Author has written 8 stories for Sailor Moon.

Alright, so I decided to redo this.

Get ready for my revamped profile!

(x~lights blare overhead~x) That's right folks! This new fling is sensual and sophisticated, attempting to blatantly reveal the deepest, darkest secrets to Ummsters sinister past...

...Umm...never mind. sweatdrops

I did this in the form of Questions and Answers, because that way, it's easier to narrow down everything about me.

Q: Why is my pen-name Ummster?

A: It was a product of many sleepless nights and an inability to come up with a proper name. Once I thought of it is sorta stuck with me. On other sites I go by moonlitdreamz but I think that's been taken on ff.net. Ah well. Actually, 'huh?' is my trademark, but 'huhster' doesn't seem too dignified. Don't get me wrong, I don't stutter, it's just when I was little if I wasn't interested in something, I'd say 'huh' a million times. I think I'm partially deaf; but the 'huh' has become a reflex.

I am also a wee bit indecisive, ambivalent, or whatever you'd like to call it.

Q: Why do I spend my rare spurts of free time typing up fanfiction?

A: BECAUSE IT'S FUN. And I have no life. I get bored when I'm too busy, if that makes sense. Like right now, I should be doing a million other things. I have a lot of obligations.

Q: What's my favorite category?

A: Sailor Moon. It's a very odd story, actually. I was moderately interested in it as a little kid (not too little, probably about 5th grade) but it sort of wore off among other things. Then suddenly poof I started having these very odd and uncomfortable dreams where the heroes of the anime went off on these odd rose-throwing escapades. Freaked out, I decided to look up the dusty subject again.

Somehow, I came across fanfiction and I was instantly hooked. Since then I've done my research. I know most of what I need to know about Sailor Moon, mostly from fanfiction and studious reviewing of the manga and anime tv series, which I am reading again for my own enjoyment. The manga I only got a hold of recently, actually.

Though I'm not Japanese or know much about Japan, reading fanfiction so extensively has broadened my range of Japanese to a cluster of simple words, mostly relevant to SM which is why you might occasionally see them in my writing. I actually want to take Japanese in college, then perhaps I'll be able to read the Japanese manga, which would make me positively eccentric. Most of my SM fics are meant to be set in Tokyo but of course, I can't help an occasional American flair. I try to use the original names because I feel they're more authentic. And cuter.

Other than Sailor Moon, I enjoy reading Harry Potter and Supernatural, for obvious reasons. (x~cough~x Dean and Sam are hot) Other than that I read my good friend EternalDragon101's wrestling fics and some other Naruto fics, though I have no idea what I'm reading. As long as it's good writing, however, I am there.

Q: What am I like?

A: Well, If I can reveal this much, I'm South Asian and like South Asian things. Trinkets, little clicky pens, you name it. I'm very much involved in Indian culture and I sing classical Indian repertoire competitively. As per other things, I play the violin in three orchestras and played the piano a long time ago. If there are any other violinists out there, I'm working on the Lalo Symphonie Espagnole right now --just don't ask me to play it. Your ears cannot bear that much.

I like dark purple and blue hues, mostly because that's the color of Mamoru's eyes. I've also developed a sudden interest in cobalt and bright greens. Emeralds. The color of those cunning eyes of Amory Blaine. He makes me reel...if that's possible for a fictional character; both out of hate and adoration. I love him because he's so blase. I hate him because he's so conceited.

Oh and I forgot to mention, I'm a sophomore in high school. I started my first story TURNING BACK in 8th grade. Since then a lot of things have changed. :D

Q: What do I like to do?

A: I like sketching for fun, and occasionally try my hand at anime. I'd have to say, my favorite books are the COUNT OF MONTE CRISTO and Huck Finn.

Q: Who do I think is the cutest fictional couple?

A: What a silly question! Usagi and Mamoru of course. They honestly were meant for each other. No joke. And I don't even mean that in a kiddish way. If you explore their personalities and their physical attributes and even the way they respond to each other, they REALLY belong together. That's made even more evident by the numerous fabulous fics I've read that center on the couple. Of course, I am extremely generous when it comes to putting people on my faves list, which is why I have some 100+ fave stories.

Additionally, I sympathize with Seiya, but that does not mean I support Seiya/Usagi. Though I can tolerate the match. Seiya deserves Princess Kakyuu, but the fact that he loves Usagi simply breaks my heart. I can't help it. (x~tear~x) I think that was capitalized more in the Anime TV series than in the manga. It's heartwrenching.

I love reviewing so don't be shy to let me know if you want me to review something. I also, if I may add, love receiving reviews! (nudge nudge) :) I love PMing people as well, so feel free.

Q: What about my unfinished stories?

A: All I'm saying is...give it some time.

"Imagination rules the world."
