Continuing to accelerate, my throbbing heart

In only ecstasy, I sweep past from behind

I want to see a new world

Even if it's broken, it's okay, my dark field of vision

No one can stop now the head wind,

I want to believe in this radiance we're struggling toward

10/1/09- Missing Out is about 60 percent done. Just so yall know. SonAmy fans WILL be pleased with this chapter. You should be... you've been waiting 17 chapters for it! In the mean time, for those of you who haven't, read/review Chapter 17! Tell me what you think. Were you expecting that? Did I go too far? Is Tails taking things out of proportion? Anonymous, signed reviews... it doesn't matter. XD

9/20/09- First full week of college DONE. Yay. My parents keep teasing me that I'm being "antisocial" because I don't really talk to people from my school. For one, the people that in my university that did go to school... I didn't even talk to them like that. So, and maybe this is just me, I find it awkward just to start acting like we're best friends just because we went to the same high school. Hell, we were just together in fucking June. And then on top of that, all they keep talking about is, "Remember last year, when..." I don't want to think about high school anymore. I'm a damn college student now. I spent the whole summer putting that chapter behind me, and I'm trying to start anew. Is that so hard? Jeez.

So far I'm managing my workload pretty good, as well as balancing my work and budget. It's not too bad thus far, but maybe that's because it's only the first week. I'm really eager to see what my composition professor has to say about my writing. I've been anxious about it all week. XD Besides that, I'm making new friends and just getting used to college life in general. I love my MacBook Pro, and I have gained a new love for Jones Soda. Specifically its Berry Lemonade flavor. It's sooo good. Not really loving the Financial Aid office though. I have yet to receive my money, and it's almost then end of friggin' September. Eh, but I got to keep calm. I'll my money eventually... I'm sure of it.

Amazingly, I'm finding more time to work on Missing Out and my other little projects than I did during the summer and senior year. Go figure, eh? But, once again, this "free time" may just be a fluke, so I'm not making any promises. Hopefully, I can finish it soon. Key word: hopefully.

Lastly, Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver. Okay, don't get me wrong, I am sooo getting this game, because let's face it: pretty much everyone loved Gold/Silver/Crystal. I've watched some of the Japanese videos from some of the lucky people who have already obtained the copy released in Japan. It looks friggin' sweet, let me tell ya. There's only one thing that bothers me so far, and mind you I've really complained about this: the main character's design. Holy crap. It's not like I hate them, but... I got to admit, I was pretty disappointed by it. "Gold", or the male trainer, is alright, but the female trainer... ZOMG. I literally WTF'd at it. I mean, come on! Ken Sugimori or who designed her, could only come up with that? The original female trainer's outfit was so much cooler! She looks like she works at fairy tale, gingerbread cookie shop or something. It's cute, I guess, but I just think it's a little to cutesy for the main character. Even if it is a girl. Ugh, I might just have to play as a boy in this game...

9/7/09- Less than a day and half till I start college. Heh.

The impact of all what's happening has hit me like a ton of bricks. I mean... I'm working two easy albeit long jobs, I'm soon going to taking on fourteen hours of classes, and people still want me to be "fucking" involved. Don't get me wrong. I'm grateful for I have achieved. A lot of people in America, let alone Michigan, can even stand to hold one job. I have earned a full four-year scholarship to one of the most prestigious universities in the country. So, I'm good. I'm great. I just haven't adapted to it yet. And that's the problem.

But I have to deal with it. That's all I really can do.

Chapter 18 for Missing Out is about 40 percent done. I'm also working a Gasser/Beauty one-shot that's about 70 percent done. ...Yes, I have actually found time to write over the summer, despite all of the MADNESS.

I also am now a registered beta reader. :) Having that title makes me feel important on this site and this section. Even though there's like a kajillion of us...

The more the merrier, I guess?

Coming Up Soon...

