Hello everyone! Well, lets see...I first started writing fanfiction when I was 12 years old, and that was when I wrote my Avatar: The Last Airbender story. I'd never even heard of the word "beta" when I wrote that, so the grammar and spelling mistakes were horrific. XD Since then I've become hopelessly addicted to Rurouni Kenshin and all things related to it, and have delved into that fandom quite thoroughly.

I'm quite a picky reader, as many of you may notice if you take a look at my favorites list. For Rurouni Kenshin, I stick mainly to Hiko/Kenshin parental fics, and stories that are not AU, keep the characters in character, and have them in their own Watsuki created world. This includes Kaoru as a kendo instructor, and Kenshin as a wanderer. (And of course a Hitokiri.) I have made a few exeptions and read a few good AU fics, but I just prefer the characters in the world that the writer created for them. This is not to say that I find anything wrong with the thousands of other stories out there that that portray these characters as geisha, vampires, royalty, etc. I've just never had an interest in them for some reason. Perhaps someday I'll give them a try, but for now I'll stick with my current criteria. This basically goes for any fandom a read from. --shrugs-- Oh well.

In case any of you would like an explanation, a few months ago, my friend and I were inspired by the horrific and yet insanely funny "My Immortal" fanfic, which has been dubbed the absolute worst fanfiction of all time. Article: http://encyclopediadramatica.com/My_Immortal We decided to create our own fanfiction account where we would aim to write the most terrible Twilight fic possible. We pretended to be a real person, and the flames we received were utterly hilarious. I just couldn't stop laughing. We had originally posted the stories with insane spelling errors, as well as long authors notes with which we would talk about "Lafanda Latoya's" (That was our writer's name. XD) life, simply to make fun of all the people who use the author's notes to write entire paragraphs about the daily goings-on in their lives, assuming that the readers actually care. (Perhaps I sound mean, but I am honest.) However, the facade came to an end when we were reported by an anonymous user for using terrible grammar/punctuation, etc. To avoid our stories being deleted, we admitted that we were in fact two authors with a warped sense of humor and too much time on their hands, attempting to write crack fics to make fun of Twilight. (I do like Twilight, but I enjoy making fun of it as well.)

Pairings I don't support: Katara/Aang, Zuko/Mai, ANYTHING Slash/Yaoi/Yuri/incest (I don't read yaoi and I don't write it, so don't ask me to.)

Note: When reviewing my stories, if it is an unsigned review, please leave your email, because I really like to respond to my reviewers, and I get depressed when I am unable to respond to you guys, especially when you leave a really nice review.

I'll end it there. I have no intention of bogging down my profile page with pointless information that no one cares about including countless chain letters. (Or whatever you call them.) I don't think people want to have to scroll down for a full minute before reaching the author's stories. I'd much rather have you read and review my fics than waste time reading my profile.
