I'm Not really one to do this kinda thing, but here goes:
MY OCs!!
Name: Shniz
Story: Akatsuki Trilogy
Hobbies: Throwing gifts at people (mostly his superiors) and being a double agent between Akatsuki and Xemnas.
Other Alias: Demyx, George.
Description: I never really decided, but he's more like the grayish blonde Sasori in some fanarts... His hair can change color between Gray/silver to Blonde at the will of Me or Xemnas. He has both the Organization XIII and Akatsuki Uniforms. He never really looked like Tobi, but he is American. To some extent. He's as tall as Tobi and is tortured by him constantly.
Background: I didn't get permission from my editor, but Shniz is MY oc anyway. He's an American boy, just like you (giving that you are in fact a boy). He lived a horrible life in the slums being ignored by the president, mayor, even his parents. But you have every right to hate him (as said in some of my reviews). Xemnas took him In and trained him to be a conceited little villain who's specialty is Gift no Jutsu. Well, more like "Suck Up No Jutsu".
When Xemnas finished training him he sent him to the Naruto dimension to wreak havoc. But instead he gains apprenticeship from Sasuke as an Exorcist and joins Akatsuki, a rivaling evil organization.
Roles:
Kisame's First Few Days: He was Sasuke (the exorcist's) Apprentice George. Pretty American for a Japanese guy right? Well that was because he was an American in a Japanese guy disguise.
Attack of the Tobi: I don't really remember him in this one... His major role was in...
Rise of the Shniz: Yeah, here. This is where we reveal everything about the random crap trilogy of Akatsuki. He's working under Xemnas and the Leader, his mission to kill the leader of Akatsuki. Which isn't really who they think he is. THe leader is actually TOBI!! Thus making Xemnas' brain implode and Shniz is free of the troublesome Organization XIII. That is, until the recent filler where his other friends from said organization join Akatsuki... and are left in the Akatsuki Basement.
Name: Claire
Story: The Family Project
Hobbies: Messing with the Akatsukis besides "Mommy and Daddy" (Konan and Pein). Playing with Her dolls (actually voodoo dolls of the Akatsukis), tea parties, dress up, and drawing (badly).
Other Alias: Quote "Little lady is a lying spawn of Satan" Unquote.
Description: She has short hair a color a little lighter than the leader's. She has a mini-flower clip to pin her hair up over her left ear. She's not tall enough to wear the Akatsuki cloak, but instead wears a long-sleeve dress with a short skirt. She wears pants inder the skirt, though. She's a 5 year old kid who's Shinobi skills outmatch that of the Akatsukis. But she doesn't know it. Yet. To her, her skills are nothing but fun and games with her bigger brothers.
Background: A little orphan girl found in Konoha. The leader found her in a box in an alleyway and decided to take her home. How did she gain her unknown skills? What happened to her parents? All to be soon found out... somehow.

Background: He has White-grayish hair in a light blue robe with a white sash. He's one of the council of gods inder the rule of the one and only God. It's his job, and he's not too fond of it. He hates the Akatsukis more than anything.

Hobbies: Being suspicious, Beer
Background: Is a giant pile of blue hair. Wears sunglasses. Grabs things with tentacles made out of hair. Is very strange. Has been with the Akatsuki since day one. It would be awkward to ask who he is because of this.

Story: Akatsuki Trilogy
Hobbies: Being a maniacal, homicidal, crazy venus flytrap bent on killing his brother and his friends. ... and eating.
Description: Okay, Imagine one of those huge venus flytraps from Mario. Now imagine it with one side black and the other white. with Eyes. And teeth. Lots and lots of teeth. And he's in a pot.
Background: He's Zetsu's brother. Who knows HOW he came to be, Who knows WHY he came to be... yeah.
Name: Tobi 5
Story: Akatsuki Trilogy
Hobbies: causing death and destruction to his creators.
Description: Basically the Adam V robot from X-play. Just put a Tobi mask on him and an Akatsuki cloud in the place of the roman V. Actually the same actor. O.o...

Aside from the Japanese Akatsuki in Naruto, there are other national Akatsukis.
Such as, Mexican Akatsuki. French Akatsuki, Italian Akatsukis, the most annoying one being the American Akatsukis. Well, actually, American Tobi brings the whole organization down in that General area.
There's even a Lost Akatsuki, rumored among the other leaders to be the Ultimate founder of Akatsuki.
Every year they hold a grand meeting in a secret meeting place in Atlantis! No one expects Atlantis! But the Lost Akatsukis never show up. Probably because they're lost. Literally.