- Chapter 18 for Missing Out

-Revised Chapter 4 for Let’s Do This Valentine Thing Right

Maybe…

Dark Desires of the Heart

(This will not be posted until Missing Out is either completed or near completion. Until then, however, the story is currently listed through Chapter 53 on my deviantART page.) http://amigurl.deviantart.com

Category: Sonic the Hedgehog

Genres: Action/Adventure/Romance

Rating: T

For a long time now, the malicious Dr. Robotnik has been on "vacation", and life has been calm for our young heroes. So when you look up at the once clear sky, to see a colossal sized army filling the air? (Description bound to change.) An intense remake of my first Sonic fanfic featured on my deviantART page.

That Stinkin' Feeling

Category: Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo

Genre: Romance/Humor

Rating: T

Oh jeez... I'm nervous about this one. I'm going to attempt to write a Bobobo fanfic. As random and hilarious that anime is... I think I can handle it though. And I'm serious about this one! I have already have abot 40 of the chapter written up. Anyway. It's a Gasser/Beauty fic. Basically, the two "sane" members of Bobobo's posse come to terms of their feelings for one another after being left behind by Bobobo, Don Patch, and Jelly Jiggler. Believe me, the story isn't as cut and dry as it sounds. (40 percent done)

It Wasn't My Idea

Category: Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo

Genre: Romance/Humor

Rating: T

Gasser is forced to write in a journal after Bobobo, Don Patch, and Jelly Jiggler, who claim to be professional psychologists, deem our gassy hero "emotionally withdrawn". Told from our white-haired punk's point of view, he delves into "inner turmoils", while coming across some ignored feelings for a certain beauty. But, of course, with the Wiggin' Trio around, can you really get anything done... without going insane? (70 percent done)

Name: Renee

Race: African-American

Age: 17

Hometown: Detroit (Pistons, w00t!)

Likes: Various anime (cartoons too) and manga, music, writing, drawing, reading, playing video games (preferably anime related titles), relaxing, and... sleeping.

Dislikes: I dislike a lot of things.

Fave Animes: I like almost every anime out there. (Although, here you’ll mostly see me write Sonic related fanfics.)

Fave Cartoons: I like lots of cartoons.

Fave Reality Shows: American Idol, America’s Next Top Model, Flavor of Love, I Love New York, Charm School, Making the Band, Pimp My Ride, Run’s House, Maury, The Steve Wilkos Show, Judge Hatchett and Celebrity Fit Club.

... um I watch a lot of TV. XD

Fave Animal: White Siberian Tigers. Why? Because they're such cool and majestic beings. It's a shame that they're almost extinct. (Damn poachers...)

A Little Something About Me...

Eh, I should probably update this since I'm not some teenager dawdling in high school anymore. No, no, since I graduated, now I'm an "adult" who has to ready herself to face the cruel, scary world. Yet... I'm still 17. Therefore, I can't do a lot of "adult" things because it's illegal... so, I'm still stuck as the dawdling teenager. Damn.

Anyway, me? I'm no one special. While in school, I never tried to fit in with the "popular" crowd, or any crowd for that matter. I just did me. I had friends of all sorts, from the hood rats to the preps to the stoners. No enemies either. No lie. However, I preferred to spend time alone as I could only deal with all of that high school bullshit for so long.

Most of the time, I'm very easygoing and cool to be around. I tend to be very sarcastic and aloof as well, which some of my friends misinterpret as being "mean", but whatever. I've been known to be "straight up", and to "keep things real". I cuss, but I know when to still my tongue. People have told me that I'm a funny person, but... I don't think so.

...Okay, I'll admit it. I'm obsessed with anime and manga. Actually anything Japanese-related. No, I'm not being Wapanese, and I don't go around saying "kawaii" and "sayonara" to everybody. I'm truthfully interested in the culture as a whole and not just as the country that will probably have real-life Gundams flying around in the next couple of years. XD I don't consider liking anime as an act of being nerdy. And just because I watch anime does not mean I shun American-made cartoons. I mean, c'mon, Scooby Doo was my shit waaay before I got into stuff like InuYasha and Gintama. And no, damn it, my knowledge of anime is not limited to that of Cartoonetwork, Adult Swim, and Shonen Jump. Crimany. -_-"

Oh, yeah. About writing. I love it. It is my passion, alongside drawing and music. I've been writing for as long as I can remember. Short stories, poems, you name it. And now I've turned into this lazy ass, grammar fanatic, perfectionist. Feh. I tend to lean toward Action/Adventure-based stories, but a good Romance is cool as well. The key word is a good Romance. See, I'm used to stories with Action/Adventure having the dominance with maybe a romance or two on the side. My first fanfiction, Dark Desires of the Heart, is just that. Missing Out is my first experience with having Romance as the primary genre. I think that I'm doing pretty well with it. Humor is always evident in my stories, but I don't think I could ever write a solely comedic fanfic.

