubasa & Whistle! X-Over): Tsubasa Ozora (Captain Tsubasa) bumps into a young man named 'Shō Kazamatsuri' (Whistle!). Later on, Tsubasa became intrigued of his skills in-spite of his age and height. In return, Tsuabsa makes an offer to Shō to join his team when one of his teammates gets injured during practice.

The Extreme Wild, Wild West (Badlands, Time Gal/Castle of Shikigami 3, Wild Guns and Sunset Riders X-Over): Buck (Badlands), Reika (Time Gal/Castle of Shikigami 3), Clint & Annie (Wild Guns) & Steve, Billy, Bob and Cormano (Sunset Riders) meet and become “The Dynamic Protectors.”

Spider Riders - Hunt For The Golden Axe (Spider Riders & Golden Axe X-Over): Hunter Steele and the spider riders including the Invectids have encountered something that has come to the Inner World: A weapon called ‘The Golden Axe.’ However, they’re not the only ones who are trying to find it and that's Tyris Flare and company; in which both parties have got no clue that someone or something is coming for the weapon also.

Ace High (The Prince of Tennis & Aim For The Ace!/Ace wo Nerae! X-Over): Ryoma Echizen (The Prince of Tennis) is being challenged by a mysterious tennis player, who goes by the name of Hiromi Oka (Aim For The Ace!/Ace wo Nerae!) in a three-set match.

Clash of the Six-Pack Titans (Yes! Pretty Cure 5 Go Go! & Tokyo Mew Mew X-Over): Nozomi was busy dating Coco, when she comes across a young girl named 'Ichigo Momomiya'. Before she could move on, Ichigo attacks her. It is later shown that she and her friends are under a dark spell. Now, it's up to Nozomi and her comrades to transform into Pretty Cure, defeat and save the group known as the Mew Mews.

Across The Border (Superhuman Samurai Syber-Squad & Ultraman X-Over): Sam wins a music contest to Tokyo, Japan with him and five friends. He takes Lucky, Tanker, Sydney and Jennifer. But he also takes Malcolm as well. Yet, Malcolm has other plans, rather than enjoying himself with Sam and company. However, his scheme of having Kilokhan to infiltrate the Japan computer goes haywire when a chrome bug infects Kilokhan to emerge from the cyberworld and into the real world as a giant. Sam and his friends must find a way to defeat him. Later, an old hero arrives on the scene. Afterwards, Malcolm exposes his truth about Kilokhan.

Eyes of Justice (Dennis the Menace): When Dennis's latest joke on Mr. Wilson goes too far, Mr. Wilson becomes furious and tells him that Dennis would never exist. That's when he gets the shock of his life, when he hears that Dennis has been shot by an escaped convict. Mr. Wilson must redeem himself and avenge Dennis.

Behind The Hidden Power (Street Fighter): After Ryu spars with Sakura, he introduces her to his master, Gouken. Unfortunately, Gouken disapproves her abilities as a fighter. Therefore, Sakura becomes infuriated. But this has resulted of an unexpected power from within her: The Satsui no Hadou. This had caught Bison's attention and abducts Sakura. Ryu must go after Bison and do battle with him.

Field of Opportunity (Princess Nine & Taisho Baseball Girls X-Over): After their devastating defeat, Ryo and her teammates struggle to cope with their loss. During their recovery, Shinsaku Kido receives a letter from Anna Curtland. He has been told that they're being challenged by Koume Suzukawa and her teammates in an exhibition match. Like Ryo and the rest of their colleagues, they too are also feeling distraught with their loss in their league. Therefore, two teams will enter, but only one will win.

A Sour, But Flat Note (Suite Precure): After Noise was purified, Hibiki and her friends resumed their normal lives to music. Along the way, Hibiki was practicing her piano skills in harmony when Ouji overhears her beautiful symphony. He was impressed with her skills that he made an offer to her, in which, she surprisingly accepted. When Kanade noticed it, her heart was shattered. As she weeps over her best friend having an affection over Ouji, Ellen tries to talk some sense into her.

That's Not a Toy (My Pet Monster): Chuckie, Max and Jill have been keeping a secret about Monster for a very long time. That is, until Mr. Hinkle decides to follow them. When he does however, Beastur arrives and looks to take his captor back to Monsterland.

The Deadliest Fight (Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple & Baki the Grappler X-Over): Kenichi was busy training until he confronts a man named 'Baki "the Grappler" Hanma'. Much to his surprise, however, Baki has only half-recovered his earsight and part of his ribs. Yet after making a full recovery, Miu gets abducted by an unknown group of martial artists. Rather than facing Baki, Kenichi insists that they should rescue Miu first and than battle against each other.
