What is a review? FanFiction's meaning for "review"
But this one is what I'm interested in:
"To go over and examine critically or deliberately.
Specifically:
(a) To reconsider; to revise, as a manuscript before printing it, or a book for a new edition.
(b) To go over with critical examination, in order to discover exellences or defects; hence, to write a critical notice of; as, to review a new novel."
I've been getting chapters of stories, profile stuff and a shipping rant (NOW you know) on where reviews should be on. Apparently, this person says that it's a review. Look up; that definetely NOT a review.
Look, I know you have an account here 'cause I saw it in use when you "reviewed" You'veBeenJayed, so why don't you use your account? My dear(s), the account you have is for you to write stories on, for you to write your profile information on and for you to write all the shipping rants and OC profiles you want. My review pages are for readers to write how well my story is, if I did something wrong in it, how can I improve for the next time and any question or doubts.
If you are a fan of mine and you want me to review your stories (because when people do this is 'cause they want people to review their work; this is from experience), write it on your account, post in the Get Ed Archives and then I'll review. (Moviefan18 and me were trying to convince two friends to not go to an area of school that people weren't suppose entering)
Me: You'll get in trouble! (they're far away and I turn to Moviefan18) What the point of a language if we don't even use it?!
Old Woman in a Play: Oh God, why did you bring me grandsons instead of grandaughters? I know why, because you are a man... oh, I'm so sorry God. But it is true!
Little Boy in a Play: She's pretty... very, very pretty.
Me: (to Moviefan18) I think he's drooling.
Me: Sick. (sniff) Double sick. (sniff) Chortstff!
Moviefan18: That was random! That was very random! (laughs)
Me: I know... but it's a great plan for the story.
Moviefan18: Please Ameri take his picture with my cell phone.
Ameri: (looks at where a boy enters) In the bathroom?!
Moviefan18: (looks at the boy's bathroom) Forget it, he's gone!
Me: Wonder what would happen if Ameri entered? Maybe he'd taken the picture of a toilet.

Me: (taping Moviefan18's "baby": an egg to take care off) Look at him! He's horrible! The horriblest baby ever.

Me: (whispering to a friend behind me) It's human to snoop and look at couples.
OCs: Mostly, my OCs are phoenix and dragons. Why? Because, if they were real, you might see them as graceful and majestic creatures, instead of destructive. If you want to use my OCs, ask first! For understanding my dragons, there are three types of dragons: (nobody can understand the dragons or phoenixes, unless people have translators in the stories)
Flyers: dragons with wings.
Glyders: dragons with no wings, which can fly by moving their body, if they fail on doing so, they'll fall.
Biflyers: dragons that might have one day wings (Flyers), but the next day has none (Glyders).
Human OCs
Jade: A sixteen-year-old girl. She's a psychic from Roka City from the Meta Dimension. She used to live with her rich parents, but left when she found as a fact that her parents stopped caring for her. While writing a note from her parents in her diary, she said that she was going to abandon all of her emotions in that diary so that when she left her home, she would become unfeeling and unemotional. First Appearance: Unfeeling: The Story of Jade Rosetta (in dA)
Yisel (Gissell): The Red Fire Gym Leader. She's a thirteen-year-old. Because she lives in Leyenda, she talks Spanish since birth, but English is her second language (and her best) and she's Christian (school's the cause of this). She has fire and psychic powers since birth, but she discovered them in the age of ten, but at a young age, she had strange events with her powers and thought those were just either mere coincidences or Pokémon. She can release her powers to create fire wings on her back. Even with her powers, she can't avoid school or the students in it. She's the trainer of Leyenda's new Gym Leaders, and maybe the most powerful (she's trying not to believe that). She knows about the legends of the island and will share her knowledge with the Leaders and anyone who she finds worthy of that knowledge. Her Pokémon are Espeon, Blaziken, Ninetails and Xatu. Sometimes in battle, she's joined by Moltres (you'll find out in the story why), Bonfyr and Sunlight. First Appearance: Leyenda.
