What can I say. I've always made up stories and episodes of my favourite television shows. Most of the time they stayed in my head. Every once in a while I would actually write one out, or at least the main points.
Now I have been inspired to actually hang it all out there (so to speak) and open myself up to comments and reviews. It's a little scary. Mostly, I write these stories for me. So if you get a little enjoyment, then that is just the icing on the cake.
I'm a Canadian girl with an all out television obsession/addiction. The only things that keep me from watching more television are:
1. Work - got to make moeny for rent, food, and most important the cable & cable internet connections.
2. Movies - I usually go to one a week. I'm not picky, I like action, drama, romance, horr0r, science fiction, and comedy. I used to have a friend that would watch the foreign films and art house productions, this is the only reason I miss our friendship.
3. Um . . . I don't think forums and message baords count . . . because most of the time I am talking about something related to television, or I am spending time on the computer while watching television.
4. Long weekends at my grandmother's house or the cabin at the lake . . . although my grandma does have a television, so does the bain, and I write a lot of fan fic while at both places.
5. Sleep - but some of my best ideas come from my dreams or the thoughts that run through my head right before I fall aslepp.
Ok . . . there's not much that keeps me from watching television.
My current favourites are CSI, CSI : Miami, CSI: New York, Veronica Mars, Gilmore Girls, Medium, Ghost Whisperer, ER, Lost, Grey's Anatomy, Bones, Criminal Minds, Without a Trace, The Unit, Supernatural, Numb3rs, Prison Break, Crossing Jordan, Las Vegas, Close to Home and House . . . no particular order . . . and I haven't included the shows I used to watch, or that I will start watching this season . . . or reality shows . . .
Thanks for reading - reviews, whether good or bad are always welcome.
