Author has written 15 stories for American Dragon: Jake Long, Avatar: Last Airbender, Faerie Path, Instant Star, Maximum Ride, Twilight, Wolf's Rain, and Star Trek: 2009.

Basic Information: Hey! I'm Emma. I'm fifteen years old. My favorite animal is the wolf. They're like us in so many ways, and unlike us in so many more. If you don't like them, try to read up on them a little. Some of the things about them never cease to surprise and delight me. I love to joke and play around, and I have a tendency to act like I'm a giant kid if I'm around people I'm close to. Otherwise, I'm pretty shy. I love nature, and I think the best thing ever is to sit outside and just look around at whatever nature you can find. It's amazing, it really is. I love reading, but non-fiction and historical fiction get boring for me. Really fast. However, hand me a fantasy novel, and I'll read it faster than you would believe. And then proceed to read and write fanfiction on it.

On Reviewing:
Spelling and Grammar:
I love writing, and I love words. In fact, using words is the best part about writing, which is why I always love learning new ones, and I'm forever frustrated when I can't think of the right one. I also happen to love the English language. I think whoever came up with it was a sadist, because clearly he didn't take into considerations us poor saps who have to learn it now, and made it as confusing as possible. Even so, I don't like to see it mangled. If I leave a review complaining about your spelling or grammar, I'm sorry if it bothers you or I come off as nit-picky, but I've seen some fanfictions with such truly horrible spelling and grammar that even the slightest mistake starts to bother me. If you post a fanfiction, Spellcheck really isn't that hard to use. Occasionally, things do slip through, but it'll clean up a lot more than it will miss (unless you were blessed with the ability to spell exceptionally well, in which case... I envy you).

Reviewing:
Sometimes, I'll read a story, put it on my alerts, and not review. If I do this to your story, it's because I didn't have anything in particular to say. Personally, I don't put a lot of stock in reviews that just say "nice story." Some people like it because it shows you're reading, but I've seen enough stories that really aren't written well in any way, shape, or form, and they have twenty reviews, all saying "good story" and nothing else. If I don't have some advice or commentary, I'm not going to review. I really hate it when authors say they won't update until they get so many reviews. Its beyond annoying, and sometime, people (like me) have nothing to say. Even if this did, by some chance, make me want to review: I can only leave one review! Eventually, you will do something that causes a review-worthy reaction. At which time, I will review. I promise.

Review Replies: If you review one of my stories, I'll try to send a reply back to you, even if I'm just saying 'Thanks.' I always like getting replies to my reviews, especially if I asked a question in my review. I think it makes me feel good to know that my review was received and appreciated.

Favorite Books: There are endless amounts of books I call my favorites. For the sake of space, I'm putting the true literary wonders.
Wuthering Heights
Bless Me, Ultima
White Fang
Julie of the Wolves Trilogy
Firekeeper Saga

Favorite TV shows: I don't really watch much TV. This is, more or less, a list of every TV show I watch with any sort of frequency.
Charmed
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Sailor Moon
Wolf's Rain
True Blood
Big Bang Theory

Imprinting:Possibly the most argued over thing in all of Twilight (Except possibly the furious and never-ending Jacob vs. Edward). I've somehow managed to make myself think it is the most absolutely sweet thing every, and simultaneously be disgusted by it. The problem is, is that in some places, it seems to fit. When Quil imprinted on Claire, my first thought was not "Ew, pedophilia!" And when Jacob described it, I was thinking that it was the most adorable thing ever. I still don't think it is creepy like some do, but I don't love it as blindly as I did at first. Try reading Condemned, by That Vintage Dress, and come away not thinking twice about imprinting. I think it took a while for it to sink in that the choice isgone. And the idea of not having a choice is... kinda sick to me. But I still can't bring myself to hate Quil and Claire, or even Emily and Sam, or Jared and Kim. I think about those guys and I get the same feeling as I did when Jacob first described it, like it is beautiful and perfect. But then I think of Jake and Nessie, and it seems a little wrong to me, the way it didn't with Quil and Claire. Because Jake didn't want to imprint, he actively did not want it, he hated Nessie. And he sees her and suddenly it doesn't matter. And it felt less like someone was taking off a blindfold and showing the wolves their soulmate, and more like someone was just making random attachments, and who cares what the participants think.