Sarcasm is very heavily implemented in my stories. Frankly, I think that adds a lot of realism to my stories as everybody can relate to being sarcastic. I mainly write Sonic the Hedgehog fanfiction, as it is the only fandom I truly feel comfortable writing for. Maybe one day, I'll write a fic or something for some other anime, such as Bleach or Loveless. My goal is write at least one fanfiction for Bobobo. Anywho, I take all of my writing seriously. If you feel that I need to improve on something in my stories, then please, don't hesistate to inform me. Tell me everything I need to know. You won't hurt my feelings, believe me. (95 percent of the time, I’m not completely satisfied with the works I upload here.)

The morale of the story? I like feedback on my work. If you review my stories, then almost it's almost guaranteed that I will respond to your comment, good or bad. I don't review often. I'll only review for a couple of a reasons. One, the story has to be pretty damn good. It doesn't have to knock me off my feet, but at least get me interested enough to shut off my music, so I can read more intimately. Two, if I feel the story is interesting, has potential, and just needs a little extra boost to make it good. Although, even with those two factors in mind, most of the time...

I just forget to press the review button. XD

My Fan Characters

Okay, I know a lot of people either favor OCs, tolerate 'em, or just plain out loathe them. Personally, I don't mind them too much unless they're just really Mary-Sue-ish or Gary-Stu-ish, or just too random. However, if the OC is different and interesting, I think they actually make a story a more interesting read. Normally, I only use 1-2 of my OCs, 3 being my limit. Only about two of them will be there for serious, main action, and the others mainly used as supporting characters or just for comic relief. I try to mix up their personalites and looks, and keep in check that they are not the main characters, but the original cast.

One more thing... I do not believe that giving an OC a Japanese name is n00bish or an act of being Wapanese. I think the Japanese language and culture in general is very beautiful-- so I did not go on the internet, pull up a list of Japanese baby names, and thought it would be cool to name my characters Kiyoshi, Kano, Ran, etc. An OC of mine who has a Japanese name has so because either it compliments and/or gives meaning to their character or in Nagi's case, because it is a beautiful name.

Kiyoshi Flowlight

Age: 19

Species: Pixie

Sex: Male

Kiyoshi, like his younger sister, Lumina, originates from the wondrous Maginary World and is thus faithful to the great Goddess Illumina. In fact, he was actually present during Void's attempted destruction of the dream world, unbeknownst to the Sonic and company, but laid low due to Void's darkness temporarily depriving him of his clairvoyant abilities. You’ve heard right; he is a natural born psychic with the ability to perform many mystic attacks as well as his own aerial and pixie magic. "Kiyo", as he is nicknamed, also manages a fortune-telling business in which he reveals the future and fortune to his costumers... for a relatively small fee.

His name meaning "pure" or "quiet", Kiyoshi is normally calm and collected. Astute, envious, and wise he also is, although he tends to talk down to people. Upon meeting Sonic and the rest amongst their reunion with Lumina, he associated into making a friendship with them as well. Reading, meditating, and drinking hot beverages are his pleasures.

On a physical presence, he has bright green hair spiked in a very unique, wild do to compliment his smooth peach skin. Upon his face, under each of his eyes, are two red marks. He claims them to be from Void when he attacked his home world. His outfit usually consists of collared jacket, with either a t-shirt or shirt with a tie underneath, trousers, and sneakers.

And although a pixie, Kiyoshi has the ability to conceal his transparent wings.

