Speaking of names, you may be wondering what you're able to call me. I'm fine with being called Jaded Delirium, Jade, or Sky (from sky_dancer_girl on neopets). I would rather not be called J.D., but I sign reviews with those initials when I'm in a hurry sometimes.

Style (and miscellaneous about me): I like to write random, casual fics. I write by however I feel at the moment.

And if anyone's interested, I do take challenges. But if I'm not as interested in the plot/pairing, I might not write as well.

I'm SLOW. I promise I'll update, but I'm very random with my updating. The last time I updated was right smack in the middle of exams. Baaaaaaaad timing =_='''.

I'm Cantonese-Chinese. Or is it Chinese-Cantonese? Anyhow... I throw miscellaneous Asian tidbits here and there into my writing. Sometimes it's a song, sometimes it's a phrase. There's a difference between Cantonese and Mandarin, which I also use occasionally.

Pairings:

Yaoi/ Yuri- Depends. I don't mind shoujo-ai nor shounen-ai, but not yaoi and yuri, I haven't gotten to that phase yet. But I'm not a homophobe. Maybe I'll give it a try one day. I'm not old, I haven't completely determined my orientation yet! :(

Inuyasha: Inuyasha/ Kagome, Miroku/ Sango. I suppose in this case, I side with canon pairings. I love Sesshoumaru/ Rin too, but only if she's older. I'm also so happy that the manga FINALLY ended and... wait, I shouldn't spoil it.

Avatar: Aang/ Katara. Sokka/ Yue. Zuko/ Toph. Zutara actually has more appeal to me, but I'm just too loyal to Kataang =3.

Naruto: Sasuke/ Sakura (first Naruto pairing I liked), Deidara/ Ino ( I just love this pairing... but I'm completely anti DeiSaku and DeiHina sorries), Gaara/ Hinata (They (might) get along well together), Kiba/ Hinata, Sakura/ Ino friendship (but some shoujo-ai, don't mind), Neji/ Tenten, Ino/Hinata

Another Naruto thing- I don't like Hinata/ Akatsuki. Not sure why, I just don't. The only AkaHina pairing I like is Tobi/ Hinata, which is another strange thing of mine. Sakura/ Akatsuki, I don't really like either. Personally, I think she should be with Sasuke, since I'm not a huge fan of NaruSaku.

Yet another Naruto thing- Those pairs up there are my absolute favourite ones. The ones I'm ok with, Sasori/ Sakura, Gaara/ Ino, Neji/ Hinata.

Own/ Original Characters:

Yumi Miyonoko (first name is Miyonoko, last name is Yumi): My OC in Flying on a Red Cloud. Miyonoko likes to be called Momo. She's a diclonius like Ino, and is also Ino's friend.

Fic Status (otherwise known as the place where Jade sets dates for fic updates which she will likely not update by, given her tendency to procrastinate):

Hey wait- now that we've gotten to know each other a little more (or you've known a bit more about me after reading this profile), let's get something straight.

I never set rules for when I update. I update when I get inspiration or motivation, and usually need both. Also, unless I feel I can use it as a foundation for something good, I don't take requests. Say you want Gaara in one of my stories. Unless Gaara fits in some way, I'm not going to put him in. I update when I want to, or when too many people are threatening me. If one of my stories seems to have people liking it, but not being appreciative enough to raise a finger and REVIEW, then darn, no motivation for me and I'll assume you think it's not bad, but nothing you would really want to read. Therefore I will update slowly and the quality may not be as good.

Here are the current statuses of my fics:

Change is Good, or is it: on Ch 10. Hiatus. (Hiatus, to me, is just another word that means 'I've almost totally given up on this story, but I'm still going to keep it up, yea-whatever.)

Flying on a Red Cloud: also Ch 10. Updated on March 30th.

Entwined By Memories: Ch 9. In progress. Sasuke's not helping with his personality. I'm stuck on the SasuSaku, as if I post it, I might get in trouble as it's too similar to this one TV show.

Akatsuki's Absolute Girlfriends: on Ch 3. Not sure. It's been a year =O

The Letter, Inuyasha Meets Avatar, Cracked, Easy Way Out, A Three Happy Ending Story, Pure Fate. Some of those got positive feedback, but now I look back and I would rather not post them.