Favorite Characters: Hermione Granger (Harry Potter)- She's so smart and has help Harry so much. I'm fairly confident that without her, Harry would have been dead by now. Several times over. And then some.
Alice Brandon Whitlock Hale Cullen (Twilight)- She's so much fun (And she has the longest name of anyone I've ever heard of, lol). Alice is my favorite of the Cullens. Besides Edward of course.
Jasper Whitlock Hale Cullen(Twilight)- Poor Jasper. He tries so hard. I love him.
Leah Clearwater (Twilight)- Something about her is really amazing. Maybe it's because she's gone through the worst life could throw at her and is still fighting, maybe it's because sarcasm and cynicism are two of my favorite things in the world, or maybe it's because she's the only female werewolves, but she is just an amazing character.
Midna (Legend of Zelda)- Is it just me, or is she just completely awesome? Seriously. She's the best. Human or imp form.
Mr. Bennet (Pride and Prejudice)- I love his various comments on... everything. His attitude lightens the book a lot.
Dustfinger (Inkheart)- sobs I agree with Orpheus, He was the best part of the book.
Kiba (Wolf's Rain)- Possibly the most generic favorite ever, but I love how sincerely he believes in Paradise. It's really amazing to see a character with that much faith, and hard not to be drawn in with them.
Zane (Uglies)- more sobbing He's so sweet. And he refused to go to the hospital even when nanos were eating his brain.
Mai (Avatar)- Mai is just so cool. She's interesting and totally different from any of the other characters. And her hair is really shiny. Plus, she uses big words, which is really cool on a children's show.
Ty Lee (Avatar)- She's so cheerful and funny. Whenever she's on screen, something makes me smile.
Azula (Avatar)- She's totally evil, and that's just fine with me. :)
Phoebe Halliwell(Charmed)- She was great until about season five. One of my favorite character of all time. Right up there with Hermione and Alice.
Cole Turner(Charmed)- He really was just awesome. And the show kinda fizzled and died after he went insane after returning to life...
Prue Halliwell (Charmed)- I really liked her. Charmed had a way of killing or ruining all the best characters.
Fang (Maximum Ride)- I love that guy. What can I say? I can be a sucker for the most unoriginal characters.
Dr. Slaski (Mediator)- He seems nice when he isn't pretending to be completely crazy. Too bad he abused his shifter power and is now a vegetable.
Glinda (Wicked)- Most of my friends hate her because she's a bit of a ditz. I love her because she's hilariously over-the-top, and can be amazingly sweet and intelligent if she tries to. And somehow, she makes me want to like her.
Elphaba (Wicked)- Oh, please. What's not to like? I love that she's brainy and bookish. I love that she's sarcastic and cynical. I love that she's not going to give up for anything. I love that she's stupid and far too stubborn and is prone to paranoia. I love that she's human.

Name 12 of your favorite characters (in no particular order) and answer some questions!

1. Elphaba Thropp (Wicked)

2. Midna (Legend of Zelda)

3. Spock (Star Trek)

4. Link (Legend of Zelda)

5. Firekeeper (Firekeeper Saga)

6. Glinda Upland (Wicked)

7. Zelda (Legend of Zelda)

8. Leah Clearwater (Twilight)

9. Kirk (Star Trek)

10. Blind Seer (Firekeeper Saga)

11. Jasper (Twilight)

12. Kiba (Wolf's Rain)

Because the first time I saw this, I think I laughed for twenty minutes straight. Lets see what happens with my characters!