Theme Song: "Yuki no Tsubasa" ("Wings of Snow") by redballon

Another little fun fact about Kiyo... he was my first OC I ever created. EVER. I had a feeling that somewhere in future Sonic games, SEGA was going to create some being with psychic powers. So I created Kiyoshi, who at time I named Gyro, to be that psychic character. And being the little genius I am, who just happens to show up in Sonic '06? A psychic hedgehog named Silver! XD

Nagi the Cat

Age: 19

Species: Cat

Sex: Female

Nagi is a primrose and orchid cat with long, silky sky blue hair. She has piercing indigo eyes, though they are usually shrouded by her three large bangs, with each of her ears pierced three times. Her outfit usually consists of an indigo sleelveless, collared top with a grey tie, grey shorts, and indigo/grey boots.

The cat didn’t intentionally come to Station Square to mingle with the Sonic crew– she along with Ran the Rabbit, actually came to check out the much talked about Emerald Coast. It should be noted that for a cat, Nagi has a great tolerance for water. It was only by pure coincidence that she came across them when Dr. Robotnik decided it would be a good idea to wreck the beautiful beach. Since that day, she and Ran have befriended the group and thus decided to stay within the urban city.

Nagi, naturally as a cat, tends to be very lazy. Thus, she savors sleep and likes to take cat naps whenever granted the opportunity. When active however, she loves to eat out at random restaurants (particularly ice cream shops), listen to music, and swim. Personality-wise, she’s very personable and loves to party. Whilst her desire to have fun, she haves a cool air about her that tames her wild side. Her coolness does tend to turn into arrogance and nastiness though...

She attacks with a long, broad device that she nicknames her "bangstick". (Vulgar thoughts disappear!) It’s rather heavy, but Nagi can use it to glide throughout the air for a limited amount of time.

I actually got her name from Nagi (Winona), the Flying-type Gym Leader of Fortreee City in the Hoenn Region. (Pokemon R/S/E) I liked her name in Japanese, so... yeah. Originally, she was named Roxy. I thought it cute at first, but then again I thought Nagi suited her much better.

Ran the Rabbit

Age: 13

Species: Rabbit

Sex: Female

With a name meaning a delicate "water lily", Ran is anything but. She’s street smart and full of spunk, and doesn’t take lip from anyone. Refusing to be depicted as a cute little girl, the butterscotch-colored rabbit defines herself with a tomboy flare. (Specifically tipped off with her signature backwards red baseball cap.) However, that makes one wonder how someone like her could be the cousin of the ever passive Cream... or have a crush on someone as eccentric Charmy...

Hailing from her paranoid mother’s home in the Emerald Hill Zone, she traveled with her sister-like friend, Nagi, to Station Square in order to check out the highly acclaimed Emerald Coast. It was only by pure chance that she saw her cousin and the rest of her friends at the same exact moment the notorious Dr. Robotnik decided to attack the radiant beach. With a front row seat of how much excitement the urban city offered opposed to quiet grassland home, she and Nagi befriended the group and decided to stay in Station Square. (Only upon promising to visit her mother twice a week.)

Ran, though being a rabbit, is rather carnivorous as she would gladly accept a smoking steak or spicy chicken leg... though she does have a fetish for Greek salads with vinaigrette. She also enjoys riding her scooter throughout the city, along with the blatant fact of hanging with her friends. Although she has no real physical strength and no Chao to attack with (unlike Cream), she tends to the "mouth of the party", as she always seems to be the one "punking the bad guys into a brawl".

Her regular outfit consists of a loose red t-shirt accompanied with flared cornflower blue jeans with sides embroidered with silky red material along with red sneakers. Like (almost) everybody else, Ran also owns her own pair of white gloves, which are added with sporty red sweatbands, and her already mentioned backwards red cap.

Originally, I was going to name her Peach, only because I was listening to "Peaches and Cream" by 112, and because I thought her name would sound cute alongside Cream's. ... But then I decided to change it for a couple of reasons. For one, we already have one Peach in the universe, and it wouldn't be wise to have two of them. Another reason being that I didn't want an OC of mine being named after such a vulgar song... no matter how hype it is...

