Not that many people are even reading my stories, but for those who are, I apologize for leaving "The Guardian" incomplete. I had planned to finish the final chapter, but later that week my grandmother passed away. A month later, my grandfather followed, and yesterday I returned home from a quick vacation that would have helped my family "get away" from the sadness and stress only to find that my dog had had a seizure and fallen into our pool and drowned. So obviously, I am having a spectacularly shitty summer vacation. Again, I doubt that anyone reads my stuff anymore, but for those few who may be wondering, there's your explanation. I would like to someday finish what I began, but right now I just can't find the inspiration. Thank you to anyone who has taken the time to read my stories.

I'm back after a very long break! I finally have an entire summer vacation all to myself for the first time in my life since I just graduated high school and do not need to take summer school courses or work on summer homework! Yippee! :D A couple days ago I rediscovered fanfiction.net and remembered the fun I had while writing my stories, and after opening up my dusty word documents I feel up to sequels!! Mainly sequels for "The Golden," but I have a possible sequel idea for "Blindness" and maybe even a fun new story. I doubt that anyone who first read my stories is still around, but I hope to get new readers after fixing up spelling/grammar errors in the stories I have already published and once I finish with the new stories :)

So, a little about the person behind the words! I'm 18 years old, female, and I live in the very hot southern California! Books have been my escape for most of my life, and I regard anyone who hates reading as a complete nut who obviously hasn't been reading the right books. It's too hard to name favorite books, but my favorite series are easily The Chronicles of Narnia, The Firebringer Trilogy, the Harry Potter series, and just about anything written by Dean Koontz (that man is a literary GOD). I am a lover of all animals, but wolves especially. There is something so deeply beautiful in the gaze of a wolf that I can't help but wish to be one. ;)
