Fanfiction is a recent discovery for me, even though technically, I've been reading it for years in the Star Trek fandom. But honestly...this is much more fun. I love the creativity people are able to express here, without the constraints of professional editing and writing for a mass market. I think there are many talented people here and I feel lucky to peek in on their creative process.

I have a few fanfics in the oven, but nothing is ready yet. I am too chicken to post for one thing! Plus, it's just hard to finish things. I know I will keep wanting to revise things unless they are completely done before I post them.

Anime and ice skating are probably my biggest hobbies right now. I'm a recreational skater and will never amount to much, but I enjoy it. As for the anime, I love netflix (well, sort of)...at least I can see things one would never find in a video store.

Sooo...don't know if anyone will read this, since I don't have any stories posted, but I've been writing a bunch of reviews and thought people might like to know where they came from.