1. Have you ever read a six/eleven fic before?

Jasper/Glinda. Can't say I have. Can't really imagine it either.

2. Do you think Four is hot? If so, how hot?

Link? Do I even need to answer that? Yes, of course.

3. What would happen if Twelve got Eight pregnant?

Kiba and Leah. Wolfy love! Umm... they'd have puppies and I think Jake and Seth would just die of shock.

4. Do you recall any fics about Nine?

Only eight or nine hundred. Kirk gets lots of fic-love.

5. Would Two and Six make a good couple?

Midna and Glinda. I don't think so. I think Glinda might run screaming from the sight of Midna. And Midna might run from the idea of being Galinda-fied.

6. Make up a summary of a Three/Ten fic

Spock and Blind Seer. But mating with an animal is illogical! "On an away mission to a planet similar to Earth, despite the larger and more intelligent than normal animals, Spock interrupts a ritual by a young girl who was raised by wolves and is accidentally turned into a wolf. Left on the planet by a crew that assumed he'd been killed, he finds himself looking for companionship in the most illogical places."

8. Would anyone on your friends list ever write a Two/Four/Five?

Well, the immediate answer is no, considering I have no friends who have read the Firekeeper Saga. Could a Firekeeper/Link/Midna be done? Surprisingly easy (Hey, she's already in love with one blue-eyed wolf).

9. If you wrote a One/Six/Twelve fic, what would the warning be?

Elphaba/Glinda/Kiba. Warning: Too much weird to comprehend once Kiba is added in.

10. What might be a good pick up line for Ten to use on Two?

Blind Seer to Midna (How is it the wolves/wolf-loving people keep ending up together?): "I heard you were into Blue-Eyed Beasts." (Please ignore the fact that Midna would probably attack him with her hair)

11. Cuter Couple: Five/Nine or Ten/Twelve?

Firekeeper/Kirk or Blind Seer/Kiba. Well, Blind Seer/Kiba would be cuter, but it would be hilarious to watch Firekeeper/Kirk

12. What would six say if they saw eight and three kissing?

Glinda, Leah, Spock. "I'm not in Oz anymore." -fail-

13. How would you feel if eleven died?

Jasper? I won't even consider it. Nope. -curls into fetal position-

14. Which is a more disturbing pair? One/Four or One/Seven?

Elphaba/Link, or Elphaba/Zelda. Eh, neither is that bad. Maybe there'd be too much green in Elphaba/Link.

15. Would Eight ever want to kill Five?

Would Leah kill Firekeeper? Maybe if Firekeeper messed up and somehow mistook Jake for Blind Seer (Because, you know, it's so easy to mix up a silver-brown-white wolf with a russet wolf).

16. Would Four or Nine ever get sad if Twelve got run over by a car?

Link or Kirk, Kiba. No idea. Maybe Link because one wolf getting hit by a car bodes ill for other wolves.

17. "(1) and (7) are in a happy relationship until (9) runs off with (4). (1), brokenhearted, has a hot one-night stand with (11) and a brief unhappy affair with (12), then follows the wise advice of (5) and finds true love with (3).

Elphaba and Zelda are in a happy relationship until Kirk runs off with Link. Elphaba, brokenhearted, has a hot one-night stand with Jasper and a brief unhappy affair with Kiba, then follows the wise advice of Firekeeper and finds true love with Spock. (I guess they could be all sciencey together. But I wonder if rebelling against a dictator by making flying monkeys is very logical.)

Stories In Progress:
Different Flocks -Maximum Ride: A response to Silver Wind Kitsue's challenge. AU. The school raised the flock as two separate flocks with several other types of hybrids. When Fang goes undercover to Max's flock, he learns to expect what he could have never expected. Fax. I hate that I'm so horrible about updating. As it is, writer's block seems to kinda love me...

Draco dormiens nunquam titillandus

Translation: Never tickle a sleeping dragon.

Because that would be just stupid.
