Author has written 26 stories for RENT, and Wicked. Hello, my name is Skylar, though my name here is more known as Lianne; that is my middle name. I have been writing fanfics since 2006, though I go on hiatus quite often. I write mostly RENT, as my WICKED fanfic was far from exceptional. I hope to write some fics for other categories, perhaps writing a Dsney piece or a Shakespearean attempt. I have gained some significant life experiences in the past six months. That stated, my writing has become a tad more mature, and my uncompleted RENT fics : "I'll Be Home For Christmas", "Die Another Day", and "Significant Others"; will remain incomplete. I find my inspiration everywhere, but mostly from music. Artists that truly strike a cord with me include but are certainly not limited to: Idina Menzel (Planet Z anyone?), Vannesa Carlton, and Avril Lavigne. Books have been my best friend since I can remember. Where a person can betray you, the worst you can get from a book is a paper cut or perhaps a headache. I will attempt to read anything. I tend to stick, however, to the classics; Austen, Stoker, Carrol, Shelley; the ones history has recognized as originals and the greats. When not getting ink stains on my nose, I can usually be found getting burned by the stages lights; be it from hanging them, or performing for hours under them. I mostly act and dance, though I do some singing. Twice a month, I turn into a vampire for roughly six hours with friends as we roleplay our way through the night, at Vampire: the Requiem.
