Author has written 30 stories for Space 1999, StarTrek: The Original Series, A-Team, and Sherlock Holmes. Hello! I thought it was high time i aded a few more details about myself and hope that if anyoen reads this they wont be bored !! So where do i start? Background On Me ! Well i'll begin with a bit of background about me. I work full time in a busy office environment and to be honest am fed up with the job but hey it pays the bills, so i cant complain all that much ! So what do i do in my leisure time other than writing? I love to travel and have visited quite a few places in Europe. My favourite country is Italy as i have family connections there, oh and Ireland too as i have Celtic connections there too!! I enjoy music and have played the piano, though work and other daily distractions does mean i dont get the time now to continue to my great regret. My Love of Writing I began writing when i was in school, almost a lifetime ago now. I enjoyed it then and wrote a few original stories which certaintly helped me with my English classes!! However the pressure of exams, university and work put my writing on hold until a traumatic event happned in 2002 which changed all that. My Mother died in 2002 due to cancer. I was heartbroken and for the next three years i was too upset to do anything else. How i got through those years i'll never know. One day in 2005 i picked up my mouse and began to write. At the time it was a means of escape. Today i write because it gives me enormous pleasure and i do learn quite a bit at the same time. To date i have mainly written Sherlock Holmes, Space 1999, The A Team and Star Trek. As a child i remember spending many a Sunday afternoon sitting down with the complete works of Sherlock Holmes and reading my way through the stories. I was enthralled. Years later i watched the late great Jeremy Brett perform as Holmes and it rekindled my love of Sherlock Holmes. I was saddend by his untimely death in 1995. The world had lost one of it's brightest stars. I never thought however i'd find myself actually write a Sherlock Holmes story!! The inspiration came to me after spending a weekend watching the entire 16 DVD Box Set of the ITV production which i snapped up in a sale. At £40 it was a steal that even Holmes himself would not have objected to !! ;) and so i began to write! It is the hardest challenge to date and now completed!! I have gained alot of satisfaction in writing it and i hope others will too. IMPORTANT ANNOUCEMENT! 12th January 2012 You may find that some of my Sherlock Holmes stories have been deleted, this is because in an exciting development they are going to be published and available for purchase!
