Author has written 17 stories for Inuyasha. Welcome! Err, I guess this is where I say something about me? Hmm. Ack. Well, I'm an aspiring writer (who ought to be writing books rather than fanfiction, but I just can't help myself), and I dabble in the other arts too--sculpture, needling felting, and the occasional fanart. (If you're interested in the fanart, just follow my homepage link, it will take you to my DeviantArt page). I'm not a fabulous writer or a fabulous artist, but I'm always trying to improve myself. I'm weird. I'm really weird. If you've read any of my fanfiction, you already know this. My updates are, unfortunately, somewhat sporadic. Not only do I have an abysmal work schedule, my muse has severe ADD. And to be honest, I don't really like how I write, so with life gettin' me down, the motivation sometimes just hasn't been there. However, I've been using drabble and oneshot challenges to slowly get myself in gear again. Progress is slow but steady. What else? I'm a girl, I'm 28, I have a Master's in biology, I'm a laboratory technician, and I am fairly destitute. I have four cats, a corn snake, a sand boa, and a desert iguana. I collect animal skulls because I like anatomy. I like metal music and coffee. I ship Gaara/Naruto. And I'm a shameless, shameless Sess/Kag fangirl. Fics in-progress: Waking the Dead: A Modern Fairytale: ...I swear to god this hasn't been abandoned. It will be continued. Eventually. Canis familiaris: ...Also has not been abandoned! Gone to the Dogs: I know this story isn't everyone's cup of tea, but I have to get it out of my system. Prepare for bad dog puns and excessive fluff. Dog at Heart: I have a bad habit of writing these out of sequence, but more will be posted as I fill in the missing pieces. Assorted drabbles and oneshots: I'm using these to work through my writers block. Ficlets will range from deep and meaningful to naughty and quirky, and everything else inbetween (including crap. several of them will probably be crap). Regarding Artwork: A few people have asked me if it's okay to draw fanart for my stories. The answer is YES. Yes, yes, and yes. Really, I think every author's secret dream is to have people draw them pictures. All I ask is that you credit me with the source idea and, most importantly, send me a link so I can see!
