SCREEN NAME CHANGE! I'm still Irken Wocky, the Catscratch fandom nut, but since I'm Irk Splee everywhere else... huzzah for consistency! I probably should have done this a long time ago. NO ONE knows me as Irken Wocky anymore, I'm not even IN the Invader Zim fandom, quit that before I even began, so... I feel better about this. Well, that's it for that, really. COMPLETE OVERHAUL. This is just the challenge items I've taken, no more and no less. Some of these may not even see the light of day - it really all depends. Feel free to PM with "oh, that looks awesome, work on that next!" or "that looks stupid and I wouldn't read it". If I get the second enough, well, I know which ideas to chuck. But please please please, do offer some feedback of any sort to help me decide what my readers want to see! An author thrives on that sort of thing! And yes, most titles are undetermined - I usually don't settle on one until I've really gotten into the meat of the story, especially due to a recent idea to use phrases from the story rather than the stupid one word things I've been doing.

Comments: I never did like "Scrapbook", and recently I've been getting story ideas that completely contradict it. Since it really wasn't even a story in its own right, I've removed it. Forget it ever happened. I still have to come up with something for this challenge. I don't know what, but SOMETHING. It just won't be "Scrapbook".

Challenge: Unsettling Revelations
Title: Daddy Blik
Plot: Mr. Blik and Katilda have been a couple for quite a while, so obviously certain things were pretty much inevitable. Of course, how well do you expect Blik to take the news that he's going to be a daddy?!

Comment: OH GOD MORE CHARACTERS JUST WHAT WE NEEDED. Inspired by Jussy/Rubignouf/J44/HealerCharm - call her what you will, she's one of the reasons I'm writing this one. Love ya, Juss! So, anyway, I think this came out pretty nice. Not TOO over-the-top cute. Pretty much what you'd expect from Blik. I'm glad I did this in first person... I should do that more often.

Plot: After flipping through the paper for something to do, the cats see an ad for a tournament and decide they want to go watch. Just one problem - the only seats left are reserved for friends and family of the competitors. This gives Gordon and Katilda an idea... while all Blik wanted to do was spend a little time with Katilda as a sort of date! As for Waffle, he encounters two different groups out in the stands - a canine pack with unknown intentions, and fighters who for some reason aren't involved anymore. For what reason?

Comments: Inspired by a non-ficcing friend of mine and Aundul Xaldin. Where does AX come in? This is a video game crossover! Friend and I were talking about Super Smash Bros, and, well... something clicked. Will feature a few of my friend's fancharacters because they're awesome.

Plot: Traditionally, you're supposed to propose BEFORE kittens come along. But who ever said that Blik cared for tradition?

REQUESTS

Oh dear, I hope this doesn't seem terribly egotistical... but I've noticed that recently, I've been getting a couple requests, both on what order to take challenges in and other plots people would like to see. That's fine! I'm glad you guys like me enough to think I'm capable of handling your plots! I figured I should lay some rules out, though. No one's broken them yet, but this way no one will, I'd think...

1. My fandom is Catscratch. End of discussion. I have my reasons.

2. If you do make a request that's not on my list already, don't feel bad if the answer's no - maybe your idea didn't mesh with what I have planned personally, maybe it's an idea I just seriously don't like, maybe it's an idea I don't trust myself with... I will let you know what's wrong, of course. So don't think of it as requests - more like suggestions, maybe?

3. There's a certain order I have in mind for my challenges. It's not completely rigid - "Daddy Blik" takes place after a couple on my list but look how THAT turned out - but there's certain ones I just can't work on before I finish others. Again, I'll let you know.
