- So my mom and I went on a walk, talking about the Twilight books, and there was this HUGE wolf spider in the road that skittered away from us when we got close. My mom ran over and kept stopping it with her feet when it tried to get away until it held still and we could look at it. So we both bent over and stared at it for a minute. Then it started sprinkling, so I freaked out and wanted to get going. She started stomping to scare it off the road so it wouldn't get hit. It just sat there. So she stepped back and tried again. STOMP. Nothin'. STOMP. Nothin' again. STOMP.
And it wasn't there anymore.
I realized it had jumped on her shoe a split second before she did, and then she started jumping and screaming until it finally flew off and ran away. IT WAS HILARIOUS!!

- Everybody hates Dark Ace/Master Cyclonis fics and the pairing altogether. That's surprising to me. Many people say, "Oh, I don't like the age difference," and the other I get is "It's more of a master/servant relationship."
Dark Ace is the only person Cyclonis trusts. Humans are full of emotions: sadness, love, fear... when there's only one person she values, especially as lonely as she is, would it be easy for her to filter which feelings she directed at him?
Also, we all think the bad guys are cool- I'm guilty of it myself. But making them compassionate and chaste for the sake of jutsifying our love of them is a little unrealistic. Dark Ace murdered his squadron in cold blood for power. Would he really think twice about leering at a beautiful girl ten years younger than him? I highly doubt it.
Personally, I prefer the brother/sister idea, but those are my thoughts on the matter.
- I see that I've been getting hits from Estonia! So to all of you, quit picking on Kerli! She's talented and deserves every fan she's getting. And to completely contradict what I just said, you're cool because you're in the country she's from. Yeay you!!

At the family reunion last weekend, my two favorite cousins and I were swinging... even though we're 15 and 13 and 13... we were bored... and this kid came up to us. He said, "I'm Josh." We all said hi. Then he said, "Is that a DS?" I responded with "Yup." Then he said, "I don't mess with that Nintendo shit anymore." I hate cussing, so I got really angry. I said "WHADDID YOU SAY?" And he said, "Nintendo sucks." And I said, "You suck." Then one of my cousins said, "Get lost, loser." And he did.

Okay. This is totally random stuff that I like rambling aimlessly about. If you want to agree or argue, go right ahead and PM me! Remember, I spend my free time talking to forks and balancing things on the flat part of my head. I'm no expert; I'm just a kid.
Weather. I don't like sunny weather. IT BURNS! The thought of liking something that everybody else likes... kinda bores me. I don't know why, but I like rain and snow much more. Maybe it's because I like change or because I just like being different. Maybe it's because I get major headaches from bright light. Whatever the reason, I'll take dreary to bright any day.
Lemons. Well... hmm. If you're mature enough to handle stories with sexual content, then be my guest and read away. Granted, my mom would saw my head off with a toothbrush if she saw some of the things on this site, but would you rather I read stories to calm my raging hormones or go out and get pregnant myself? HUH? (Although I don't really read them anymore.)
Yaoi. In my opinion, yaoi is just another way gay activists are pushing their agenda on us, and unfortunately, kids like me are their most influential victims. I don't mean to be graphic, but guys and girls are built differently to, uh, fit properly. Onion ring and onion ring or french fry and french fry don't work, okay? Cuzza political corectness, we can't even call homosexuality a disease, so if there is a way to treat it, then it would be mean of us to try finding it! How dare we try to help people!! Look, I have nothing against those of said preference. Each to his own, I guess, but Christianity condems it as a sin. Everybody sins, so I don't hate those homies for it. I just wish it wasn't illegal to try helping someone like that.
Anime is Satanic. Okay. Whoever thought this one up needs to pick up sewing or aerobics or something, cuz they have WAY to much free time on their hands. There are so many references to God and so many acknowlegements of heaven and hell in Naruto that I'm surprised some offended liberal parent hasn't complained yet! When I was little and my parents got divorced, I was so miserable that I seriously considered killing myself. The only reason I didn't was a simple one: I wondered what was happening on Pokemon next Saturday. It saved my life, it really did. For people who are bullied and have no friends, anime is something uplifting and inspiring. I think it's a miracle, really.
Cheerleaders. Like, GO TEAM! There are some exceptions to this, but not many: cheerleading has always been a way to get attention, but for all the wrong reasons, in my opinion. If you don't want to be looked at just because your skirt comes up to your neck six times every minute, then don't do activities centered around that! It's that simple, people! Like, total duh!
Flaming. I'll admit, not all of my reviews are rainbows and sunshine and unicorns. That's no excuse to totally insult someone who spent time and energy writing a story, though. Just because a review is long doesn't make it helpful. A lot of people get jealous of others who can write better or have more practice, so they feel smarter if they belittle you with a bunch of big words. IGNORE 'EM, EH! DE'RE JUST JEALOUS OF YER SKILL FER ROCKIN' OUT! But don't just write LOLs and OMGs and LMFAOs. Critique and praise competently.
War. War is a horrible thing. It's far more serious than the video games kids play without second thought. As grim as it is, though, the world is governed by military power. And as long as we exist, there will be people greedy and power-hungry enough to do anything to get what they want, including killing and conquering. And we can't let them go on, torturing and bombing and leaving millions homeless. We have to fight back for those who can't.