Kano Matsushita (http://qtstarthehedgehog.deviantart.com/art/Gift-Art-To-Amigurl-70594874)

Age: 15

Species: Hedgehog

Sex: Male

Kano is what some may portray as the "cool guy". With sleek pacific blue fur accompanied with vibrant orange highlights, his quills styled in an awkward yet stylish do, and a slim, fit body, he makes all the girls scream his name as nonchalantly passes them. His three, large bangs often shroud his eyes, but he claims that it only adds to his trademark "promiscuous stare". Kano’s usual outfit consists of a black short-sleeved shirt with the collars flared, navy blue slacks, added with sleek black sneakers. He is also equipped with black gloves cut at the tips, armbands, and his right ear pierced.

His name means "masculine power or capability", although most of his "masculine power" derives from his enormous ego. However, besides aimlessly flirting with numerous amounts of girls, his passion resides in the sport of soccer. One day, he aspires to make the national soccer team. He also enjoys living the luxurious life, despite him not exactly being a "Moneybags" himself...

In Missing Out, Kano could probably be best described as the slick-talking, bigamous punk whom dated Amy Rose. However, while at first he seemed to be faithful and very loving to his pink lover, he was actually cheating on her with his "baggage" on the side– an auburn echidna named Autumn. Though both girls are oblivious to Kano’s plot, the hedgehog soon begins to contemplate his "player" ways...

I always wanted to create a character that was like the "player" of a fanfic; a character that thought that he was just what all the girls wanted. Why? Because I think it's funny how so many guys think that they are just the shit. It's annoying yet so amusing at the same time. Just cause you a "G", doesn't mean that you gonna get some. XD

Autumn the Echidna

Age: 15 ½

Species: Echidna

Sex: Female

What is a gold digger?

A gold digger is typically an attractive being who seeks to create a relationship with a wealthy individual in hopes of gaining some (or all) of their wealth through their supposed "romance". These leeches could either be female or male... although they normally are young females. With a gold digger, the relationship in which they are engaged usually consists of no love; the being with the doe is either in it for the sex or just for the purpose of supposedly being "in love", and the gold digger in it for monetary prizes.

...That is what Autumn is. A pretty, flirtatious auburn echidna who only looks out for herself and herself alone. Although almost sixteen, she dresses as though she was a grown woman. In her relationship with Kano, it’s evident that he’s her sugar daddy, as whatever she wants from him she gets. Like her boyfriend, Autumn appreciates the more extravagant, upper-class ways of life. Although, she tends to take that liking to a whole other extreme than that of her bigamous beau’s. Trust... if she has to become the most irritating being on the face of the planet just to get what she wants, then you can bet that she’s going to do just that. Talk about being a spoiled brat.

Frankly, I made Autumn up off the top of my head. She's probably the most Mary-Sue of my bunch of OCs... that's the main reason she has such a minor role in "Missing Out". The song best appropriated for her would probably be "Gold Digger" by Kanye West feat. Jamie Foxx. XD (Starts playing it on my iTunes.)

Missing Out- Chapter Summaries

~Chapter 1: Out of My Grasp

Told from Sonic's POV. Bored one day, Sonic reminisces about his friends as he goes to eat lunch. However, his dull afternoon is quickly flipped out of proportion when he sees Amy Rose with a stranger...

~Chapter 2: What's Wrong With You?

Told from Shadow's POV. Shadow and Rouge, having just left from Casinopolis (Rouge unwillingly...), run into unexpected friend-- Sonic. Usually irritated just at the sight of the hedgehog, Shadow could care less of how his rival was feeling. However, even he couldn't help but notice Sonic's off behavior...

~Chapter 3: I'm Not Ready (currently being rewritten)

Told from Amy's POV. This chapter revolves around Amy and her point of view during the "lunch diner scene". The teenage hedgehog is casually enjoying lunch with her relatively new friend, Kano Matsushita, of whom she just met two weeks prior. However, over the course of the short time they've been together, Amy contemplates on her strange growing fondness of him and whether she should use his love to get over Sonic. ~Chapter 4: Encounter

Told from Knuckles' and Sonic's POV. Oppose to guarding the ever delicate Master Emerald, Knuckles is perturbed at the fact that he is in the middle of Station Square at a cafe. His temper is only risen as it was all his friend's, Kiyoshi Flowlight, idea in the first place. Tikal, Shadow, and the ever flirtatious Rouge showing up don't really do much to ease his mood. Meanwhile, in the same setting of urban city, Sonic finally meets the hedgehog of whom was with Amy at the diner...

