Author has written 3 stories for Song of the Lioness, and Fullmetal Alchemist. Okay, so this is very wierd. I'm 15 and I have a very random birthday. I also have a huge, weird, freaky family. For all you musical people out there. I' playing some classical pieces, and there's this marking that's at the bottom of a measure that looks really weird. There's a short vertical line that leads to a looooong diagonal line that ends with another short vertical line. Only it kinda looks like it's pointing down. Anyone know what it is? The piece I'm playing in Ecossaises by Beethoven. Thanks for all your help! My favorite pairings: Dom and Kel Durnik and Polgara James and Georgie (Gentle Rogue) Noah and Abby (His Brother's Bride) Rand /Min/ Elayne/ Aviendha Firekeeper / Derian and/or Blind Seer! (I love the wolf!) Harry Potter and Ginny Edward and Bella (Twilight series) My most detested pairings: James and anyone else Jesse and Noah Harry and Hermione Rand and Aviarin Garion and that farmgirl. (Was her name Zelda?) Edward and Rosalie Authors I love: Almost every single fantasy book besides Stephen King and Terry Brooks. Absolute Favorite Books: Favorite things to do: read, write stories, read, write stories, watch movies, read, watch anime, read, play video games (when I can), read, write stories I like to read, so give me a break. It comes from having basically no TV. My dad got mad at the cable and now we only have like five channels that actually work. And my VCR player is broken, and most of my movies are VCR. Our DVD movies, let's just say that my parents will only let us watch a couple of them without their guidance. My mom doesn't even like Power Rangers because of the fighting in it and freaked out when Quirrel, in the first movie of HP, disintegrated. Meanwhile, she watches Agatha Christie shows, like Poirot. What a crazy mother. My dad doesn't really like fantasy, so I have to hide all my books from him. He gets mad when he finds them, which is about twice a year. And he still doesn't clear it out because they're hidden all over the house. Not in his room, though. That would be scary. It might be over the fact that he's almost a religious fanatic. We're mormon, see, and he's one of the leaders in the church. Bah. To the fact that he's almost a religious fanatic. Not that we're Mormon. I'm proud to be Mormon. Oh yeah, there's something I'd like for a favor. Has anyone pieced together which countries of this Earth and the countries the Tortallan earth go? Here's what I got so far: Tortall: England-Common language, you know, english Scanra: Vikings! I love 'em. Not in this series though. In real life. They brought... fresh prospects to the world. Yamani Isles: Japan-Japanese words, et ma mere est japonaise(My mother is Japanese! We rock!) Copper Isles: Southern Africa-Slavery of black people began there Shanghai: China-It's actually a city there. Bazhir: Nothern Africa-Saharan Desert. Hello? Saran: Vietnamese-I was in history class one day and they mentioned something like Tahoi's name. So, yeah. That's what I got. Does anyone have any ideas for the others? Thanks! Just drop me a line! Um... what was I going to say?... Oh yeah! I'm in dire need of new fantasy books. THe ones in my school library are running out. It's horrid. Yeah, so read and review my story. I'd really appreciate it. This is just something that my brother made up on the spur of the moment yesterday: "What is life? Is it a game that ends by death, or an adventure where there is no end, but many beginnings." He said that he was thinking about video games. You know, in fighting games, when you die, it says Game Over, but in adventure games like Zelda and Pokemon, it starts you off to the last saved place. "And did I sprinkle fairy dust over you? Tell you magic words? NO!!" - my band teacher when he finds that we did something good. "Kids are like toys; they heal when you break them." That's a friend from church's saying. "A sixth sense doesn't make up for a total lack of sense." - Hanajima (FB) Yeah. Um. Here. If you have ever pushed on a door that said pull or vise versa copy this into your profile 98 percent of the teenage population does or has tried smoking pot. If you're one of the 2 percent who hasn't, copy and paste this in your profile. If you have ever been so obsessed with something that now everyone is scared of you because of its effects copy this into your profile If you have ever said something that has nothing to do with the current conversation, copy and paste this into your profile Weird is good, strange is bad, and odd is when you don't know which to call someone. Weird is the same as different, which is the same as unique, than weird is good. If you are weird and proud of it, copy this onto your profile! If you have ever tripped over your own feet, copy and paste this into your profile. You know what the funny things is? I've done all of these things so many times that it'd take half the world's people's fingers to count. If not more. Yeah. And I've gone and fallen off of a deck. Maybe that's why I've got some blond moments. A lot like my blonde friend. Sorry about not updating. My computer was being a brat. It's just now let me update on my story. Any of you have that problem? | |||||||
