I don't feel the need to make a list of things that I like because I like WAY too many things (other then anime/manga, which I state later) xP Anime/Manga I watch, they may or may not be my favorite...because sometimes I just can't remember; (In no particular order; except the order I think of them): /Naruto/ this wasn't even my first anime/manga and yet it could probably easily replace it. /Naruto Shippuuden/ especially because Deidara is in it! I love him! /Inuyasha/ my fist anime/manga; I first saw it in second grade when I stated up particularly late and I saw my sister watching it and asked what it was. That was what got me into Anime/Manga Japanese culture. Adult Swim. (I kinda find that sad in a way, that I saw this thing that changed my life on an adult channel in second grade. I also saw “8 Mile” (it has Eminem in it (if any of you know that movie)) in third grade when I was still innocent and then hat movie just messed up everything). /Jigoku Shoujo and Jigoku Shoujo Fukamori/ The first and second season. Now the third season as well, even though I haven't even seen a single episode, I know its good :3 /Bleach/ I still wonder why it's called that, after a year and a half of pondering about it I still can't think of a good reason, although I have ideas...;_; it makes me sad sometimes. /D. Gray-Man/ Agh! I absolutely love this fandom, although it has quite efficiently halted in all progress that I know of, other than being dubbed into the english language, fairly recently, I believe. I love the character designs as well as the character developement and background stories. The art style is so ineresting, and confident, assured of itself (...if an art style can actually BE confident and self assured... -_-;; (I'm not crazy!)) /Full Metal Alchemist/ /Fruits basket/ The anime only goes to he fourth DVD...I liked the anime better then the manga. I've only read a few books of this series. But I know it ends! 8D /Mononoke/ A very interesting series, it now has 11 episodes, it doesn’t have a completely new plot or anything but the art and the way the main character goes about is new but old at the same time. /Lemon Angel Project/ /Code-E/ This series came to a VERY early ending. And now has a second season that skips ahead about five years it seems. \:> /Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei/ Super unique, interesting and funny in an almost-morbid way. The main characters are very exhausting to watch- them being so overly dramatic about everything –but is also funny in its own little way. There's now also a second season, go watch it! /Iriya No Sora- UFO No Natsu/ ew. All that needs to be said. /Darker than Black/ GRAH!! This is a totally awesome series, even though I dumped it for awhile, and then a second time because I keep hitting the part where it actually has a bigger plot line start. It has to do with someone that the main character likes or something, and that just ruined the over-all feel of the series, but it was still awesome!! D: You should try it if you have ANY interest in it at all. its pretty good animation as well. I don't think I've seen any "quality" moments in it so far ;3 /Hidamari Sketch/ Kinda boring and I’ve barely seen an entire episode but very cute art and the regular cute little school kids) /Zombie-Loan/ This series was interesting at the start, but AGAIN, I haven't exactly finished the series, although I do believe it was a short one. The plot line flows around a debt of two zombies who capture these monster things (that eat humans or something) to repay their debt. These things that they hunt come around the dead and close to dieing. The almost dead can be marked by a black ring that is on their neck. The series actually starts out by introducing the other character, a female, that can see these black rings on humans' necks, having one herself. (Tell me if this summary is totally wrong, because I haven't watched this for quite awhile and I'm sketchy on the details and even some of the main story of this series.) /Sky Girls/ Kya~ Female mecha show, and isn't totally perverted, even if the body suits are still form-fitting. But they have next to nothing for boobs, so I'm taken wth this series. It's cute and weet alround, in my opinion!~ /Murder Princess/ I've only seen two episodes of this and at first it seemed pretty cool, and the first episode was pretty fun to watch even though the plot line is really overly-used; so much so that I couldn't finish the second episode, but I don't think its a HORRIBLE anime (I think its in manga as well, though...not sure :P) /Mushishi/ Very good series, I would recommend it to, not really a lot of people, but people who are into calmer plot lines, by all means, but still have a sense of humor that can make light of somber moments. /Night Head Genesis/ /Fate Stay Night/ /Kaikan Phrase/ Also known as “Sensual Phrase” as the manga is called in english. /Jyu Oh Sei/ not a great series, it’s short and it skips quite a few years in only the fith episode or something, the art is relatively good though- the character development isn’t very good though; that’s what really got to me in the series, it pissed me of when the characters switch sides and love interests so quickly. /Saiunkoku Monogatari/ Has two seasons. Only seen the first one, and although I like the plot line, and has an entertaining plot line at the start, it didn't manage to keep me hooked to see the second season. I guess because as the first season went on, it became a bit more "serious" in a way that sorta cut out some of the humor in the series, which is what I like most about Saiunkoku monogatari. /Strawberry Panic/ Yuri, by all means; and I like the style of animation, sometimes I have to question the plot line though; as I do with many other series now-a-days. /Full Metal Panic/ Hilarious! If you haven't seen this series before, watch it. NOW. I mean, REALLY. NOW. Sousuke and Kaname are THE most fun characters I probably know of (at least at this striking moment O:). Although there is another girl, that is basically battling Kaname for Sousuke's affections, that I hate but she can just go and rot in a corner, except for the fact that Sousuke actually cares. But that aside, she should die. Just saying. /Blood+/ Although I don't watch it anymore I still like it, just not enough to follow it well… /Yamato Nedeshiko Shichi Henge/ I believe this series is called wallflower, or something, in english, although I've only ever seen this in mange form in america as of yet. \:> This anime is actually not that great, but I find that I think that only because about 3/4 of every episode is block-chibis, although that may be entertaining, they are not actually very great to look at. D:> /XXXHolic/ the character design may be based on chimneys(Giraffe/pole) but I still like the art and series' plot line. I like the books better then the anime though. /Haruhi's Melancholy/ ...watched MAYBE two episodes...and then didn't continue...it's sad, but it didn't keep my interest at all, even though I know SO MANY PEOPLE who absolutely love this series... /Full Metal Panic! Fumofu!