Author has written 7 stories for Fruits Basket, Harry Potter, Death Note, and Batman.

My name is Kay.
And I'm freaking old: 20.

I waste my time:
Writing
Listening To Music
Reading
Painting
Raising Hell With My Friends

I am a nerd, night owl, and analytical realist.

I am also a walking music encyclopedia. Someone once said to me that if they devoted their life to learning everything about music right at that moment, they would still never surpass me in knowledge. I use this knowledge to do a radio show for my college's station.

I is a kollege stoodent and an Engwish mayjar with a 日本語 minor.

I like contradictions, irony, and symbolism (as well as milk, fruit, chocolate mint, cinnamon sugar, rock/alternative/industrial/goth/metal/punk/dark cabaret/oldies/musical's music, vampires, snakes, languages and cultures, the seven deadly sins, the Victorian era, Edwardian era, and the 1940s, people who tell me their life story the day I meet them, awkward situations, bitching about how the book/manga is better than the movie/anime, violent romances, and pretending I will one day join a darkwave band or sing on Broadway).

I have an unhealthly fascination with evil characters and protecting their sanctity. My favorite character is always the attractive villian (or the adorably awkward nerd, come to think of it).

I also have a knack for psychology and sociology (i.e. creepily and voyueristically figuring people out) and a preternatural sixth sense that tells me exactly how long relationships will last, why they will end, and if they will end in marriage. This quality is both loved and detested by my friends. I take the surprise out of everything.

I write mostly romances with darker undertones and intense emotion but I am a witty person if you ever meet me out in "the real world".
And I have written original characters but they are all flawed like real people and are not comparable to me as a person.

I detest:
Ignorance
Cigarettes
Waking In The Morning
Immature Relationships
People Who Have False Ideas About Their Lives
Television
"Twilight"

Review/Message me and I will LOVE you.
I'm good about replying to reviews I get.
I'm really friendly (even though I don't like lots of people).
And I don't bite . . . much.

A Word On Fanfiction Grivences:
Mary-Sues - OC's should be flawed and not a perfected version of yourself.
Shorthand - Painful to read and a writer should have more self respect than to use it.
Anything Pretentious - Only impressive to the ignorant.
OOC - Unless it's particularly funny.
Drastically Altering The Original Plot - Unless it's clearly AU.
People Who Say "No Flames" - If you can't accept critisism, you will never succeed nor improve as a writer.

A Word On My Works:

His Last Chance: My first stab at fanfiction right after my 16th birthday. It started as an angry reaction to the massive amount of Draco/OC fics on Quizilla (remember when Quizilla didn't suck?) but ended up being strangely well formed in my head. Basis: Even if you're a 100 evil, sociopathic freak, you still have hormones at some point. I've thought about rewriting this one a billion times (but I probably never will) because, if for no other reason than, a lot of people miss the fact that this story is a microcasm of a three month long relationship; not a three day one. I have also thought of a lot of other scenarios both before and during the relationship that I kind of wanted to put on paper but I think, in reality, they will never leave my head.

Like A Tiger In A Cage: I think this is probably my best work and I am still sad that I apparently peaked at 16 (Nowadays I have better ideas but no time or commitment to work on them). The thing I love about this story is the fact that I planned the hell out of it so everything connects to the point that every chapter can be given an exact date. It's also to date my most disturbing work (but I'm sure I could get worse if I want to). Although more disturbing than my actual writing is the fact that some people actually think this is a romance.

Sugar-Coated: I wrote this in like, an hour and then stepped back and said, "What the hell? Did I just write something CUTE?"

Second Helping: Proof I can't let a story go until I've exhausted the hell out of it. I do quite like this story but it's one I don't ever really reflect on. Either that means I find it forgettable or I'm satisfied with it as is.

Final Slice: I hate this. This one goes under the category of "something I thought in my head and shouldn't have commited to paper" (like my Tiger super-epilogue and third part of the TR series; these have never seen the light of day and shouldn't). I blame being addicted to praise.

Heir of Heir: I wish my heart were more into this because then it wouldn't have taken me two years only to end anti-climactically. Although honestly, I had planned for that ending and wouldn't change it but I kind of wish this story was more exciting. It could have had so much more action/drama/etc but the only changes I've made since it's completion have been continuitity things and I don't plan for more. Continuitity errors I can't fix bother me though. I didn't realize there was a Head Boy and Girl of every house (even though I should have) but still, logically the Ravenclaw girl would be next to the Slytherin boy (since the houses often go alphabetically and the pictures would probably go boy-girl-boy-girl). On the plus side, I can point to this story and go, "See, I totally called the Lily/Severus thing before the seventh book came out!" My life is made of nerdy discussions.

Strange Stranger: This arose after I said I'd never write fanfiction again (my "last story" was supposed to be this story about Seimei from Loveless that I never posted anywhere because I thought most readers would miss the point, especially if people think Tiger was a romance). Either way, after reading way too many comics about Harley and the Joker I decided that I wanted to do a synthesis of all the interpertations of their characters and this was the result.
