Ten things you didn't really care to know about Kina-chan:
1. Kina's a high school student who is currently living in BC, Canada.
2. Kina has been labelled as insane, crazy, entertaining...you name it.
This is mostly due to her love of laughing and having the best time she can. And the fact that the people she knows have learned all her ticklish places and actually greet her in the
morning by poking them. Rather sad.
3. Kina, like many others, is a crazy anime fan, but she does her best
to keep it from letting it take over her life. Except when it comes to
Friday night, when she and her best friend completely dominate the TV
for YTV's anime night. Oh, and conventions. Conventions are amazingly
fun.
4. Besides DDR (she does it on Heavy!), Kina has no physical coordination whatsoever. She walks into doors when they're
open.

5. Kina listens to whatever music she feels like. Currently,
this includes a LOT of J-Pop and anime music (Ayumi Hamasaki, Do As
Infinity, etc. etc. etc.), Coldplay, Telepopmusik, Origa (Russian pop!!), Sophia, and lots of
other songs by lots of other people.
6. Kina's favourite anime would definitely have to be Naruto, and she considers herself a complete Narutard. Though she hasn't memorized Shino's father's bloodtype like someone she knows, Naruto is usually on her mind in some way. Her top 5 characters,
in no particular order, are Kurenai, Kakashi, Hinata, Rock Lee and Tenten. Other favourite anime of hers include Inuyasha,
Fullmetal Alchemist, Eureka 7, Bleach (basically YTV's Friday night anime lineup), Chobits, Ouran High School Host Club, Fruits
Basket, Onegai Twins, Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora, the first and second seasons of Digimon...and, of course, the Miyazaki
films.
7. Kina doesn't really like it when people post a long list of
their favourite pairings (which ones DON'T they like?), but if she had
to pick her favourites for Naruto, they would be Shikamaru x Temari,
Asuma x Kurenai, Kakashi x Sakura and Sasuke x Sakura. For other animes, she pretty much
likes canon or practically-canon stuff. She's rather unoriginal in that
way.
8. Kina does not have a boyfriend. People tell her and her
closest guy friend almost daily that they should go out, ARE going out,
are going to get married, are destined for each other, etc., but at
this point they basically don't feel like getting into a relationship.

9. Kina likes rain, Pocky, hugging/glomping people, being
filmed, her mp3 player, playing piano, tea, Sudoku, and absorbing
herself in reading or writing fanfictions. She dislikes missing school,
lost batteries, excessive amounts of cheese, Kraft Dinner, fixing her
hair, stupid contacts and sleeping in.
10. Kina has somewhat definite opinions regarding fanfictions.
She hates Mary Sues as well as many OCs, and thinks Uchihacest or
Sandcest is gross. She'll tolerate shounen-ai or shoujo-ai, but doesn't
particularly like it. Crack fics are fun as long as they're
well-written. She appreciates canon pairings, and is a complete fluff
addict. Her pet peeves are bad grammar and complete OOCness, and if
your summary is completely misspelled she won't even look at it. As far
as her own fics go, she longs to be able to write more, but the rest of
her life puts limitations on such creative genius--sarcasm intended.
You probably won't find her writing anything non-het in the future, or
any OCs--please ignore the fact that once she was sworn against
KakaSaku and then wrote a oneshot of it. She is actually hoping to
write more fluff and more crack, but these days all her fics seem to
unintentionally swerve towards angsty. But there's nothing wrong with
that, right?