/ I'm a bit confused as to what the actual point to this supposed side-series is, but it's just as entertaining, and contains more romance between Kaname and Sousuke as before, in my terms, although it still has a decent plot line...I suppose. /Shion No Ou/ I really like this show even thought it is kinda lame in a sense...D: the show revolves around the girl named Shion (that REALLY makes the title SO original...! NOT! D: ) that lost her voice when she was little (I can't remember the age Dx) because she saw her parents being murdered in front of her and the perpetrator told her that she had better not talk and it was better for her to loose her knowledge of speaking. Anyway, after this happened the family next door took Shion in as their own and the father of that family made/makes a living out of shougi and before this all Shion had gone over there to take piano lessons but the father's son realized, one day, that Shion had a great talent for shougi and from then on Shion focused on shougi instead of piano. Anyway, the story now revolves round Shion moving up the shougi ladder to be a high-ranking Kishi (professional shougi player of the female type) while also gaining friends on the way despite her only having a pad of paper and a pen to communicate with other people. (this has GOT to be the longest SUMMARY for a plot line I have done so far in my life...I'm sure i could make this longer but I doubt there is any need...Dx) /Moyashimon/ This is also fairly new to my knowledge...again this is dated at 11.26.07 for my profile update. Its about the life of a guy (I forget his name...DX I sometimes think that I have a mental problem with remembering thing, let them be short term or long...TT A TT) that can see germ or "microbes" as they call them in the anime and his friend that has a family that owns a sake brewery and thus hates a certain type of germ that keeps sake from brewing correctly. These two guys are new colledge/university students at this ...something university (it's like scientific and cultivation or something...I CAN'T REMEMBER...!! TT A TT SOBS IN THE DARK, DARK CORNER) And they have many trials of their knowledge and nerves and are put in unlikely and uncomfortable situations. WATCH THE TRIALS THROUGH THEIR LIFE, AND BE ASTOUNDED BY THEIR COURAGE AND WITS...! xD no...I'm just getting hyper because of my eggs and toast I just had for dinner...breakfast for dinner...! Try it, IT'S GOOD:D /Death Note/ I started watching this series, I don't think I'll read it until later, because of the difference in art style from the anime to the manga. I started watching this series from On Demand that my family gets with Comcast. The first thing that I remember about finding out Death Note existed was from my friends sometime in the school year of 2006-2007. I also saw some of the movie at a convention I go to yearly(referring to one in the school year of 2006-2007). I started actually watching the series, obviously, in English, exactly a week after the con., during the ending weekend of the spring break of (2007 - )2008 school year. Oh how I was sucked in. I have to sadly admit that for a very short amount of time I actually liked Raito, as a good character (although he is wonderfully written except for certain things he has knacks for killing...(A.K.A.: L!! NO!! TT_TT don't leave us to the wrath of Near and Mello!! X_X -dead-). But as quickly as I discovered I liked Raito I was ready to rip him apart. /Nabari No Ou/ I started this series just two days ago now, there are only three episodes out (at least of subbed I believe so) so far but I'm really liking it. Its another ninja anime (I don't think its a manga...I haven't seen it at least). It really is a good ninja one, other than Naruto (OF COURSE!! Naruto's THE BEST!! xD). I'm keeping this on my list because it has good art (right NOW it does... T_T) and even with it's cliche plot line it doesn't have any fore sight for romance right now. That's what I found after I discovered that a lot of the other ninja manga/anime out there is half made of romance. That's REALLY ANNOYING as far as I think. I don't want any more romance in ninja shows, I'll make that romance up in my head and read it on ff.net!! xD /XXXHolic-Kei/ OMG!! Wow, I wasn't really expecting the second season to come out this way...the second season, with the renewed vigor to create good art they opened the series with the first three episodes being very DoumekixWatanuki like. I was actually looking forward to there being more of that this season, because last series still was being kinda DouWa. Truthfully, if you like this series, just read the manga. It's farther along, its drawn by the original creators and its much farther along in the plot line. Although i don't know when they're going to stop, or if there's even a place TO stop. /XXXHolic Movie/ I can't remember if this movie had a title, it probably did but I don't want to try and took it up. Although the beginning of this movie was a little bit boring, and Yuuko is pretty much botting at the end of the movie, I liked it over-all. Mostly because Watanuki and Doumeki had sometimes together in a room. ~ How I truly wish that pairing was canon...!! TT_TT /Vampire Knight/ I can honestly say this is one of three vampire-related things I actually like; one of the others being the movie titled "Underworld" that pits vampires against werewolves, fighting over a half-blood of vampire and werewolf that is linked to a frightening past of both his parents being killed. (If I got that summary wrong, please tell me). Anyway, Vampire Knight is now both a manga as well as an anime now. I was very much afraid to even touch the series that included vampires, even after having heard so many great reviews at school about the renowned series of vampire novels which first started at "Twilight"; even though I do not know the plot line I assured myself that I didn't want to pick up the book when I heard a conversation on it, although I can't count on a non-review convo (seeing as they're not as objective or serious...) and it was a lot about the romance between the characters, which I really didn't like to think about. Personally, I just can't imagine a story about the cliche love between a human and a vampire, with an evil sibling mixed in being TRULY interesting to read. I just don't think I can read ANOTHER story on the same thing again. I'm not really sure WHY I can't stand vampires as much as I can stand most of everything else (seeing as I read THE most CLICHE fics in THE WORLD Every day...'; _ ;'). But I truly can't.
