Blah, blah, blah, stuff might die, but then I might decide to put on my robes and necromancer hat later, so yeah. Ask me before you grab anything, and I'll probably say yes.

Anyway, something to point out is that I write at my best when I'm half asleep, for some reason. Given that I don't actually use betas, or spell check heavily, or really do much aside from glance through what I've written immediately after I finish it, then immediately post it, this means that this practice sometimes causes errors, typos, and suchlike to slip into the finished product uncaught. Somehow, however, I just can't bring myself to care enough to fiddle about learning to edit things I've already posted, though.

My favorite type of error so far? When there's a typo that's spelled entirely correctly, but it's just not the right word, or the word I thought I'd written. Like having 'tying' in a place I meant to use 'tiny', or whatnot.

Edit 11/5/10: If you look down there, you'll notice that my number of stories is suddenly smaller than it was yesterday. That's right. I've removed some of my old things. They're not neccessarily gone forever, and I didn't remove all of them, I'm just not at all happy with how the ones I did take down had turned out or were going. If you were fans of them, I'm sorry. But don't be too upset, now. I've collected backup copies of everything I've removed, and will be using them to refer to when I get around to rewriting them properly. Except for the one I'm already re-writing. I'd meant to delete that long ago. If you're really, terribly upset about it, then take heart that when they do, eventually, get re-written, they will be much better.

In any case, glory to the fallen tales. Black Pegasus. Dark Illusions. Defender, the first attempt. Hunter. Luna 1/2. Of Foxes, Horses, Shinobi, and Ramen. Ranma Knight. Ranma Theatre. The Gypsy Switch. Xander Kuno. You will be missed.

It's like... well, sort of like pokemon, if pokemon was a JRPG, there were unlock conditions for new monsters rather than 'go throw balls until you get it', just about all the monsters were basically humanoid, and the game was run in a horror story setting where if you lose too many battles, the overseer of the game will eat your soul and turn your body into a new monster. Or something. Other than that, fairly similar, and getting 30 new people is apparently an unlock condition for a puppet, so...

Further note- Carried Off. Ozz's F4. I had seriously not linked these two together. Now I know where my spring break is going to be focused! I would probably make it a one-shot, though, with option for later extension via an open ending or something, meaning that it will probably be the first story I ever actually finish on this site if I do pull it off. Until I go 'hey, they should totally 'x' or 'y', anyway, and open it back up. But for the purpose of the contest it has to have an ending, so what can you do?

Aaand, I guess I'll put things that I'm thinking about, but haven't even yet gotten around to writing a trailer to stuff into 'Et Cetera' here.

(X)Sailor Moon/Touhou fusion/cross/character replacement thing: Kaguya as Moon, Nitori as Mercury, Moukou as Mars, Iku as Jupiter... or maybe Yuuka, just for the lulz. Obviously, the role of Venus would be played by Marisa Kirisame, rendering the rest of the cast pointless as she Master Spark Love Beam's everything to death.

()Patchouli does not like the ending of Harry Potter. She decides the best way to fix it is to photocopy Sakuya's brain and magically copy-paste it over the hero, age eleven. Also, by creating something along the lines of an interdimensional magic video recorder. Perfect Butler Harry? Voldemort, meet ZA WARUDO.

()Touhou and Fate/Stay Night crossover. I can think of which characters to use just off the top of my head, too. Lancer Remilia, Berserker Flandre, Saber Youmu... obviously, Caster could only be Patchouli, and hm... Assassin would be Sakuya, probably. Rider... actually, the only one who comes to mind is Reimu, because of the whole Genji thing, woot for flying turtles. There's probably someone better, though. Archer... yeah, actually, I think Archer would stay Archer. Just to screw around with his head.

()Fate/Stay Night megacross. Rurouni Kenshin as Saber, Naruto as Assassin, Ranma Saotome as Berserker (Neko Ken Qualification), Evangeline A.K. McDowell as Caster... that sort of thing. I could have every bit as much fun with this as with the touhou cross.

()Replacement teacher storyline for Harry Potter. No, not a new DADA professor. A new History professor. Her name? Kamashirasawa Keine.

(X)Ran is the Kyuubi, having attacked Konoha after stumbling through one of Yukari's gaps, completely smashed out her mind, and woken up with a raging hangover. Really, 'nuff said.

() 'Of Vampires and Vampires- Aye, th' thing most important for hunter t' recall, be that of the beasts what roam th' night, there be beasts, an' there be Beasts. O' that which be call'd Vampyr, Nosferatu, Vampire, an' what other names be gi'en, there be many breeds, and o' them there be both vampyr and Vampyr. Th' wise hunter w'd know t' tell th' diff'rence betwixt, an' know tha', from time t' time, there be no shame in a honest retreat, from a foe which be b'yond th' hunter's ability.' As it turns out, Spike isn't the only vampire around who's perfectly happy with the world the way it is, and doesn't look kindly on Angelus' plan to toss it all in a dumpster. And as it turns out, once the Scarlet Devil Mansion began to move, Gensokyo was not their first port of call. Might also cross with Hellsing. Maybe Twilight too, but in that case it would only be if I needed something to be classed as a most definitely 'v' vampire in comparison to the 'V's. And die horribly, of course, probably within a handful of sentences from their introduction.

()Suwako is the Frog Boss, ranked even higher than Gamabunta, and almost impossible to summon. For various reasons, not compatible with 'Ran is the Kyuubi'.
