I've never been good at this 'about me' crap, so instead I'll tell you what I'm doing here. The solely reason I signed up for this site was to read, collect and comment on X-Men ROMY fics. Yep, that's pretty much it, I'm a big ... no, HUGE Rogue & Remy fan. They're my absolute favorite couple and even though the fellows at Marvel seem to mess them up at times, I still have faith they'll end up together and live happily ever after ... and on a movie together T.T So far I've collected about 70 completed ROMY fics (plus about 24 in-progress) and read far too many more, but I've obviously only favorited the best ones. My qualifications are simple, originality, romance (preferred), some angst is okay (but don't overdoit), good character development, and for the love of God, proper grammar people! I'm not a big fan of one-shots or song fics, but there are exceptions if they're really good. I also prefer the Comics universe, but Evolution and Movieverse are growing on me. Other couples I enjoy: Warren & Paige, Sam & Dani, Kitty & Piotr, Alex & Lorna. Single characters I love, Icarus, Iceman, Northstar & Sage. I'm member of 4 C2 ROMY Communties and I'm staff at one of them, World of Romy. If you have a fanfic that you feel meets the requirements to join, let me know. Currently collecting all of the comics issues where Rogue & Remy appear together (and the Gambit series as well). I'm constantly stalking Ebay! Finally I'm already planning to write my very own ROMY fic, it'll include my OC I'm afraid, but the ROMYNESS will make it worth it, I swear XD. You can see updates and excerpts of my upcoming fics on my LJ. So far I'm writing 3 different X-Men fics. Fave fanfic quote of the week: "Remy moved away from her, and Marie repressed the urge to cry out. Why was he stopping? That was the last thing she wanted! 'Chére…' he said breathlessly, 'We don’ have t’continue if ya don’ want to.' Marie knew that logically she should tell him to leave her room, but she just couldn’t bring herself to let this end. She needed to be touched—to feel what she’d always been denied. She moved back into his arms and whispered in his ear, "Please, Remy, hold me—touch me—just don’t go."