Armah (Arma which is Spanish for "weapon"): The beautiful and intelligent rider of Armrox. She was the Emperess of the Purple Draconium Empire in the Dragon-Human War three hundred years ago. In her past, she had long lime green hair, purple eyes and a purple armor/dress. She's not as bad as she's known in some Draconian legends. She likes to taunt people about their private and personal lives, making them telling their secrets to her. She also likes to test them physically and mentally so she could be sure that they're allies or enemies. She was trapped in a bonemark because her Empire didn't like her decision in alliance. Like her dragon, the Armrox, she likes to play with the minds of her friends. First Appearance: Dojo Racing.
Kayla: A ten-year-old girl who's future is quite bright and enjoys every minute of it, literally. She's a very troublesome and mischievous girl. More information on her in future stories. No way am I gonna spoil all of her secrets now.
Israela: An ancient French warrior in the fifteen century. She has water powers. More information on her in the dA profile. First Appearance: A Meeting in Time (as a spirit, then seen in a vision/flashback as human).
Kotak: An ancient African warrior in the fifteen century. He has fire powers. He was considered brave by his people and Israela, whom he had taken care of since he found her almost dead in the Kalani Desert. First Appearance: A Meeting in Time (as a spirit).
Cad: A fifty-three-year old French man who was gifted with both powers of The Gift. He's very protective of his family and trains his grandchildren and Malik's grandchildren. He lives in the Inaku Village. First Appearance: The Find in Time (short) and A Meeting in Time.
Malik: A fifty-three-year old African man who was gifted with both powers of The Gift. He lives in the Kalani Desert and is the chief. First Appearance: A Meeting in Time (flashback).
Rayer: Also known as the Ancient Weapon. She was once trapped and hidden underground until one day what had trapped her was destroyed. She promised vengence on the people who trapped her by trying to destroy the new generation. She has lightning powers and is always carrying Daike, her powerful staff. She is followed by her pet rabbit, Onda.
Mytical Creature OCs: The dragon OCs (expection for the Cabagons) haven't grown full size yet, they're a little bit higher than a human.
Bonfyr (bonfire): Fire Dragon. A lilac Flyer dragon with teal coloring under her wings. She's sixteen-years-old (in Moviefan's Narnia story). She has fire burning behind her head, neck and tail. The fire only burns the person who she doesn't trust or isn't pure hearted. She walks on all fours. She's a fire/psychic dragon.
Muse: Phoenix of Creativity and Inspiration. She's a big, white phoenix. Muse has one white wing and one black wing, brown beak and feet, and a curly-like peach tail feathers. Muse is eleven-years-old (in Moviefan's Narnia story). She can't talk, only chirp. When she's mad or is attacked, she sent a nasty and irritable chirp that irritates the hearer. When she's happy, she sings like an angel. (In Moviefan's Narnia story, she helps the twins by soaring through the sky and checking if it's safe to come out)
Statyk (static): Electric Dragon. Blue Glyder dragon with yellow/orange stripe across his body. He has like a yellow/orange mask in his eyes. He has only two front paws. He has two yellow/orange horns on his head. Statyk's abilities are lighting powers and can change the weather. (In the Narnia story, he's one-month-old, his owner is Jaya, Moviefan's OC, and he helps the twins by changing the weather)
Scrym (scream): Dark Flyer Dragon. He controls the darkness and can talk to humans. He has this sort of hatred for humans, but not for all humans. First Appearance: The Puzzle Transformation.
Floralu: Earth Phoenix. She's light green with red bug-like wings. Floralu is half plant, so she doesn't eat, she uses photosynthesis. She disguises herself with the forest she lives in. Bug-like wings for fast escape from her pretators or hunters. Black humming bird-like beak for a nasty peak and black feet. Flower-like tail feathers with poison. Floralu can communicate with insects for help and controls the earth.
