Author has written 78 stories for Harry Potter, Star Wars, Higher Ground, Wicked, Phantom of the Opera, RENT, Misc. Movies, Spring Awakening, Bare, Misc. I'm proud to be, in no order, eccentric, Jewish, and an incurable geek (the highlight of my year will be the operation of the Large Hadron Collider. I can write my name in the Star Wars AND Middle-Earth alphabets. Does that illustrate?). Writing is a physical urge for me; once an idea enters my head, it has to be written. Unfortunately, I think in pictures, so the stories don't always fit the ideas. However, people still seem to like them. It also bears mentioning that writing for a fandom does not mean that I enjoy it. Read my Inheritance and Twilight work: does that seem like the product of a fan? Unfortunately, education is now interfering with my writing: I have chosen a rather rigorous (read: masochistic) course of study, so I find that I have to actually do work--sometimes I even do it the night before instead of on the way to/at school. My fics are usually well-researched, so if you find something you didn't notice in the original book/film/whatever it might be, not an invention, but a semi-obscure bit of fact. I also enjoy making references to things outside the fic. Sometimes it's the original material; sometimes the creator's other work; sometimes a random quote or political happening. Think of it as a treasure hunt. As you may notice, I have difficulty not putting some humor into anything I write. I firmly believe that there should be a category for pure crackfic--although 18, I consider myself a six-year-old boy at heart, what with how funny I still find scatological humor.
