Hello...
My name is Court, well, short for Courtney. I prefer Court or Corabe my user name. Call me Courtney I feel like I'm in trouble. I don't write that often, matter of fact my one fic posted here is an abandoned work in progress free to a good home. I do have one completed fic on liverjournal that I haven't posted here and not sure if I will. That being said, here's more about me.
I am 26, and I live in New Mexico. I love to read fan fic, so far Law and Order SVU, Law and Order CI, and the orginal Law and Order, CSI, Danny Phantom, CSI Miami, SGA, Dresden Files, House M.D. and Eureka. I will admit here and now that I'm a dork.
I enjoy slash pairings in most of the fic I read and bondage as well. If this offends you then go away or do whatever is you do with your free time, I really don't care.
My favorite characters from CSI are Nick, Warrick, and Greg. I do enjoy the whole cast though and I think they work well together. I have no problem with slash pairings, although Nick and Grissmon aren't exactly my favorite. If done in certain plot lines and by a few particular authors then I find the pairing enjoyable. Grissmon is a difficult character to write and I envy anyone who can do it well.
The entire cast of Law and Order SVU are my favorite characters, can't really be picky about that one.
I spend entirely too much time on the internet and I'm sure there are more productive things I could be doing, but until I figure out what those are or find the motivation to do so, I will continue to spend entirely too much time on the net.
I do not have a beta here on fanfiction.net, but I do on livejournal, if you are interested, then please let me know, I enjoy any help or feedback anyone may have if and when I actually continue with the writing I started.
I guess I could actually say something here about my favorite movies or something. Ok. Kill Bill 1 and 2, From Dusk Til Dawn are just a few. I enjoy action, horror, cartoons, comdies, mystery, and the rare chick/dramatic movie. Office Space, but honestly, who doesn't love that movie? Slither is a good one, not big on sappy movies or chick flicks, but every once in a whileI act like the girl I am and watch a sad or chick like movie. Okay, more often than I am willing to admit.
I am a huge Eddie Izzard fan, the man is a comic genius. Also Dane Cook and Ron White. Growing up on a farm, I can relate to the Blue Collar guys, Jeff Foxworthy, Bill (can't spell his last name) and I find Larry the Cable Guy mildly amusing. Jon Stewart who is not only incredibly funny but sexy as well.
I'm not dead, though I may feel like it is currently my outlook on life.