~Chapter 5: Well What Now?

Told from Nagi's, Cream's, and Kiyoshi's POV. Feeling a bit drowsy and drenched from swimming with Lumina, Nagi attempts to take a quick cat nap before going swimming again at the Emerald Coast. Her attempts are futile, however, as she is interupted by the boisterous voice of whiny female echidna... and Kano? And who's Autumn? Meanwhile, Amy unexpectedly emerges into Tails' Workshop in Windy Valley, as he and Julie-Su had just finished the day's repairs of the X-Tornado, in hopes of seeing Sonic. ...But why would Amy want to see Sonic, if she had Kano as her boyfriend? Whilst, Cream and Cheese talk with Sonic in a meadow near her forest home... only to catch him in a rather uncharacteristically dark mood. Lastly, Knuckles, Kiyoshi, Rouge, Shadow, Tikal discuss what consequences Sonic's attack upon Kano will bring upon them...

~Chapter 6: I Don't Believe You

Told from Amy's, Tikal's, and Sonic's POV. Somewhat desperately, Amy explains what happened at the lunch diner to a bewildered Tails and Julie-Su. All the while, Tikal and Shadow visit Knuckles upon Angel Island. Later on that night, Sonic and Amy finally meet up after a long two weeks. What starts off as a content conversation, quickly changes into a dramatic scene...

~Chapter 7: Complicated (currently being rewritten)

Told from Kano's and Rouge's POV. Kano comtemplates his bigamous ways with Amy and Autumn, and somewhat compares himself to the "noble hero with a heart of gold", Sonic the Hedgehog. Meanwhile, Rouge and Kiyoshi luckily hit it big at Casinopolis, and thus granted access to the coin-filled Coin Vault of the casino. Lazily lying inside of the vault, the two casually talk of Rouge's complicated feelings with the two main men in her life...

~Chapter 8: I Don't Know the Answer (currently being rewritten)

Told from Sonic's, Amy's, and Knuckles' POV. Sonic, after a dramatic and awkward outburst, admits a very personal confession to Tails. And while at the Mystic Waterfall, Amy, later accompanied by Julie-Su, goes over why Sonic acts like... Sonic. Meanwhile, Tikal finally reveals to Knuckles the true story of her resurrection from the Master Emerald...

~Chapter 9: A New Side of You

Told from Amy's and Cream's POV. Two months have passed from the "diner" fiasco, and Amy couldn't feel any better. Her relationship with Kano was going smoothly, and was currently on her way to meet up with him downtown. However, with a sudden appearance of an auburn echidna, Amy's joyful demeanor is quickly darkened. Meanwhile, Cream and Tails wander off into the Leaf Forest for a play date. They contemplate over their best friend's sudden changes, and realize... that it has brought them closer together...

~Chapter 10: Realize

Told from Shadow's and Sonic's POV. What begins as a casual night at Rouge's apartment with Shadow, Rouge, and Julie-Su, quickly turns into a dramatic scenario when Amy suddenly appears in a lifeless state. Meanwhile, Sonic has just recently returned to Station Square, after a short absence, and relaxes at the place he dreads the most-- the beach. Shortly after he arrived, Knuckles shows up and begins to accuse him of stealing something from him. After a short-lived fight, Tikal appears and calms Knuckles down. As he watched the two, Sonic reveals to us, his new opinion of "being in love". Also, what's up with this black invitation?

~Chapter 11: Your Feelings?

Told from Sonic's and Amy's POV. While against Shadow in an intense race, Sonic absent-mindedly drifts off to a childhood memory with Amy, thus causing him to lose the race. Seeing his horrible frustration of his second recent loss against the ebony hedgehog, Tails attempts to calm his best friend down. That is, until Sonic remembers that he has the party to go to. Meanwhile, Amy and Cream play a fairly competitive game of "Uno" in the park-- until Rouge forces Amy to go to the party. Finally at the party, Sonic and Amy finally meet up with each other for the first time in two months. Unfortunatelty, someone else shows up too...