Aqua: Water Phoenix. His sister is Maid, another Water Phoenix. He's like water, slick and dangerous. Aqua has all kinds of blue colorings on his body and white beak and feet. Aqua has a blue crest on his head. He lives on the water and feeds off of plants around river and oceans. He controls water.
Arcría: Ice Phoenix. She's light blue with white and has two light blue crests. She has a white beak and feet, and has ice powers. She lives on cold regions.
Darkkus: Phoenix of the Dark. He can control the darkness. He has a sister named Starlight and a cousin named Sunlight. It is said that he can change the day into night. First Appearance: Leyenda
Cybird: Mechanical Cyborg Phoenix. He was created by the most intelligent scientist to protect the towers he was created and that those towers contain unknowned knowledge. He is metalic gray, so he doesn't have feathers. On the back of his neck, is a tube that can let him breath when he's underwater. He might be made of metal, but he still needs to sleep, breath and eat. Cybird has behind his feet wheels for fast running. He can talk any language. He can control electricity.
Psyhai: Psychic Phoenix. She's lilac with two ear-like crests. She has a white beak and feet. She has a ruby on her forehead, which is the source of her powers. She has a tail-like tail feather, with its ends separated in two. Psyhai has psychic powers. (She looks like an Espeon turned into a phoenix)
Starlight: Phoenix of the Stars. She works with her brother, Darkkus and her cousin, Sunlight. Sunlight creates the light and sunset, Darkkus creates the night and Starlight creates the stars. First Appearance: Leyenda
Sunlight: Phoenix of the Sun. Unlike her cousins Darkkus and Starlight, Sunlight brings the sun. She changes her plumage by the color the sun is. She controls when the sun appears and fire. She mostly hangs around the beach. First Appearance: Leyenda
Maid: Phoenix of Water's Instincts. Like her brother Aqua, Maid controls water. She can communicate to acuatic animals. She's blue with blue, teal, light green, light blue and green wings. Maid has a green head and mermaid-like tail feathers and a long white beak. She has two long black crests on her head. Like her brother, she lives in river and oceans.
Fantasio: Ghost Phoenix. Purple and black phoenix with bright purple beak. He lives in graveyards, protecting them. He has shadow and ghost powers.
Propherok (prophecy+rock): Phoenix of Prophecies. He might be just a statue, but when people with a prophecy appear, it's time for him to wake up and find the people with the prophecy. His colorful marks are prophecies. He lives in the Cavern of Prophecies, in Leyenda. First Appearance: Leyenda.
Pearlaris: Water Dragon. She's a light teal Glyder dragon. She has only her front paws. Pearlaris has a giant pearl on the tip of her tail and little ones around the rest of her tail. She controls water and lives on beaches.
Wyndrys (windrise): Wind Dragon. She's a white with light blue stripes all around her body Biflyer dragon. She walks on all fours. Wyndrys lives on the highest mountains. She controls the air.
Wyngdpoyson (wingedpoison): Earth/Poison Dragon. He's a light green dragon with purple and bright purple spider-like markings around his body. He's a Flyer dragon. Two bright purple horns on his head, walks on all fours and his tail has leaves and poison tips. He lives on forests and has earth and poison powers.
Cybrrgon (cyber+dragon): Metal Dragon. He was created by the scientist who created Cybird. He's like Cybird, protects the towers which contain unknowned knowledge, can breath, sleep, eat and can talk other languages. He's a Glyder dragon. He's a long metal dragon with two metal horns and no legs or paws.
Ikaku: The native creatures from the Inaku Village. They're butterflies with fire wings with venom points on the end. They have fire, poison points and flower designs on their wings. They are also called "Mosaic Butterflies" for the mosaic designs on their wings. First Appearance: A Meeting in Time
Extree: Extremespeed Phoenix. He's a gray phoenix with blue designs flowing with his gray feathers. He has two long black crest on his head and a white beak. Like his name suggests, he's a very extreme phoenix. He has an incredible speed that is faster than any jet plane in existance.
