Hobbies: most sports, watching T.V, reading novels, comics and manga, surfing the net, playing video games on my PS, writing stories, listening to/playing music, going out with friends...normal stuff. Oh right...how could I forget my avid love for anime?

Fav anime: The list is quite long as I've watched my fair share of series over the umpteen years, but my top shows are definitely Rurouni Kenshin/Samurai X, Inuyasha, Naruto, Full Metal Alchemist, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Teen Titans, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Avatar: Legend of Korra, Cowboy Bebop, Death note, School Rumble, Ouran High School Host Club, Sakura Card Captors, Tokyo Mew Mew/Mew Mew Power, Hellsing, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Full Metal Panic (including Fumoffu) and Blood Plus.

Fav video games: Tekken (I-V), Soul Caliber (II-IV), Kingdom Hearts (I-II), Final Fantasy (I-XII), God of War (I-III), Tomb Raider series, Need for Speed, Gran Turismo.

Fav comic book universe: I'm a Marvel. Justice League and Justice League Unlimited have won over my heart, so you will find me giving credit to DC titles as well. However, my favourite comics have always been those of Marvel characters, so personal bias swings there from time to time.

About me: I'm your typical young adult with the heart of a child. I still watch Saturday Morning Cartoons with my baby sister, and no matter how old I get, the Japanese sub-culture will always have a place in my heart. I hail from the Caribbean, Trinidad to be more precise, but thanks to the joy of cable television and the internet I'm quite familiar with North American broadcasting and that sub-culture. Many of my stories will have references along those lines for international standards' sake. However, being a former British territory, my spelling would consist of more "English British" than "English American" words.

Educational update: I have recently graduated from university (BSc. in Biology) and I'm taking steps to embark on another studious campaign towards my Masters Degree in September 2013 (MSc. Forensic Science, here I come). For the while, I'm working as an intern in the dream job until that MSc can solidify me a more permanent position. Wish me luck readers!

Over the years, particularly during my Bachelor degree studies, I realized I've lost touch with a lot of stories that I've written due to time constraints etc. I re-read a few of them and wow...my style has not only drastically changed, but my views on the overall plot of many of those fics have matured. So note that over time I will make the effort to not only complete those unfinished stories, but re-edit few of them to suit my writing as of now. I wish I could revert back to my juvenile days of story telling, but that's not how maturity works, so please forgive me readers for the changes that some of my earlier stories will experience.

My inspiration for writing draws from almost anything, but music is definitely my biggest muse. Serenity's Ghost, my new beta, RL friend and "sister-from-another-mother", always has a means of sending me great songs when writer's block knocks me in the noggin. You will note many of my A/N thanking her, and honestly so because she's helped me produced many of my favourite pieces to share with you guys. Another commendation must go to Most Unlikely Angel; she was the one to introduce me to this site almost 7 years ago, and she was also my beta during that time. Feel free to utilize her expertise; she is good at what she does and she'll be honest about whether she has the time or not to handle more intricate stories.

I hope you enjoy what the older P.O.J.A has to offer. Not only do I live for writing on this site, but I love reading and sharing the greatness of others.
