Hi! The name's Fatima! I'm in my first year of college and writing as much as possible in between honors classes, pharmacy major and work study. For those who know me, I am a major procrastinator who can at times knock out nice stories and one-shots. As of now, updates will be not as usual as mine usually are, but they'll keep on coming as much as I can manage.

My most famous writing is Going Under but that's only the tip of the iceberg. I plan on continuing and writing many more stories, with many different themes. If you'd like to learn about me as a person, just scroll on down past the story information. Otherwise, continue on reading right here for story information. I'll be updating whenever I can about new ideas and such and if you guys have anything to offer, I'd love to hear from you.

The name "AngelONight" sounds boyish...as I realized two seconds after I created it, but it has a darkness to it that I like. Angel of the Night. Hah, that's me :)

Update: 8/27

I'm back! The vacation was amazing and I loved every minute of it. However, I didn't get any time to work specifically on In Darkness. This means, of course, that In Darkness will go on hiatus for a bit. I know I said it would only be a month but the real world is butting in and forcing me to hold off for a bit. I've also lost my muse and am barely able to write one-shots without throwing my laptop into the garbage in anger =/

I'm sure I just need to get used to writing again, and it won't take long. Sorrow, on the other hand, will be finishing up asap, which should leave me more time to focus on all my other writings.

Sorry to all those who were awaiting the next chapter to In Darkness! I'll try not to take too long to sort it all out, check back here for more updates or message me if you have any comments.

Update: 7/14-15: It's about two in the morning, so it's still both for me

Okay, so I've graduated, and I'm about to leave for my vacation. Which means I need to update on all of the drama.

As of this point, I have been writing as much of In Darkness as I possibly can. It is still not finished, which, unfortunately, means I can't update while I'm away. It needs so much work that it would be literally impossible for me to do while I'm away, but I've written down everything I can, and it will definitely be completed. Eventually.

The writing for it is almost torture, I swear. I have never had such problems in writing something as I do for In Darkness. I believe it's all the actual darkness within the story, but it's still trickling. I still have it, and hopefully still will after I get back. I'm going to do my best to find times to write while I'm away too, I'm too deep into all this writing that taking me out would probably cause some sort of withdrawal symptoms =/

Sorrow will, as of my plans, be updated as often as I can manage while I'm away. I can't promise TOO MUCH, but I will try, I swear!

As of everything else, I have been drawn irrevocably into the world of Senshi/Shitennou, and my other stories are put on hold while I try crazy amounts of one-shots and whatever else. I'm not entirely sure when I'll go back into serious thought about long stories, but I know I will, eventually, do them. So don't lose hope if you like any of those listed below.

Anyway, I'll try to update here and on LJ while away, but who knows if I actually will.

Update: 5/21

Wow, so it's been a busy week, both school-wise and Fanfiction related. I just took my AP Calculus exam (totally failed that =/ )

I'm about 8 chapters into In Darkness, and now that I'm basically done with school, I'll have more time to just write it out. I know exactly where it's going, but writing that all out is the hard part. But I have to say, In Darkness is the hardest story I've ever written. I think that's mainly because of the flashbacks/memory thingies I have for every character. It's definitely a new style that is really, really difficult, but totally worth it.

In other news, I've been thinking up new stories all over the place, some of which I may/did use for one-shots (see Tears of a Leader and Letter from an Odango). Otherwise, I have three NEW story ideas that totally want to be written sooner rather than later. Here they are:

1. A revelation of Crystal Tokyo where Usagi is not happy with what the world's become because the Senshi and Mamoru are so busy with trying to run everything perfectly. I plan on having Diamond in this as a sort-of wake-up call to Usagi, and it's more political than necessarily romance, but there'll be lots of drama. For me, the idea of purifying people just sounds like stripping them of their individuality, and I really don't see Usagi going along with something like that.

2. A Mamoru-Usagi-Seiya triangle story set after Galaxia. Usagi disappears and Mamoru spirals into a dark place where he barely seems like himself anymore. The Three Lights return ten years later to visit the Senshi, and Seiya is devastated to find a broken Mamoru and no Odango. But what happens when Usagi returns, with no recollection of who she is, or who any of her friends are? Mamoru and Seiya both set out to get Usagi to choose them, of course.
I sort of fell in love with this story because I've always had a soft spot for Seiya. So it'll be interesting to see how Seiya might have done if Usagi hadn't fallen for Mamoru first. I have no idea how it'll turn out at the moment, but I'm ready for all the drama that will be born of this, and I'll make sure to not make it too obvious which will win. Also, I'm going to be trying to make it a comedy of sorts, so that'll be a first.