Pola: Creatures of ice that live in the Kalani Desert. They look like turtles with ice and water related drawings on their shells. They only wake up at night and blow chilly winds in the Kalani Desert (the "mystical" reason the deserts are so cold at night) from the hole on their shells. First Appearance: A Meeting in Time
Cabagon (caballo: "horse" in Spanish; dragon): Creatures that are dragon/horse. They have unknown powers that can be unlocked by The Gift. They live in both Inaku and Kalani. First Appearance: A Meeting in Time
Kasteel: Like his given name suggests, his translated name is "SoulStealer", one of the feared and ugliest creatures. These creatures come and attack any living being for its soul. The soul is kept on the Kasteel's crystals on his second pair of arms below his first set of arms.
Onda (Spanish for "Wave"): Rayer's pet mystical rabbit. Onda was also trapped with Rayer. His special ability includes talking, creation of sounds waves and becoming an invisible wave to attack his enemy.
Draconium Dragon OCs (all of their appearances are in Dojo Racing)
Phyrr (fire): A Magma-class bipedal dragon. He's very protective of his friends. He sometimes uses his leader title as an excuse to order his friends to do things he's embarrassed or doesn't want to do. He has a very good bond with Chortstff (and Armrox alike) and often tries to explain to her what is happening when she doesn't know. He is warm-hearted and very loyal. He often tries to help his rider with any problem he has (which has turned to be mostly all the time seeing he has to spend time with his rider's soon-to-be girlfriend and her curious dragon).
Skye (sky): A Sky-class quadruped dragon. She likes to help and calm her friends in times of difficulty... but before she does, she has to calm herself first.
NRG (energy): An Energy-class quadruped dragon. He's commonly blamed for stuff that he doesn't do, because it's funny for the rest of his friends.
Ryvrr (river): A Nautilus-class quadruped dragon. He's uses reason in every way, in other words, he's smart and uses his intelligence on races.
Chortstff (shortstuff): A young hybrid dragon. A Pack/Scavenger-class bipedal dragon. She's very rare because she has two draconium colors and her mag steam is purple/light green. With the help of Phyrr (with whom she has a bond with, thanks to their riders' growing relationship) and Skye, she starts to understand the world around her. She's spunky and would try to get away with just about everything. She loves to make fools out of people and her friends, when she feels like it. Sometimes she's very brave, for a young age. She can be curious, but her curiousity is what gets her in trouble in the first place.
Armrox: Chortstff's bonemark possessed form. Her body grows into a full sized adult Pack-class dragon. Her short scales on her head grow and her Scavenger-class ears also grow bigger. Her claws are longer and sharper. Her light green markings on her feet turn into light purple and had spikes on each marking and the Pack-class spikes on her arms and legs turn dark purple spikes. Her tail has dark purple spikes on each marking and her tail is longer. Her eyes are still green. In her Armrox form, Chortstff has only purple draconium powers and some abilities that the normal Chortstff couldn't do. She's intelligent with the ways of the ancient Purple Draconium Empire. If she's connected with Chortstff, she can share thoughts with her. She was trapped in a bonemark because she defended Armah when her Empire attacked her. Armrox likes to play games (physical and mental) and she'll do it with what she has in her disposal.
Kontrol (control): A Psi-class quadruped dragon. He's very emotionless and if he's ticked off with somebody, he won't stop to look for vengeance at the one who ticked him off.
Phuturr (future): A Control-class bipedal dragon. He was once a wraith dragon. He's very nice for a Control-class dragon. For that, he was thrown out of the Prophets Crew years ago. Alone in the streets, he found Myte and became friends with him.
Myte (might): A Bull-class quadruped dragon. He was once a wraith dragons. Myte was stolen from the Grip of the Dragon, then he freed himself. Alone in the streets, he found Phuturr and became friends with him.
Flayme (flame): A Magma-class bipedal dragon. She's very cheery and she would do anything to help her friends.
