Other Stuff: I love reviews! Any good comments, including constructive criticism, are exactly the stuff I need. Seeing as how you can look up and see a lot of the things I'm interested in, if anyone could give me some ideas on a new fanfic to write (or to write with me), that would be great! If any of my interests share with yours, we could share ideas for fics. I sort of need some writers to get me started on my "writing rampage", if you will. If anyone can help me out with some ideas, comments, criticism, etc. please PM me or leave comments. Anyone that helps me will be credited!

UPDATES - July 27th, 2009: This has got to be one of the hottest summers ever! Wow! It's reached 100 degrees in this past week. Thank god for fans and air conditioners.
I am now officially a senior! :D It's gonna be a rigorous year, but it'll be so freakin' awesome, too! I've waited for this year for a while now. I'll be turning 18, applying for college, becoming more of an individual and learning more about myself... It should be a great year.

Back in January, I said that I was putting Empire on a discontinued setting. I just didn't have any inspiration for it anymore and wasn't sure how I would continue it.
Alas, this has changed! I was hit by inspiration a couple of days ago, and now I'm working on Chapter 4! (It's ironic, actually, because I have a lot of things I should be doing instead of writing a fanfic. Great timing, eh?) I'm hoping to really get down to business with it and have it completed and posted in a week or two. I won't tell you anything about it, except that it won't be about Helgrind and rescuing Katrina as I had mentioned beforehand; it's now designated for Chapter 5.
I'm working on some plot twists and thinking of using some OC's soon. After reading other Inheritance Cycle fanfics and reviewing the first poll I made and its results, it seems that a lot of people are against having Arya as the next Dragon Rider, and I can't help but feel the same way. I love her character, but I think it would be too predictable to give her another role of authority. She's already a Princess and a seriously kick-ass woman whom everyone in the Varden respects. I figure we can leave it at that. ;)
I likely will be using details from Brisingr, but I haven't read it since it was first released, so much of the details I do take from it will be off the cuff. The fact of the matter is, many of the things I had planned on incorporating in my fanfic turned out to be in Brisingr. It's a win-win.

I'd definitely appreciate it if I got more reviews and if all of you guys could vote in my poll (see top of page). I haven't updated for what's heading towards another year - AGH! - but I'm only a teenager, not a full-time writer. I absolutely LOVE writing, but doing so creatively has become more and more difficult over time. However, I will try to work harder to get my fics done. Time is a luxury many of us don't have...
I appreciate all the feedback I've received and am using your comments and suggestions to better my writing. I can't believe all the kind reviews I've received for my writing. It's astounding to me, and I thank you all for the support! Empire continues to get hits every week, and I think that's awesome!

I'm using the writing that many of you have submitted to FF(dot)net to adjust my own work. I'm amazed at how visual and well-worded some of the writing here is. It's fantastic! I honestly say that many of you are extremely talented with writing, and should consider making a career out of it (if you haven't already).
