Velvet Obsession here (you can, of couse, call me Velvet). Not the best of pen names, but I couldn't resist. Anyway, I'm female and I live in the U.S. I can be rather chatty, and tend to ramble mindlessly. Of course, If Im feeling moody, or have been recently exposed to homework, I tend to act... Snapish. In my book, that's not a bad thing of course, but some people just can't appreciate sarcasm. And bluntness. And a matter of other slighlty nasty things. Personality flaws... that just happen to be more dominate when I'm reading horrible fanfiction. Or writing it XD/

My other favorite books include Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, The Da Vinci Code / Angels and Demons, The Count of Monte Cristo, Eragon/Eldest, Aretmis Fowl, Garth Nix's Abhorsen trilogy and Seventh Tower Series, A Wrinkle in Time...I enjoy fanfiction in Naruto and Doctor Who and a few other obscure fandoms.

I'm utterly in love with time travel, dimension travel, and quality AU fics in HP fandom.
