Just to be clear, I also use the name RelenaFanel in conjunction with my stories on other sites. We are one in the same, not one pillaging off the other. Just in case it ever comes up. I don't think people pay enough attention to my writing for that to happen, though. Ok, a little about me: Age: 23 Schooling: Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia, Canada (BA in English, Sociology and a minor in Pre-Law, currently a Masters of Library and Information Studies student - yes, this does eat up most of my time, thanks for asking) Appearance: Medium brown hair. Favourite food: Since I am on a permanent diet, everything that isn't healthy is my favourite. Like pizza and chocolate. Oh how I yearn for chocolate. If I must stick to favourite food that I still eat, then I must say grapefruit. And I'm growing oddly fond of hummus. Favourite books: Well, I'm always reading, so this one is hard to keep up with. I love Companions of the Night (if it wasn't obvious by the fanfiction below) and have an affinity for VVVelde's other works (if that wasn't obvious by the C2 thing I have going on). I also adore vampire fiction, since I have a morbid, sordid fascination with the blood-suckers. At the moment I'm reading the Sookie Stackhouse books. I was going to start watching the show, but my heart belongs to Eric and my Bill-hate stops me from being able to take True Blood seriously. Favourite Anime: Gundam Wing. Escaflowne. Tsubasa. Rurouni Kenshin. InuYasha. Black Cat. Spiral. Full Metal Alchemist. Plus Avatar, though I'm always hesitant to label it "anime" considering I have a very narrow concept/bias to what "anime" is: basically japanese animation. CSI -Las Vegas. I watch a lot of TV, and this list rarely gets updated. Some of my past 'shipping includes: Buffy (Buffy/Spike), Dark Angel, Hopefully, that's all you need to know in order to make a vague likeless of me out of an old Barbie and practice voodoo. I wouldn't mind if it was only to encourage me to write quicker. She finally believes she has gotten her life together and can see her future of marriage, children, and job security (not necessarily in that order) stretched out before her. It has been eight years since she met the vampire Ethan Bryne, and almost four since she saw him last, but she's let go, moved on, and put the past (and Michel) behind her. Or so she thinks -- until they find the body. Adversaries of the Light; Encounters Before Dawn: Since these are series of short stories I write when I'm in the mood for a quicky, I can't even hazard a guess as to when the next one will come out. Tempting the Dragon: This is the sequel to To Lure a Dragon (3rd in the series for Dragon's Bait, I suppose you could say). I'm having fun playing with style and turning cliches in this one. Edge of the Chase: - Gundam Wing - Finished with this sega. The Sequel Over the Edge is in the works which will explain the following questions: 1. Who, exactly, is trying to kill Relena? Why did they try to shoot her in the hotel room? Why kill Amanda? 2. Why is Heero working with them? Who else cannot be trusted? 3. Where is Trowa hiding? What's up with Quatre? And more. Cloak and Dagger: This is not meant to be an epic story. When I first began writing it, I said "10,000 words, that's it!!" Well, it is currently at 11,000, and it seems optimistic to say that the story is half finished. I'm writing this while the files for my other stories are inaccessable. I also said that I wouldn't continue once I was able to get back into my computer. I'm not sure how that will turn out. Future Postings: Avatar: Bliss. Can they learn to accept being wedded to one another, when obstacles keep falling in their path (most thrown by "keep your hands off my sister" Sokka and "I'm so passive aggressive" Aang) and both are far too stubborn to even begin to accept mutual attractions or feelings? Couple this with a ninja!Zutara mission to find his mother in time for their official marriage ceremony and you get a romantic comedy that shows that sometimes it's the unlikely pairings who fall in love. Companions of the Night: Project Dracul. Kerry is recruited into the CIA right out of high school and assigned to a secret agency tasked with policing vampires. Her partner? Michel. Their assignment? Infiltrate a local mob to find out who is mixing vampire blood cocktails and selling them as high-end drugs. Their cover? Married.
