I feel this is an important issue here, and support it wholeheartedly. (Unlike other authors around here, who say "Greetings mortals!", heh heh) I decided to finally do something for a bio page, even though at the moment I'm a bit uninspired. Well, let's see. For starters: Authors I admire and/or agree with/respect on certain issues: LittlePsychoWolf: Don't make her angry; I did once and I've never forgotten it (you can read about it in my fic "Linwe Seregon Swifteye", or in her fic, "Arawolf Beechclaw, Sueslayer Extraordinare"). She's a great author, don't flame her! Yeaaarrrgh! (hits some random flamer) Quotes from her: “I eat Sues for breakfast. Or I would, but you can never get rid of that bitter, angsty aftertaste. Simply awful. Suethors, on the other hand... they have been flamed so many times that they often develop a rather nice barbeque flavor.” Snuffsnuff: Hardcore and brutal, yes, but also highly intelligent. She never bashes anything without good reason. But she is not without a sense of humor, she knows what's funny and what's not. She also knows what's gross and what's not. She also surprises you: for a long time I thought she hated all otters, but then in my "Redwall's Next Top Model" fic she turns around and votes for Mhera, the only otter in the competition, and Bluefen, a ferret (a vermin, which Snuffsnuff prefers), was in the competition too! (sigh) She's a wonder, Snuffsnuff. Adverk: A lot like Snuffsnuff, only younger, and male. He used to be a flamer, but then he retired and now I haven't seen much of him. I hope he's okay... Fics: Redwall and the Haunted Mansion: Where redwall characters go to a 'haunted' mansion in search of buried treasure; while there, they have to suffer not only ghosts, but also horrible song parodies, terrible cooking, icky dancing, embarrassing situations, and, the worst of all: a Mary-Sue! This fic is actually the 'birth place' of Linwe Seregon Swifteye, Song's Mary-Sue twin-sister. It is also I think the first fic that actually has Veil and Klitch interact with each other. I could never understand why people don't put those two together. NOT as a couple, mind you. It also is probably the first fic that gives an explanation of the relationships between Mariel & Dandin, and Song & Dann: Dandin is in love with Mariel, and she thinks he's a dope. There is no attraction between Song and Dann, though Dann is annoyed that Song thinks he's a wimp (but why wouldn't she think he's a wimp? He's called Dannflower, for heaven's sake!). It also has Veil and Bluefen together in a close relationship; Veil is a momma's boy whenever Bluefen is around. Veil is also romantically involved with Romsca. Martin is also trying to convince Rose that she is the only girl in his life, while trying to hide all of his rabid fangirls behind a door. Cold and Dark: This fic was something I wrote while still in middle school (I think). I was going through a rather dark time then (but don't worry, it's over now), and wrote this. It's about a young pine marten who is the youngest son of a self-appointed king who used to be a warlord. However, after the murder of his wife the warlord loses his sanity. Dernwyn suddenly finds out that his father's adviser, a wildcat named Zurzak, is plotting to take over the kingdom. Although Zurzak claims to be doing it so that their horde can stand a fighting chance against an enemy army, are those Zurzak's real intentions? Linwe Seregon Swifteye: If you look close, "Swifteye" is the last name of Songbreeze from "Marlfox". Linwe Seregon (elvish for "Mary Sue", my thanks to Teirney Beckett, who was the first to find that out) is the long lost "twin-sister" of Song, but was captured from her home when she was but an infant . . . and now, she is heading back home to Redwall Abbey. . . . Redwall Altar-Ego: (of course I have one; what Redwall-fan doesn't?) Name: Kelaiah (kih-lay-uh), or "Kel" for short. (oh, and by the way: NEVER EVER EVER CALL ME "KELLY"! Ahem. So yeah.) Age: Twenty seasons. Gender: Male. Species: Ferret (yes, I'd be a ferret in the Redwall universe, mainly because I look like them). Fur color: Light brown. Eye color: Brown. Build: Tall and skinny. Appearance in general: Ferret-Kel looks like Stumptooth from the Nelvana Redwall Cartoon - that little guy was so CUTE! Only Kelaiah doesn't have the stumpy teeth. I just wanna dunk him in some coffee :) Personality: Generally a quiet and mild-mannered creature, but rather opinionated, and sometimes he can get quite angry at the smallest of things. He tries to be modest, though sometimes he can be a little arrogant. He's hard-working enough, but at times has a "lazy spell".