Zlayrr (slayer): A ghost of a Psi-class dragon fused with gray draconium. He was one of Rivitt's dragons whom he used to experiment on. He's a ghost, but sometimes he can turn into a living dragon. His whole body was mutated by Rivitt, so he looks very different to the Psi-class dragons... or any dragon in that case. He's black with gray bone-like designs on his body. His head looks like one of a birds, except he doesn't have a beak, the back of his head is kind of spiky and his head is black with gray lines. His head has the appearance of a black helmet or a broken skull. His eye is surrounded by a gray design that resembles the eye part of a skull. His claws are white and the tip of his tail is purple double knife-like. More information will be revealed in Dojo Racing
Airrowe (arrow): A ghost of a Sky-class dragon fused with black draconium. She was also one of Rivitt's dragons whom he used to experiment on. More information will be revealed in Dojo Racing
Powers, Objects and Places: My OCs (or some canon characters in my stories) can have speacial powers or objects that help them in their stories. They can also live in places that I've created.
The Gift: A power that passes to special generations. Israela and Kotak (when they were alive), Cad, Malik and two of their grandchildren have this power. In the Time Travel trilogy, this power is fire and water.
Inaku Village: A village hidden in Dijon, France. Doesn't matter how long in the future this village is, it will be the same (trees will still exist, wooden houses won't be changed to metal ones in the future, animals will still be made of flesh and bones...) It's consisted of four layers: the Inaku Vilage (where people live), Inaku Forest (where the animals live), Inaku Fields (where practice is done or their large park) and Forest Barrier (another forest that protects the whole Inaku Village).
Kalani Desert: A village/desert in Egypt. The people still live like their ancestors and like the Inaku Village, things don't change that much. Unlike the Inaku Village, it isn't hidden from civilization, but not many people can't enter. It is protected by a stone barrier surrounding the village/desert.
Daike: Rayer's mystical staff. Contains all the powers she couldn't have by birth and was removed from her when she started to reign destruction. Without Daike, she could be weak.
Finished Stories:
Time Travel Trilogy:
The Find in Time: First part of the Time Travel trilogy. Super Robot Monkey Team/Get Ed crossover. Chiro and the Monkey Team are going to Earth's future, trying to find the cure of a virus that infected Chiro. The protagonists from Get Ed in the story are Burn and Fizz, who decided to keep the Monkey Team a secret from the rest of the Dojo, which they found out that is very hard to do in the continuity of the story.
Uncontrollable: Get Ed Burn/Fizz oneshot. Can medications make a person uncontrollable with his feeling, when he doesn't have feeling for the certain person at all? Read and find out the answer to this little mystery!
Rain Drops: Get Ed Ed/Fizz oneshot. Two girls that he likes. A dream that keeps on appearing in his head for no good reason. She has an injury after an accident. His decision...
Ruined Emotions: Get Ed. Slight Ed/Deets and Burn/Fizz. Post Ex-Machina. The child is always the one that sees the suffering harder than the older people. Fizz is not like other children. How does she take it when she sees the destruction of the Dojo and Progress City?
Accents: Get Ed Burn/Fizz oneshot. Can a simple game of accents, a dictionary and a piece of paper make someone confess their secret?
Sweet Revenge: Super Robot Monkey Team Sprx/Nova random oneshot. Nova is angry with no reason at Sprx. Sprx's afraid and runs away from her. Why is Nova angry at him if he's done nothing wrong to her?
A Night in Progress: Get Ed. Two old friends meet again and learn about their lives. A year before Everlasting.
Cosmetics Prank: Get Ed. Pranks are good to the ones who do them, but when the pranked get back at them, it's not a pretty picture.
Taunting: Get Ed. Accidental sequel to Ruined Emotions. Ed/Deets Burn/Fizz. Without Bedlam, the Dojo wouldn't have been created. The couriers wouldn't have had painful experiences with him to even be brave enought to take Ol' Skool's offer to become a Dojo courier.
Good Night Kiss: Get Ed very short twoshot. Two girls with two ways of getting a guy at night. Any pairing with the girls.
