Author has written 33 stories for Doctor Who, Titanic, Torchwood, and Enchanted. Hey guys, I'm Beccs! I'm 18, American (it sucks), blond hair, blue eyes, glasses, freckles, the whole annoying package. I've been homeschooled since the third grade and I really got into writing when a friend of mine started writing Harry Potter fanfic (we didn't even know what fanfic was at the time!) except with us in it. I remember taking over the writing for the stories, and then one random day I wrote a Star Wars story...well two actually...and they were both retarded. I was just in a phase of my life at the time where I was madly in love with Ewan McGregor, and maybe that was the first sign of what was to come. I joined a Moulin Rouge! forum in two thousand and six, and I've been serious about my writing ever since. I don't claim to be a great writer, I just want to write something that people will enjoy reading. Being someone who occasionally gets really lonely (it happens being home schooled, let's face it), the reviews are something I soo look forward to when ever I update. They let me know what I'm doing right, what I'm not doing right, and if they like it or not. I've had problems with people who don't like my stories or my writing style, but I've finally decided (as of late) that I'm not gonna let it bother me. I'm just gonna be like 'whatever, that's your opinion and I know someone else like's my stuff', and move on with life. Though it can hurt, it isn't the end of the world, and if we can be better then the flammers...then they will eventually leave you alone. Well unless it's really, really bad...thats when you get the people in charge of FanFic involved! Ever since the fall of 06' actually...I've got an exact date...the sixth of October, Doctor Who has been in my life. Though I did not get hooked until I saw the episode 'School Reunion', to this day I hold true to the story, it's all Kim's fault! She kept talking about Doctor Who and David Tennant on the Moulin Rouge! website and one night before I went to walk my dog, I saw it was on the telly. I came back inside (right as Cassandra was entering Rose's body) and stayed up to watch it. Mind you, coming in when I did, I was really confused, but I thought from when Rose kissed the Doctor that they must have something going on. Now it's my dearest fantasy that those two did have something going on! It was that January when I bought the first and second series on DVD, and that was when I was first introduced to John Barrowman...my life hasn't been the same since. Besides Beccs being a nickname, I'm also known as Fluffy, B, and my personal favourite (that still makes me giggle and blush), Mrs Harkness...or as Gina refers to me Mrs Hotness. Though that was because one day we were talking and instead of Jack Harkness she thought I said Jack Hotness...go figure. I was twelve when I started watching Doctor Who, and now here I am, eighteen! I'm completely and whole heatedly obsessed. I barely remember life before Doctor Who...well sort of...then it was everything Ewan McGregor, now I just squeal over anything John Barrowman or David Tennant! My friends still ask me if I remember loving Ewan McGregor...well I never stopped...it's just he's not my greatest love any longer. My obsessions have changed, I've gotten new friends that now I can't imagine life without, and writing has become a major part of my life and who I am. I know that from loving John my outlook on life has changed and even though I already accepted gay's, I am now an even bigger supporter of their rights. Yeah I'm a christian and I go to church twice a week, I sing in the choir and I read my bible daily, but I support homosexuals. One of my dearest friends is a gay and I told him (without even asking my mum) that if he ever was kicked out when he came out to his parents that he has a place to stay. That offer still stands, he hasn't gotten kicked out...yet (Thank God). Lately I've been writing mostly band fanfics, concerning members of The Hush Sound, Panic! At the Disco, Fall out Boy, and others. Torchwood fics will be coming soon, I've just been un-inspired since Children of Earth. I know I haven't written in the longest time, I plan on changing that, and sooner than you think! I'm going to be re-writing the two stories that have gotten me into Titanic fandom.
