Konnichiwa minna-san! (Hello Everyone!) My name is Jessica Cheng and I am a loyal follower of manga and anime! (At least I hope I am...)

As you would know from my pen name, I am extremely obsessive about anime (and manga!).

I currently have 4 favorites. Fullmetal Alchemist, Rurouni Kenshin, D. Gray-Man, Prince of Tennis, and Loveless. As you might notice later on, I tend to switch from one anime to another in a short amount of time. I usually don't have a HUGE amount of favorites. It's either I love it or I don't (no offense!Only my stupid crappy opinion that NO ONE EVER LISTENS TO!!@&#). Of course when I get over an anime, I don't necessarily hate it. I just find it boring at some points and okay at others. (Usually only 'cause I've just about memorized the whole damned thing...)

One thing that would be important to know would be that I have on-off days. Some days, I could write decent pieces of work, however, at other times, I wouldn't be able to write anything good if my life depended on it. That seriously sucks... so forgive me if some days I'm just off...and I also may be slow to update much of my work.

I know, I suck at profiles...

Okay. Now, a little bit about me...

Well, to start, I'm was high school student in British Columbia, Canada, but I just recently moved to California! (People, you have no idea how hot it is out here...) But I just got into Foothill High School in Pleasanton (city pretty close to San Francisco) so Yay me! (Not that I actually have to take an exam or anything...This is just my stupid spot...)

I'm an almost straight-A student (curse stupid P.E.) and I'm also a music type person. I play piano (am currently in ARCT 12) and I use to play violin (quit at 8 or 9...can't remember...) I'm also currently a piano teacher in Pleasanton. So if you're looking for a piano teacher, e-mail me please! (I'm just advertising, cause I've only got 4 students right now...)

Oh, and if I had one wish?

I'd wish my friends wouldn't all move back to China. (3 have so far...T.T) You people hear that!? Come back dammit! I miss you guys!

Here's some additional information on what I prefer in a fan fiction. Just here for those who are curious.

Rurouni Kenshin (Samurai X)

Series Preference: Manga (It's the original work of the master after all! _ Some of the filler episodes for the anime is pretty good too though.)

Favorite Character: Himura Kenshin (especially Battousai...the real Battousai that Watsuki-sama created)

Favorite Pairings: Sanosuke/Kenshin, Tomoe/Kenshin, Saitou/Kenshin, Soujirou/Kenshin, Aoshi/Kenshin, Kenshin/Megumi...and basically any other pairing with Kenshin in it and not Kaoru - it's not that I hate Kaoru, I just don't like her. (Yes, Kenshin/Kaoru fans, I'm sorry, I'm not normal, I'm a shonen-ai freak, and I'm Proud!)

Favorite Fan Fiction: Bakumatsu Fan Fiction. Usually shows the true side of Battousai and the true Tomoe. AND no Kaoru! -sorry... Wandering Fan Fiction. Usually no romance (which I'm fine with) and I like a little adventure...with NO Kaoru! -sorry... MOST IMPORTANT: I love FACTUAL Fan Fiction. I just adore fan fiction with actual facts from the manga/anime (preferably manga). It just shows a lot of work and effort put into the story. (Though I would never take the time...I'm too lazy...so I really shouldn't be so picky...) That's not to say I don't enjoy a good Alternate Universe story once in a while. I just like the story to be realistic and have a...'Kenshin' feel to it, even if it's an Alternate Universe. I also would love to see more Harry Potter Crossovers with Rurouni Kenshin. Those are just so fun to read! (There's just too few...and I'm, again, too lazy...)

Fullmetal Alchemist

Series Preference: Anime (I've never got around to finishing the manga, so I understand the anime version more...)

Favorite Character: Edward Elric, Fullmetal Alchemist

2nd Fav. Character: Roy Mustang, Flame Alchemist

Favorite Pairings: Roy/Ed, Havoc/Ed, Al/Ed, Ed/Al, Ed/Riza (No Winry! -sorry...)

Favorite Fan Fiction: Harry Potter Crossovers with Fullmetal Alchemist are definitely my favorite! Luckily, there's so many! (Still wish there were more though...) A good Romance Fan Fiction is always enjoyable too! I kind of prefer Alternate Universe for this series though. That's kind of weird for me...sorry...

Prince of Tennis

Series Preference: Anime/Manga (They're equal...so I can't decide...)

Favorite Character: Echizen Ryoma

Favorite Pairings: Fuji/Ryoma, Momoshiro/Ryoma, Tezuka/Ryoma, Kaidou/Ryoma, Kevin/Ryoma, Atobe/Ryoma

Favorite Fan Fiction: I can't really describe for this one... I really don't care, but definitely, no Ryoma/Sakuno, unless it's like, really, really, really, really good.

D. Gray-Man

Series Preference: Anime/Manga (The plot, almost everything is exactly the same...I can't compare...)

Favorite Character: Allen Walker

2nd Fav. Character: Lavi (Bookman)

Favorite Pairings: Lavi/Allen, Kanda/Allen

Favorite Fan Fiction: This series is actually really new to me, so I haven't read too many, but it is obvious that D. Gray-Man and Fullmetal Alchemist has some sort of connection. So, like Fullmetal Alchemist, I would have to say, Harry Potter Crossovers for sure and Alternate Universe stories.

As you would have noticed, I have a thing for the main character...and I have a thing with the pairings that involve the main character...what else can I say? Another thing is that I'm really picky about following the original story, made by the mangaka or from the anime. Also, in all series, I'm usually looking for a drama or angst genre story. Call me evil or twisted, I just love those fics!

10 Reasons Why Being Gay is 'Wrong'

1.) Being gay is not 'natural'. We must always reject unnatural things like eyeglasses, polyester, and air conditioning.

2.) Gay marriage will make people gay, in the same way that hanging around tall people will make you tall.

3.) Legalizing gay marriage will open the door to all kinds of crazy behavior. People may even wish to marry their pets- because of course a dog has legal standing and can sign a marriage contract, just like a human being.

7.) Obviously gay parents will raise gay children, since straight parents only raise straight children.

8.) Gay marriage is not supported by religion. In a theocracy like ours, the values of one religion are imposed on the entire country. That's why we have only one religion.

9.) Children can never succeed without a male and a female role model at home. That's why we as a society expressly forbid single parents to raise children.

10.) Gay marriage will change the foundation of society; we could never adapt to new social norms. Just like we haven't adapted to cars, the service-sector economy, or longer life spans.
