I'm a person who loves Beyblade and X men evolution. I'm only planning to do one or two fics at a time because otherwise it gets so confusing and it's more difficult to update... that's annoying for readers. I'm hopefully not gonna abandon any fics...

I totally hate it when I see that people have my story on their favourites and alerts list but they never review it. I mean, how long can reviewing really take? And keeping in mind this point of view, I ALWAYS review a story after reading it. Unless, of course, I can't think of anything good to say about it...

I also think flames are wrong (If I have the right idea about what they are). If you think a story sucks, you should give some constructive criticism that will help the author improve.

I do NOT want people to 'be kind to me' in reviews. The world is not a 'kind' place. I prefer honesty. I have a couple of reviewers who are always honest about what they think of my stories and I really appreciate them. How am I expected to improve if everybody's 'kind' to me? Kindness is all very well in its own place, but please TELL ME what you don't like about my stories! Don't flame though; ever heard of 'constructive criticism'? Flames will get very nasty replies. Moving on after that little rant...

Characters

Nowadays I have these phase-like thingies (for beyblade) when I really like this one character but then I switch to another so I can't really tell which one is REALLY my favourite. But what I can tell you is, I really don't like Mariah. There's just something about her that deeply annoys me. She's all bubbly and hyperactive and pink -- there are colours other than pink in the world!-- and all those Ray/Mariah moments in Let it Rip made me sick... well almost anyway :3. I have nothing against Ray/Mariah in fanfics... mainly because I know it's not really happening in the cartoon itself, plus some are very well-written... but when I see a moment on TV...-shudders-. Another character that I’ve recently taken an aversion to is Zeo Zaggart. You know, the kid who comes out of nowhere and almost beats Tyson… and really does beat Kai. Call me crazy, but I have something against characters that beat the ones I like. Prejudiced, I know. But enough rambling! I can also tell you that I REALLY like Tala. No idea why... seriously though, the Tala-phase sin't passing!

As for X-men evo, I LOVE the brotherhood. I don't know why some people hate them. I love 'em all. Except Mystique, I suppose. Wolverine isn't on my favourites list. I like him, but does he not get a LITTLE too much attention? Anyway, I also like Pyro, Kitty and Kurt. I do NOT like Piotr. I have an acquaintance that refers to him as either “The tin man” or “Rin-tin-tin”.

Pairings:

In beyblade, I like TyHil and MaxMiriam. I don't really know who I like with Ray... not Mariah, that's for sure. As for Kai, I only like him with one of the beyblade girls if it's really, really believable. Otherwise, i prefer him with an OC. But OCs are so tricky to handle. If you don't take care, they turn into Mary-Sues. I also don't like the OCs who keep beating Kai (I'm like that with the characters), or the ones that Kai likes but they don't like him back. Same goes for Tala. Although I do like TalaJulia, I don't like him with any other canon character.

Recently I've decided I like RaulMatilda. It's so cute! And so much fun to write!

In x-men:evo, I like Lancitty, Tabietro, Jonda and (to a certain extent) Romy. I say 'to a certain extent' because Romy gets ALL the attention. After a while, it gets sickening to read about how Rogue hates Gambit, Gambit likes Rogue, Rogue starts liking Gambit back... come on. Be creative, at least. I don't like Kiotr. I guess it's because I never read the comics so... I also don't like Rietro, ToadxWanda or KittyxLogan. I'm not entirely sure about what I think of Jott. I suppose that Jean and Scott should be together, but I'm not really interested in the pairings. As long as the two don't mess up the pairings I like (for example, Rogue with Scott, etc.), I don't particularly care who they're with...

I don't like slash, femslash, yaoi, yuri, whatever you call it. I don't have anything against it but i just don't read or write it.

OCs:

So, I decided that my previous rant was not enough, so I'm making a separate paragraph. Run while you still can. Anyway, there are very few OCs I like. So far, I haven't had any OCs as main characters, except in Twin Trouble, but I've been told that Jimmy and Jenny are really loveable. Otherwise, I do introduce OCs, but either as troublemakers, meant to be hated, or then as minor characters. Like extras in a movie. Dave is an example (From Cruise Vacation). The guy came and went in a few chapters and I doubt that you'll be seeing him again... although personally, I like that one. Lol. Well, as I was saying, most OCs get on my nerves. There's a story that should be read by those people who are planning to have an OC starring in their story: The X-men Evolution Guide to Mary-Sues. I know it says X-men Evo, but, except for a few examples, it's pretty much generalized and anyone can read it, even if they haven't watched X men evo. SERIOUSLY, READ IT!
