What I Look For in Fics: Good grammar and spelling (that means no IM-speak, using "they're" and "their" correctly, etc.), a plot - however cracky or random it may be - keeping characters IN character as much as possible, and an overall understanding of a fandom's world. And just for kicks, I also pay attention to how something is written - whether descriptively or emotionally - and judge a person's knowledge based on that.

I am no king or queen of any fandom and therefore cannot be the best of any of them. I know most of my stories have mistakes or plots that make no sense. Due to that fact - and that I am not as knowledgeable as people think - I won't flame anyone, but rather provide constructive criticism as best I can. Should someone come by and flame me, I will not be so childish as to remove the stories that carry those flames and encourage everyone not to respond to whoever flames me in an ignorant matter using such phrases as "you suck and can't write anything on your own!" when you don't know that person or what they're capable of.
