Author has written 11 stories for Harry Potter, Wheel of Time, and Midnighters. I'm very sure Now I see This is the way it should be for lovers So come to me This Never Happened Before, by Paul McCartney I haven't written much fanfiction because as of last summer, my life has gotten extremely busy. When I get a free moment, I like to hang out with a friend or read. I write in spurts, usually after I am inspired from an event in my life. I have refereed youth soccer in the state of Washington, USA (the state, not the capital) for five years now and still love it. I attend the University of Washington and am a sophomore pursuing a major in Speech and Hearing Sciences. I am also a member of Alpha Xi Delta sorority. That does not mean that I bought my friends, drink alcohol and party every night, or sleep with a different guy every week. Joining this sisterhood is one of the best decisions I have ever made. I joined the site for the purpose of writing an Ella Enchanted fanfic, but it (still!) hasn't gotten written down. I primarily write Harry Potter (JamesLily) fanfics, but you'll find a couple others on here - results of inspirations that just had to get written down. I don't write long stories - they are primarily one-shots. I do not read or write any kind of slash. As for my name - I love socks! Wild, crazy, patterned socks are just too fun! I only wear white if I have to. Ships I write/support: Harry Potter = Lily/James, Harry/Ginny, Ron/Hermione, Remus/Tonks, and other canon pairings. Wheel of Time = Lan/Nynaeve, Egwene/Gawyn, Perrin/Faile, Gareth/Siuan. I really can't stand Rand having three women, and Tuon drives me nuts. I don't even like to think about Thom/Moiraine - he's old enough to be her dad! Tamora Pierce = Daine/Numair, Alanna/George Fanfiction I enjoy reading: Harry Potter, Wheel of Time, Ella Enchanted, Pride and Prejudice, Tamora Pierce (Daine/Numair mostly), Maximum Ride series, L. M. Montgomery (Anne of Green Gables series), Sherwood Smith, Gone with the Wind. I also like to read a lot of movie fanfiction, though I find that it's harder to find good movie fanfics than book ones. Note- If you would like me to read or review a story of yours, please let me know! I am pretty critical, so you can be sure to get some constructive feedback. I will warn you, though; I only read/review canon ones. I have listed the ships I support above. I do not read M rated fics - too graphic. That kind of stuff belongs in a bedroom, not on a fansite. I don't like angsty or horror fics, and I also do not like a lot of swear words in fanfiction - I feel that they detract from the overall value and sentiment of the story and are easily left out.