Growth Spurt: Get Ed Burn/Fizz story. Taken for granted, that's all I could say about my life. A year after the city's destruction, I had a growth spurt, grown enough for boys starting to like me and starting asking me out on dates. I refused each and single one with no exceptions. Why? My past started to haunt me, literally, until my friends did what I "thought" they shouldn't have done.
Just Another Day: Get Ed Ed/Deets Burn/Fizz oneshot. Does Valentine's Day deserve to be a holiday or just another day? While Deets "tries" to prove it does to her two friends, Burn and Fizz "try" to explain it doesn't, but secretly work against each other to get... each other! Losing or winning a bet doesn't get better than this. And where are Ed and Loogie on this? They're on the middle school far away; Ed "waiting" for an answer and Loogie trying to learn something that Dr. Pinch tells him and he gets nothing.
Déjà Vu: Get Ed oneshot. Sequel to Uncontrollable. A couple creates another couple.
Written Stories: (if you noticed, some stories are half spoilers for Leyenda)
The Puzzle Transformation: Dragon Booster story. Hidden inside a cave, are pieces of a prophecy. If united together, the prophecy will start a transformation on all humans in Dragon City. On the beautiful island of Leyenda, full of legends and prophecies, where five regions of the island rest in peace: Fire, Water, Electric (known best as Thunder), Air and Grass (known best as Leaf). On some towns are hidden Gyms that inside holds legends and prophecies, waiting for the rightful Gym Leader to enter and discover them. A thirteen-year-old girl waits for the Gym Leaders, the ones she's going to train. The Leaders will have to protect the island from a brute force, who's trying to steal the most powerful Pokémon and creatures in the world which habitate in Leyenda. "If they get the Pokémon from here, who knows what will happen to the world, maybe even the other dimensions," the girl says to herself. Everlasting: Get Ed story. For them, it was an everlasting battle that started with a lonely red star. They yelled and cried, but their parents had prepared for the worst by studying the ancient battle techniques and mixing them with their own so that the threat wouldn't recognize their old attack moves. They dressed differently and like in ancient ways to move swiftly like ancient warriors did. The threat had more control and power, but the adults had the moves, weaponry and a reason to stop the threat: for the future of the city... for the future of their own children. Leyenda Chronicles: Like Pokémon Chronicles for Leyenda. This story travels to Leyenda and sees the battles of the Leyenda Gym Leaders and their adventures. This story also shows the adventures of Yisel's friends: Xiara, Julia, Delilah, Xavier, Alex and Atalanta.
What If?: Get Ed story. What can happen in Progress City? Almost everything and we don't want to miss what we can't see, don't we? This story travels to the characters' lives and experiences. This story can be in between episodes or in an episode. Depends on what I could see on the screen and I'll write it. Sixteen chapters already planned.
Whiped for a Day: Get Ed story. After an exercise day in Progress Park, someone inhales Whipedia, an unknown illness that effects the eyes and turns the eyes white. The courier gets a surprise of its life, the illness inhances the vision and changes the color of its eyes when the vision is inhanced. How will it survive the day when it doesn't know how to control its vision? (Like Growth Spurt, it's a short story)
Let the Games Begin: Part of What If?, but too long to be a chapter. Before Progress City, a group of islands existed. Being born where the island was, made you a habitant of the non-existing island. There's only one was to keep them in mind: Faroe Games. Eighteen islands, seventeen were inhabitant by people in the past, two children from each "island" will represent their non-existing island with a special armor based on animals and mystical creatures. Who will win? Who will lose? And whom are hiding behind the powerful armors? Read and find out!
Pokémon Gijinka Project: Get Ed story. The Dojo Crew gets turned into guineapigs for a dimensional creature development project. The project consists on a basic idea: creatures and humans can be one and have the two best part about each other. The human form of any creature that is not human is called Gijinka. And those creatures are from the Pokémon Dimension. What would happen to the Dojo Crew and what would the result be from the Pokémon Gijinka Project? I'll let you decide what's next.