3. Usagi is a federal agent and is sent undercover to Diamond's private military company to assist Mamoru. Usagi and Mamoru have to learn to work together to stop Diamond, but as Diamond becomes obsessed with Usagi, both Usagi and Mamoru drawn in even deeper than either intended.
Now, this is a completely new idea and as you can tell from my vague description, it needs a LOT of fleshing out, but I adore the idea. It'll obviously be a thriller type like Going Under, but it'll be very different from Going Under, and even better written!

New Stories:

In Darkness - New Story! A completely new retake of what might have happened if brainwashed Endymion might have remembered what had happened in the Silver Millennium whilst being a part of the Dark Kingdom. Basically a Dark Senshi/Shitennou and Usa/Mamo story, and from what I can tell, or the people who have read any part of this story can say, IS A DARK story! It is NOT happy, AT ALL. I'm warning right here and now, if you can't take it, please don't read it! Slight changes in the first season to fashion the story for me.

Sorrow- New Story! Usagi is hiding the secret of her rape by her cousin, Scott, from Mamoru and the Senshi. Scott has an unhealthy obsession with Usagi, and he's willing to do anything to get her. However, things are not as normal as they seem as hidden secrets of Scott's past are revealed, and these secrets just may decide Usagi's, her friends' and family's futures.

Going Under - Complete - Usagi is a runaway from her abusive boyfriend. Mamoru is an FBI agent who has a deep desire to take down Diamond Chambers. This story focuses on the intertwining of lives during a life crisis and the love that emerges from this intertwining. Story is A/U, with no mention of Senshi powers, main characters are Usagi and Mamoru. Minors by the girls, the men (Shitennou characters), Usagi's family, Sapphire, Esmeraude and Rubeus. Hope you guys tune in.

One-Shots:

Tears of an Odango: A Mamo/Usa and Usa/Seiya story that really wrote itself. Not too great, but was my first one shot, so I totally love it. I've always liked Seiya, and that's pretty obvious during the story. It doesn't really have an ending, more of a thought-provoking message. But check it out if you liked StarS season, like Seiya, or like a Usagi who thinks more than they depict her usually.

Tears of a Leader: A Minako/Kunzite story. This story was one of the hardest things I've ever had to write, but totally worth it! I've loved the Senshi/General idea for a LONG time, and this is one of my more thought-provoking writings about the Minako and Kunzite relationship. I always imagined Minako as a truly loving person, who wouldn't hold it against Kunzite for his brainwashing. But Kunzite completely would. Dives into the idea of forgiveness and sacrifice.

Old Stories: Written in first person! Not my best, I must say, but fine for those who like action sequences.

Another Chance at Love - Complete - My second story! In it Diamond stops Serenity from killing herself after Endymion and all of her friends die and takes her as his slave- to be his wife later on. She meets friends, but that all goes south, what with Diamond's obsession. She escapes - to another reality to be exact, one where she lives in the future, with all of her friends reincarnated (as in the present Sailor Moon world that we know) and the story progresses as she learns to love again. Its focus is taking the risk of opening your heart to love after being hurt.

Break the Ice - Complete - Takes place a year after Usagi and the Senshi receive their powers, but nothing much happens. Then along come five boys, who change the girls' lives. Got some Diamond in this one as well, and of course he's his obsessive self. The girls have to learn to fight and to trust each other as their powers grow and their friendship is tested. Slightly mysterious and serious, but has it's funny moments. Sort of a rewrite of the first season with the addition of the Shitennou. Focuses on trust.

Crash and Burn - Complete - Sequel to Break the Ice! Focuses on the fight between Usagi and Diamond. Is much, much darker than BtI, but has many moralistic questions, so I hope you all tune in. Anyway, in it, Usagi has agreed to the deal from BtI and the story is about the repercussions of breaking the deal, in which Usagi loses everything and everyone important to her. But in the process, realizes that there is much more to this fight between her and Diamond than meets the eye, and she discovers some crazy things about her friends and about herself. Focuses on the fight between dark and light and how there is no pure good and pure evil, only shades of gray.

Interests:

Reading is really a given interest of mine. As I probably would not be here if I didn't like reading as much as I do. It's my first love, and probably will continue to be my true love. Reading transports me to wherever I want to be, and books are just amazing. I commend the person who wrote the first book.