~Chapter 12: Night of Disillusions

Told from Espio's, Amy's, and Sonic's POV. In the beginning, Espio is being unsociable, and is thus comically dragged into the club by his presumed date, Julie-Su. Meanwhile, Amy breaks her ties with Kano, in an explosive argument. Then, Sonic learns the real truth of Amy's status with Kano in a rather bitter way. In an attempt to clear his head, Sonic rushes into the crowd, and decides to do what he originally intended to do-- party. Suddenly the lights goes off, and the Blue Blur suddenly finds himself in a dance competition against a cocky white timberwolf, named Yasu, and is randomly partnered with an unknown girl who so-called rivals his "extraordinary dance moves". But for an unknown girl, this girl seems mighty familiar to Sonic...

~Chapter 13: Listen

Told from Amy's, Rouge's, and Sonic's POV. After the shocking discovery that she had been dancing with Sonic quite frisky, Amy dashes out of the party-- and awakes to find herself in the same state as she was from the previous night. Although upset that she woke up late, she goes about with her normal morning routine... until four peculiar messages await her on her phone/fax machine... the last particularly a shock. Meanwhile, Shadow demands an answer from Rouge as to why she spent so much time with her "Knuxie" last night. All the while, Sonic and Tails are standing on Sunset Hill in the frigid autumn wind-- for no particular reason? Well... that's what Tails thinks at least. Why did Sonic bring him out here anyway?

~Chapter 14: Tears Behind My Smile

Told from Cream's POV. After Sonic and Tails' short chat with Amy and Cream upon Sunset Hill, the quartet decide to head into the city for some city. However, Tails and Cream notice the very ominous tension between Sonic and Amy, and hope that their dinner won't turn out to be a drama scene. How right their suspicions proved to be. Throughout the dinner, Cream finds herself wondering sadly why the two have changed so much from their former selves... and how the two are negligent of how their new personalities are confusing the young rabbit... thus, hurting her...

~Chapter 15: I Love You?

Told from Kiyoshi's and Amy's POV. Four months have past, and the date is January twenty-fourth. During a rather abnormal winter season in Station Squre, Shadow unexpectedly shows up at the Flowlight's humble home in the Mystic Ruins in hopes (or so presumed) of conversing his feelings for Rouge to Kiyoshi. Irony then works its magic as an "unexpected" caller interupts their conversation. Meanwhile, Amy lazily slouches on her couch as she contemplates an important memory that ultimately led to the emotional troubles she has faced this last year. However, at the climax of the flashback, she is distracted by an impatient rhythm of knocks upon her door. Just who could be this anxious to see her in such a melancholic state?

~Chapter 16: Spill

Told from Amy's POV. A fierce battle between her heart and mind thunders as she stands face to face to the guy of whom her emotional problems rooted off. Sonic proclaims that the only reason he is here is to sort things out with her, so that Tails and Cream wouldn't be mad at him (and her) anymore. However, after a few bitter retorts from the agitated sakura hedgehog and some from the Blue Blur himself, Sonic soons reveals the true reason as to why he's come to see her...

~Chapter 17: Discovering the Obvious

Told from Tikal's and Tails' POV. Angered at Knuckles's obliviousness to Rouge and Shadow's romance, Tikal demands to know what the stubborn echidna really thinks of the sultry bat. Little does she know, however, she's about to get more than simple answer. Meanwhile, Tails, having promised Cream that he would take her, Cheese, and Chocala to Union Park. When he gets to her house, Cream soon informs him that she can not go with him because the Chao have caught a cold. But when Vanilla urges her to go with Tails on their "date", Tails seems to the light joke out of context...

~Chapter 18: ??

Do you read or write fanfiction?

Oh yeah. I read and write fanfiction. I'd much rather read some random fic then read half of the crap that's spluttered over the media these days. Ugh.

When did you first start reading/writing fanfiction?

