I love the funny stuff so rarely will you find a truly angsty fic in my favourites or under my name, so if your happy-clappy then i cater to you.
I like art, writing and films. More specifically i like Phantom of the Opera (or anything else with Gerard Butler in it), 300 (see? Gerard Butler AND really small pants), Troy, V For Vendetta, Steel Magnolias, The Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood, Die Hard (all of them and i WILL be going to see numero Four) Sweet Home Alabama, King Kong, all of the Lord of the Rings films, i have been known to sit through a Harry Potter flick on occasion, i LOVE CSI of all persuasions though i am a die hard Las Vegas fan, House MD (obviously, who on this planet does not love it?) , i watch Startrek (yeah i know, but i am not a freaky Convention trekkie, it just amuses me), Stargate (not after they replaced O'Neill though, again, i wasn't consulted), Stargate Atlantis (heh! McKay), did like NCIS but then they killed of Kate so i boycotted...all by muself.
Can't STAND Grey's Anatomy, i just want to kill of Dr Barbie McStupid, sorry if you like that show but i actually throw things at the telly when it's on.
In music i like anything eighties rock-ish liiiiike...QUEEN! (curtsey, bob, bow), Scissor Sisters, Goldfrapp, Foo Fighters, Panic at the Disco, Sugar Cult, Mika, Nightwish, Greenday (yes, before the uber success of American Idiot, i had actually heard of them before then. Down, flaming fan-person), Muse aaaannnnd...Anastasia and P!nk.
BOOKS!!! I love the Dresden Files, anything by Kelly Armstrong, David Eddings, cough Harry Potter splutter, Mathiew Rielly is a GOD!!!, Jaid Black (naughty Erotica i know nudge, nudge, wink, wink, snert dirty thoughts), PC Cast, CS Lewis.
At the moment i'm currently writing about three or four fics at the same time (even though i have just finished 'Family Secret' and the bastarding thing won't let me upload the fecking document...shakes fist at the world) and i'm just about to start a House MD Oc romance that continues on from the same fic 'Family Secret'. I am mainly inspired by the Huddy so that's what most of my fics are about but I'm also writing my novel at the moment (pain in the arse that it is) so i'm quite slow sometimes, depending on how much time i've had off work and how motivated i am at the time.
One thing: I HATE flamers. Can't stand the little bastards. I don't mind CONSTRUCTIVE critisicm but i gotta tell ya, there are a bunch of people out there that think they're being constructive when they're really just revealing their own ineptitude and pissing me off. so, if you have a moronic opinion, feel free not to share it. Because when i get pissy i tend to get on my soapbox and have a general public rant.
Which is just nasty for all concerned really.
On another note, i don't think my review replier thingy works or my private messenger doohickey. so if you review me and i don't reply, it's nothing personal, the technology's just screwed.
