Author has written 31 stories for Harry Potter, Hannah Montana, Lord of the Rings, Mortal Instruments, Misc. Plays/Musicals, High School Musical, Chronicles of Narnia, Fairy Tales, Lost, Newsies, and Twilight. So hello. I'm Ani. I like books and swimming, faeries and crossword puzzles, losing myself, finding myself and the smell of Tide. My word of the day is "lugubrious." My favorite books of the moment are Rampant by Diana Peterfreund, The Demon's Lexicon, by Sarah Rees Brennan, and The Hunger Games, by Suzanne Collins. My favorite fics of all time are the Draco Trilogy, the Shoebox Project, and anything by Maya, especially If You've A Ready Mind and Flame and Shadow. I have somehow become a Caspian/Peter shipper. I don't really know how it happened. Okay, that's a lie. It was all the fighting in the movie, and Caspian being all older, and hot, and I just kept picturing him pushing Peter up against a wall. Because I do so love it when boys push each other up against walls (coughNewsiescough). Speaking of the Newsies, I have an idea for a fic, a nice long, somewhat angsty Jack/Dave beginning pretty much right where the movie ends, but the thing is, I don't actually want to write it. Because I'm lazy. I kind of just want someone to write it for me, but then, of course, I would get mad because it wouldn't go exactly how I wanted it to go. Fanfic Pet Peeve: I hate it when people favorite my stories but don't review them. I mean, if you liked it enough to favorite it, you could tell me about it. As far as my own fics go... I've been away for a long time, due to a combination of laziness, work/school, and an ever-growing obsession with an ever-growing number of tv shows. It's unhealthy, really. But...I have decided this year for NaNoWriMo, instead of trying and failing to finish a novel, as I have the past few years, I'm just going to write 50,000 words of fiction. I'm already slacking on this due to a killer essay, but I will prevail! And fanfiction totally counts, so expect to see a lot more from me soon. The (very tentative) lineup for fics I will write next goes thusly: 1) In Narnia: Getting back to the Narnia incest with some Edmund/Peter. 2) Four Photographs: Pansy/Theodore angst. 3) Intoxication: I know it's been abandoned for over a year, but I'm going to finish it, I promise! 4) The Bat-Bogey Conundrum: Ginny/Zacharias Smith. I'm really excited about this one. 5) The Art of Sleeping With: Melchior/Ilse. I still love Spring Awakening an ungodly amount, and this one has been gnawing at me for a while. | |||||||