Writing, in case it wasn't obvious. If you knew me, you'd never think I was a writer, but it truly does grow on you. It draws to you and doesn't let go, and I hope to improve my writing as I write even more. I have plans for broadening my story focus, but we'll see if it works in time. It's truly beautiful to be able to create your own world and decide how to solve problems, create love and so many more things.

SAILOR MOON! I have an OBSESSION with Sailor Moon and Usagi, as you can probably tell from all my stories being Sailor Moon. Usagi is truly the purest character I have ever read or seen.

Harry Potter! These books have matured me, and I love the series more than I love a lot of things.

Favorite Music:

Linkin Park is an absolute amazing group! Their songs connect with a LOT of my stories, and I tend to listen to a lot of them when I'm writing.

MUSE! I fell in love with them after Meyer started acknowledging them in her books. But they are definitely amazing! Maybe its their new style that draws me, but I love their stuff! You'll hear a lot about them in my stories.

I love a lot of Blue October's recent stuff. Very emotional!

A few songs from 3 Doors Down have remained with me since I first listened to music. "When I'm Gone" is especially a favorite, and definitely goes together with Going Under.

Three Days Grace is a new love of mine. "Never Too Late" struck a cord with me, and I fell for them completely.

Matchbox 20, Maroon 5, Within Temptation and Coldplay are definitely what I write to a lot of the time. Their all recents for me, but I'm trying to catch up on some of their old stuff too, because they are true artists.

OMG! I can't believe I almost left out Evanescence. Their old stuff is BRILLIANT! "Bring Me to Life" and "My Immortal" are only two of their songs I will probably never tire of. Their stuff really strikes a cord with me, and I can usually listen to them at any point in my life.

You may call me old fashioned, but I love the Backstreet Boys and Nsync. I grew up with them and can't help but love them. But their songs do truly have a certain quality that you can't help but love. Other old loves: Britney Spears, Avril Lavigne.

Kelly Clarkson, Imogen Heap, Goo Goo Dolls and Lifehouse will forever remain in my heart for what they've done for me and my writing!

There are a lot more, but I'll probably never shut up if I don't stop now. So- shutting up!

Favorite TV Shows:

I won't go crazy on this one, but I'll list the ones I do love.

Buffy The Vampire Slayer is what a true show is! The plot lines for every season (let's exclude Season 4 please) are AMAZING! And plus, Angel and Spike, the bad boys who turn good, who doesn't fall for them?

Veronica Mars is like the Buffy for us normal people. The characters are so well-developed and the plot lines are GENIUS! And Veronica and Logan are truly among my favorite pairings EVER.

I have so so so many more, like How I Met Your Mother, Friday Night Lights, 24, House, Supernatural, Battlestar Galactica, old Smallville and I love Avatar: The Last Airbender!

I could probably list off a few more, but let's stop there, shall we?

Favorite Books:

As I mentioned before Harry Potter is forever a love of mine. I also love Angels and Demons, best twists EVER!

Ella Enchanted is my favorite stand alone, and I have read it so many times that I could probably recite every little thing that happens in the entire book.

Meg Cabot is another love of mine. Her stories about the heroine kicking butt are just amazing.

Kite Runner and A Thousand Splendid Suns are amazing! And really, the doctor writing them is really an amazing idol for all of us not-true-thinking-writers.

Twilight, of course, is a given. But I love it for the plot, the writing is ehhh. The Host, also by Meyer, is what I consider the best among her books. Her characters really know how to be lovable.

John Connelly is the darkest writer I have ever read, but he is truly an amazing writer. His stories are so dark sometimes I can't even continue reading. I'm getting into an obsession with thrillers because of this guy...

And so so so many more.

One thing I must mention even though they aren't books, are COMICS! Fables is truly among the most amazing things I have ever read, and Bone is a major favorite. I read so many comics, so I couldn't even list them all, but comics are WAY underrated.

Favorite Movies:

LORD OF THE RINGS is my all time favorite, and nothing will ever supplant it. The good defeats evil story is just pure GENIUS! And what can I say? I just love Viggo Mortenson's hair...

Comic movies! The Dark Knight was just chillingly amazing. Not to mention the other Batman movies, and Spiderman!

The Matrix is an absolute love of mine. I do not know how many times I've watched it! It probably numbers above 50! Keanu Reeves is just amazing...

Disney movies are a LOVE of mine. Not to mention the Pixar movies nowadays. They really think outside the box! I've seen Tarzan so many times I recite the lines and sing the songs with them...-blush-

The Mummy and The Mummy Returns...I do not know why I love these movies as much as I do, and even after I've seen superb movies, I just can't help but love them. I guess I really like supernatural stuff...