I was about eight-years-old when I wrote my first fanfiction. It was a crappy piece about Sonic being a jerk to Amy, then Amy was suddenly kidnapped by Shadow, and... ugh, I just threw it away a few months ago. It was that bad. I was in middle school when I started to go on the Internet and began to go on deviantART.com to look at various art and fan stories. I didn't even find this site till like 2006. XD

What was your first fandom?

Sonic the Hedgehog, definitely.

First ship?

Sonic/Amy

What website do you use most?

YouTube.com and Fanfiction.net

What do you think of Fanfiction.net?

It's a cool site. I enjoy writing fanfiction and receiving feedback on it, as well as reading and reviewing other stories. People on FF.net have very imaginative minds. :)

What fandoms have you written in?

Publicly, I have written solely for Sonic the Hedgehog. However, I have a few unpublished fics from a few random anime/video games lying around somewhere.

Pairings?

Sonic/Amy, InuYasha/Kagome, Ichigo/Rukia, Luffy/Nami, Sora/Kairi, Naruto/Sakura, Gasser/Beauty, Haruhi/Kyon, Satoshi/Kasumi...

Any fandoms you would like to write in?

I would like to write for other video game series such as Pokemon, Kingdom Hears, Final Fantasy, and Super Mario Bros. I would also like to write for some other animes that I enjoy too like Bleach, One Piece, Naruto, and Black Cat. But my main goal, despite it's insanity, is to write at least one fanfic for Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo.

Do reviews affect how you write in any way?

Reviews definitely affect me. I read all of my reviews, and reply to all of my reviewers either through a PM or at the end of the current chapter. If I am praised for my work, then I will thank the kind soul, and keep doing what I am doing. However, if I am given criticism, then I will take the advice in stride and work to apply it to my next project. Any review that explains to you what you can do better as a writer to improve your story is the best kind to receive. After all, I'm not only writing for myself, I'm writing for a fandom.

Do you use a beta?

Eh... well, you see, I've just recently became a beta myself. Sooo, I've just found out that a fair amount of people who have previously reviewed my stories are beta readers, so I guess... yes and no?

What ratings do you read/write?

I read all ratings. The main thing I care about is if the story is interesting.

I, however, tend to write under the T rating. That's mostly because of my bad mouth.

What warnings have you used on your fiction/read?

I don't really use warnings... the rating should be warning enough.

Do you have any squicks?

Erm... what?

Do you Role-play online?

I used to.

Have you ever stolen something from another person's work?

That, my friend, is called plagiarism. No, I don't plagiarize. That's just downright lazy and... pointless. If you don't have enough decency to come up with your own original ideas, then don't even bother posting your stories. Ugh.

Favorite fandom to write/read?

(sigh) Sonic the Hedgehog

Favorite pairing?

Sonic/Amy

Favorite writer/writers?

Eh, I don't have a particular favorite writer. I just like to read a lot of stories from different authors in order to examine their writing style and how they convey their stories. :/

How long should a chapter be?

At least four pages long. About 1,000 words. It really isn't that bad.

Do you write/read drabbles?

I read them, yes. Do I write them? Oh no. I'd probably suck at them.

Any fandoms you avoid?

Eh, not really.

Pairings you avoid?

Gender-bender pairings. Can't stand 'em.

Warnings you avoid?

"Summary sucks. Read and review!!11!" "My first fanfic so go easy on me.. NO FLAMES PLZ!!:)"

Do the number of reviews tell how good a story is?

Hell no.

What do you think of Mary Sues?

They're annoying and mainly used by authors to insert themselves into the Sonic universe. I can only think of few OC's that were actually not a negative to the story...

Have you ever flamed someone?

Nope.

Have you ever been flamed?

Not yet.

That's it, aren't you glad?

Aw, man! Now what am I gon' do?

I'm unkind, despite my feelings

I'm miserable and can't hide my envy

I'm jealous of the lovers next to me

I can't love myself

I want to be held by a great ocean

Sometimes I put my face to the surface of the water

And gazing at the moon, I sing

With the wounded whale

Remember me, so that I can reach the distant sky

The reality of our love, the truth we lost

The tiny setting sun
