I love being a favorite! And, if you do it without reviewing, I'll even haunt you! XD Totally. I know every other author knows exactly what I'm talking about when I say reviews are like coal. They fuel that Train of Thought! So please review! Thank you to everyone who may actually be following my writing. I appreciate it! And I love each and every one of my reviewers and their fantastic reviews! (Unless you're that person who sends the SAME - EXACT - REVIEW to every author... That's just... unimaginative and sad. But... *shrugs* at least you took the time to say something!) So, I'm back! I'm looking forward to writing more fanfiction! XD And good luck to all of you with your own writing! So, if you're curious about me... I am a chick, I have a husband, I have kids. They keep me busy. =D Writing (and my love :cough:addiction:cough: for reading) are my escape from reality. I love crafty things, and I love learning new things. I draw here and there and I think it would be absolutely awesome if I could compose my own music. I've played a little violin and dabbled in piano, and I even picked up a guitar at a pawn shop (lol) that - alas! - will not stay tuned. I also have not found the time to learn. =( I was introduced to this site by my not-so-evil-twin best friend person, Calumongal. She writes amazingly well, but I don't get to read as much of her stuff as I'd like. :pouts: I've been a big Inuyasha fan for quite a while, but I first tried my hand at a Tokyo Mew Mew fic. Laugh if you like! The show is cute! (Though I much prefer the Japanese version...) I have a couple - or is it just one? - Inuyasha fic up, and a slew of Naruto fics, my new passion! XD I can't help it! The story is fantastic! I love Naruto! (haha!) If I read a story, I try to review it if I can. Sometimes I don't review every chapter, and for this, I mostly blame the author. It is usually because the story is so good that I get sucked in, clicking that "Next Chapter" button and not even realizing it. I'm not kidding! I have done this! About three chapters down the road, I'll be cursing myself for getting so wrapped up in the story and not leaving that one comment about that one thing that I've now forgotten. :sighs: I suppose we all have burdens to bear. But! I will always try to leave at least one review! If I don't, it's usually because I backed out of a story before finishing it, in which case, a review of a partial chapter wouldn't really do the story justice, now, would it? Having said that, please be dears and review mine! I know you're reading them! XD Also, I like to beta. I mean, there's just something that's so fun about telling people what they did wrong! LOL J/K! =D I really like to make a story look good. I admit there have been some stories in such desperate need of editing that I was tempted to simply send the author a corrected version. =/ :laughs at self: If you like the way I write, feel free to ask me if I'm available! But if you take me on, realize that the corrections I make are for the benefit of the story, and any grammatical corrections I make are done with careful consideration. I'm a comma fiend, but I hold myself back on someone else's work. I won't make radical changes, though I may suggest them. If I'm unsure about the spelling of a word (hey, it happens!), or whether some particular form of punctuation is accurate, I don't just make my best guess; I take the time to look it up. If you disagree with how I've changed something, be frank with me. Good communication is the only way we're gonna get anything done. And the last thing I want is to be given credit for a half-(you know what)ed chapter when I know I made it shine! I don't have much else to say, except I don't do character bashing. I like the characters in the fics I read. (Well, most of them. There's always the exception, y'know?) Also, since I do have a family, updating (and writing!) are often unrealized dreams.
